STUDY ON CERVICAL VISUAL DISTURBANCE ANDITSMANIPULATIVETREATMENT

Studying the common disease cervical spon-dylosis in 1976,we found that not only were itssymptoms relieved or eliminated after manipula-tive treatment.We found also that the associat-ed blindness or blurred vision was alleviated.We have discovered the effective rate of im-proved vision in 114 cases treated in the pastseven years to be 83%.Within this figure,caseswith visual improvement of more than 6 rowson the test-chart comprised 37.4%;45.6% im-proved 2-5 rows;9 of 19 blind eyes regainedvision,7 of which were restored to more than1.0.Of the 54 cases followed up for a minimumof half a year,91.1% showed stable therapeuticeffect.We found that impaired vision causedby cervical spondylosis comprised 2.1% of thecervical syndrome.Clinical characteristics include:a)the impairedvision often occurring after trauma to the head andneck (47.%),or it may occur after degenerativechange of cervical vertebrae (41.2%).Cases of cer-vical spondy losis complicated by simultaneous eyesymptoms reach 76.3%.b)Patients at the early stageof the disease often complain of blurred vision,mostly intermittent.Some complain of unilateral orbilateral ophthalmalgia,or retrobulbar pain.Somecomplain that the eyeball feels tracted backward orpushed forward.Other complaints include distendedfeeling of eye,dry eye,photophobia,lacrimation,nystagmus,golden or black and red spots in thevisual field,c)The eye symptoms are closely relatedto the position of the neck.The authors believe that the pathogenesis ofcervical visual disturbance is related to the functionaldisturbance of the autonomic nervous system andisehemia of the basilar artery.     

眼血康口服液治疗视网膜静脉阻塞临床观察

服眼血康口服液治疗气滞血瘀证视网膜静脉阻塞患者１２０例，与用尿激酶治疗６０例进行对照，在视力恢复，出血吸收及眼底血管荧光造影等方面，眼血康口服液治疗组疗效均优于尿激酶对照组。     

白内障针拨套出术的研究

作者总结了15年来采用针拨套出木治疗1251例(1467只眼)白内障患者的临床资料,对手术的近、远期的矫正视力,术中、术后并发症,手术的适应症及优缺点等进行了分析。结果表明手术效果是好的。并认为我国眼科学家确定的“去风轮与锐眦相半正中插入,毫发无偏”的手术部位是科学的,经睫状体平部进行内眼手术是安全的,为内眼乎术提供了新的手术途径。     

视神经萎缩130例的疗效观察

視神經萎縮在現代医学領域里被认为是一种不易收效的眼病。临床特征是进行性視力减退,有視野与視神經乳头退色的改变。目前对它还沒有特效的疗法,所以不少病人中途放棄了治疗,結果每每导至失明。我科自56年开始,五年来运用中药及针刺对本病进行了临床治疗观察,前后共积累了130     

白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术的临床分析

对27例(32只眼)白内障囊外摘除加后房型人工晶体植入术的临床资料分析,结果表明,术后3个月,全组平均裸眼视力≥4.7(0.5)者占75.0％,矫正视力≥5.0(1.0)者占62.5％,其中有5只眼(15.6％)因眼底病而影响术后视力恢复。术后并发症主要是后囊膜混浊,本组发生率为31.25％。     

高度近视黄斑出血及中医药治疗现状

综述了近年来关于高度近视黄斑出血机制的研究和应用中医药治疗的概况。认为中医药对这一病变的治疗有待进一步发展。     

中医治疗缺血性视盘病变的临床分析
