食管下端贲门碰撞癌

 碰撞瘤是两个相邻独立肿瘤的结合,可发生于口腔、肝、肺、子宫颈、肛门──直肠交界和膀胱等处,发生于胃食交界处少见,多数为腺癌和肉瘤或腺癌和淋巴瘤的碰撞,两种癌的碰撞甚少见,本文报告一例发生于胃贲门腺癌与食管鳞癌的碰撞。     

AMNIOTIC FLUID FETAL BLOOD GROUP PREDICTION AND USE lN NEWBORN HEMOLYTIC DISEASES

In this article the method for testing amnio- tic fluid blood group substances is described and the results of 107 determinations presented. Amniotic fluid blood group substances agree completely with those of the fetal blood. The method of determination is simple, easy to handle and requires no expensive equipment and therefore can be carried out in most laboratories. The clinical application of this determination in hemolytic diseases of the newborn due to ABO or Rh incompatibility is discussed.     

成人乙型肝炎发病诱因的调查研究

本文调查了321名住院成人乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)的发病诱因。明确诱因占33.95%,不肯定诱因16.83%,无诱因49.22%。诱因中,过度疲劳占33.81%,睡眠不足15.24%,精神负担7.62%,其余有感染、受凉、饮酒、饮食不节、房事不节、孕产、潮湿和应用损肝药。
