重症患者气管切开始时吸痰的临床体会

2005年10月至2008年10月,本科ICU共收治严重创伤患者共计180人,其中进行气管切开患者38例。现将吸痰时机的判断,吸痰方法的掌握及应用体会报告如下。     

CLINICAL OBSERVATION ON TREATMENT OF 89 CASES OF CHLOASMA WITH ACUPUNCTURE PLUS HERBAL PASTE FILM

Chlomasma is also called as chloasma hepaticum or cyasma and is referred to light brown or light blackish plaques appearing on the face. The plaques are different in the size. When touching them, people will have no any abnormal feeling. This dermatosis often occurs in young or middle-aged people and is particularly frequently seen in women. Up to now, itspathogenesis remains unknown. It is higher in morbidity in gravida, menoxenia women, unmarried women and even in some men. In partial patients other chronic diseases may occur at the same time. In TCM, this disease is called as “brown plaque“ or “butterfly-like plaque“. Its color may deepen due to long-term exposure to the strong sunshine in summer and lighten in winter. It often distributes symmetrically on both sides of the face skin including front head, eyebrows, cheeks, nose and upper lip. In spite of no itching or other discomfort feelings, it affects patient‘s looks. During working abroad, the author of the present paper adopted acupuncture therapy and topical application of herbal medicine-processed paste film and achieved satisfied results. 丹参注射液穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变33例

糖尿病性周围神经病变（Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy,DPN）是糖尿病（DM）最主要的慢性并发症之一,也是造成糖尿病足及截肢的主要原因之一,文献报道其发生率为60％～90％,严重影响患者的生活质量。我们在临床用丹参注射液穴位注射治疗DPN,与单纯针刺组进行随机对照观察,取得较好的临床疗效,现介绍如下。     

系统性营养支持模式对应用PD-1/PD-L1治疗的肿瘤患者胃肠道不良反应的改善效果

目的建立针对使用PD-1/PD-L1治疗患者的系统营养支持模式,探索系统性营养支持模式对PD-1/PD-L1治疗患者胃肠道不良反应的改善效果。方法纳入吉林大学第一医院30例晚期恶性实体瘤一线或二线及以上接受PD-1/PD-L1单抗单药治疗的患者,收集基线资料后,给予系统性营养支持措施。结果干预前、后PG-SGA得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),患者营养状态显著改善;干预后患者体脂肪显著下降(P<0.05),骨骼肌含量未见显著变化(P>0.05);外周血生化实验结果显示,干预后患者血清白蛋白有升高趋势,但未见显著差异(P>0.05);干预后患者生存质量得分未见显著改善(P>0.05)。结论系统性营养支持模式可有效改善PD-1/PD-L1治疗患者营养状态,对生命质量得分的影响仍需进一步观察。
