细胞杂交在癌细胞生物学研究中的应用

 细胞融合技术在许多学科领域中都得到了广泛的应用。它也为癌细胞生物学的研究开辟了广阔的前景。除了众所周知的“杂交瘤”能产生单克隆抗体外,利用恶性和正常细胞的杂交细胞进行恶化分析,研究其抗肿瘤作用,探讨恶性调控机理等也取到了一定成就一、通过细胞杂交进行恶性分析 Van der Noordaa研究了SV₄₀转化的大鼠细胞和正常小鼠细胞的杂交细胞,认为正常细胞和恶性细胞融合产生的杂交细胞的性质是中间型的。     

血液化学成分的干膜定量分析

国外近年来发展起来的血液化学成分干膜分析法,只要一滴血样就能进行血液成分的快速、准确而且精密度较高的定量测定。这种新技术不同于通常的血液分析用的湿式、容量及比色分析法,它消除了繁杂的操作,节省时间并节约试剂,是改革血液分析方法的一个新方向。多层分析膜的结构干膜定量法使用的是多层分析膜,这类膜是由不同功能的几部分粘合成一体,膜的结构随测定成分不同而异。葡萄糖定量用膜是多层分析膜的基本类型,膜的下层为疏水性透明支持体,上面是能显色的试剂层,最上层是接纳血样并能定量扩散的多孔性展开层为了防止膜遇水后发生崩裂现象,

针灸治疗聋哑症三例报告

SPONTANEOUS DISRUPTION OF BOVINE PERICARDIAL PROSTHESIS CLINICAL MANAGEMENT AND HISTOPATHOLOGIC CHANGES

Valve failure is rate after using glutaraldehyde stabilized bovine pericardial bioprosthesis in the mitral position.i This article reports a case of spon- taneous disruption of bovine pericardial xenograft after mitral valve replacement five years after opera- tion.     

CHRONIC LYMPHOCYTIC THYROIDITIS IN ENDEMIC GOITER

ChroLnic lymphocytic thyroiditis and lympho- cyte infiltration were studied in 2,053 cases of endemic goiter. Only 7 cases of chronic lympho- cytic thyroiditis and 3 0f focal thyroiditis showed diffused enlargement of thyroid. Among 2,053 cases, 150 had thyroiditis (7.3%), of whom 137 (7.1%) were accompanied by nodular goiters. If focal thyroiditis was excludetl, the incidence rate of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis would be 2.39T% The increased incidence of Hashimoto's disease was considered to he due to the decreased incidence of endemic goiter and the neglect of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis accompanied by nodular goiters. Thyroiditis occurs in the sur- rounding tissues of the nodule, and it is why the changes in thyroiditis were overlooked iii excised nodules.     

USE OF SANDWICH ENZYME IMMUNOASSAY WITH GLASS BEADS TO DETECT LUNG CANCER CEA AND AFP

The double antibody sandwich enzyme im- munoassay (EIA) method with glass beads as solid phase is used to detect carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and a -fet.oprotein (AFP) in sera of patients with bronchogenic carcinoma. The enzyme labelled antibodies are made from puri- fied rabbit antibodies against human CEA and AFP linked with peroxidase using O-phenylene diamine as a substrate. The color react.ion was examined for quantitative analysis by electro- photometer. Elevated serum CEA levels ove:r 5 ng/ml were found in 2.9 0f the 42 patient (69'70) with lung cancer and 8 0f 25 cases (32'7c》 with benign lung diseases, but none of the latter had a level over 8 ng/ml. Only 3 0f the 46 normal controls (6.5%) had positive CEA higher than 5 ng,rml. Serial observations of 23 cases of broncho- genic carcinoma treated with Polyporus Umbel- latus 猪苓多糖 combined with Chemotherapeu- tic drugs were also examined. In 18 cases (78%), serum CEA concentration c:orresponds to the therapeutic effect after treatment, so it appears that the serum CEA level may be used for pro- gnostic assessmenL On the other hand only 2 of 30 cases with bronchogenic carcinoma showed positive serum AFP levels.
