In this research, we studied the influence of process parameters on the quality of selective laser melting of 18Ni300 maraging steel. The effects of laser power and scanning speed on the relative density and hardness of 18Ni300 were studied by single-factor experiment and the orthogonal experimental method. The relative optimal process parameters of 18Ni300 were obtained when the layer thickness was 0.03 mm, and the hatch space was 0.1 mm. The microstructures and mechanical properties of the samples formed under different process parameters were characterized. The results showed that the optimal hardness and relative density of the sample were 44.7 HRC and 99.98% when the laser power was 230 W and the scanning speed was 1100 mm/s, respectively; the microstructure of the material was uniform and dense, exhibiting few pores. Some columnar crystals appeared along the boundary of the molten pool due to vertical epitaxial growth. The orientation of fine grains at the boundary of the molten pool was random, and some coarse columnar crystals in the molten pool exhibited a certain orientational preference along the <001> orientation. In the case of optimal process parameters, the SLM-formed 18Ni300 was composed of 99.5% martensite and 0.5% retained austenite; the indentation hardness was distributed in the range of 3.2–5 GPa. The indentation modulus was between 142.8–223.4 GPa, exhibiting stronger fluctuations than the indentation hardness. The sample’s mechanical properties showed obvious anisotropy, while the tensile fracture characteristics exhibited necking. The tensile fracture morphology was ductile, and large equiaxed dimples and holes could be observed in the fiber area, accompanied by tearing characteristics. 相似文献

Nanoparticle aggregate structures allow for efficient photon capture, and thus exhibit excellent optical absorption properties. In this study, a model of randomly distributed nanochain aggregates on silicon substrates is developed and analyzed. The Gaussian, uniform, and Cauchy spatial distribution functions are used to characterize the aggregate forms of the nanochains and their morphologies are realistically reconstructed. The relationships between the structural parameters (thickness and filling factor), equivalent physical parameters (density, heat capacity, and thermal conductivity), and visible absorptivity of the structures are established and analyzed. All the above-mentioned parameters exhibit extreme values, which maximize the visible-range absorption; these values are determined by the material properties and nanochain aggregate structure. Finally, Al nanochain aggregate samples are fabricated on Si substrates by reducing the kinetic energy of the metal vapor during deposition. The spectral reflection characteristics of the samples are studied experimentally. The Spearman correlation coefficients for the calculated spectral absorption curves and those measured experimentally are higher than 0.82, thus confirming that the model is accurate. The relative errors between the calculated visible-range absorptivities and the measured data are less than 0.3%, further confirming the accuracy of the model. 相似文献

Wire and arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) is a competitive technique, which enables the fabrication of medium and large metallic components. However, due to the presence of coarse columnar grains in the additively manufactured parts, the resultant mechanical properties will be reduced, which limits the application of WAAM processes in the engineering fields. Grain refinement and improved mechanical properties can be achieved by introducing ultrasonic vibration. Herein, we applied ultrasonic vibration to the WAAM process and investigated the effects of wire feed speed, welding speed, and ultrasonic amplitude on the weld formation and grain size during ultrasonic vibration. Finally, a regression model between the average grain size and wire feed speed, welding speed, and ultrasonic amplitude was established. The results showed that due to the difference in heat input and cladding amount, wire feed speed, welding speed, and ultrasonic amplitude have a significant influence on the weld width and reinforcement. Excessive ultrasonic amplitude could cause the weld to crack during spreading. The average grain size increased with increasing wire feed speed and decreasing welding speed. With increasing ultrasonic amplitude, the average grain size exhibited a trend of decreasing first and then increasing. This would be helpful to manufacture parts of the required grain size in ultrasonic vibration-assisted WAAM fields. 相似文献

Bovine respiratory disease complex (BRDC) is a comprehensive disease in cattle caused by various viral and bacterial infections. Among them, bovine herpesvirus type I (BoHV−1) and bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) play important roles and have caused huge financial losses for the cattle industry worldwide. At present, vaccines against BRDC include trivalent attenuated BoHV−1, BVDV−1, and BVDV−2 live vaccines, BoHV−1 live attenuated vaccines, and BoHV−1/BVDV bivalent live attenuated vaccines, which have limitations in terms of their safety and efficacy. To solve these problems, we optimized the codon of the BVDV−1 E2 gene, added the signal peptide sequence of the BoHV−1 gD gene, expressed double BVDV−1 E2 glycoproteins in tandem at the BoHV−1 gE gene site, and constructed a BoHV−1 genetics-engineered vectored vaccine with gE gene deletion, named BoHV−1 gE/E2−Linker−E2+ and BoHV−1 ΔgE. This study compared the protective effects in BoHV−1, BoHV−1 ΔgE, BoHV−1 gE/E2−Linker−E2+, and BVDV−1 inactivated antigen immunized guinea pigs and calves. The results showed that BoHV−1 gE/E2−Linker−E2+ could successfully induce guinea pigs and calves to produce specific neutralizing antibodies against BVDV−1. In addition, after BoHV−1 and BVDV−1 challenges, BoHV−1 gE/E2−Linker−E2+ can produce a specific neutralizing antibody response against BoHV−1 and BVDV−1 infections. Calves immunized with this type of virus can be distinguished as either vaccinated animals (gE-) or naturally infected animals (gE+). In summary, our data suggest that BoHV−1 gE/E2−Linker−E2+ and BoHV−1 ΔgE have great potential to prevent BVDV−1 or BoHV−1 infection. 相似文献

The lack of new drugs and resistance to existing drugs are serious problems in gastric cancer(GC) treatment. The research found polyphenols possess anti-Helicobacter pylori(Hp) and antitumor activities and may be used in the research and development of drugs for cancer prevention and treatment. However, polyphenols are affected by their chemical structures and physical properties, which leads to relatively low bioavailability and bioactivity in vivo. The intestinal flora can improve the absorption, utilization, and biological activity of polyphenols, whereas polyphenol compounds can increase the richness of the intestinal flora, reduce the activity of carcinogenic bacteria, stabilize the proportion of core flora, and maintain homeostasis of the intestinal microenvironment. Rationale:Capillary hemangioma in the spinal cord is an exceedingly rare entity that is liable to be misdiagnosed. To summarize the clinical presentation, radiological characteristics, and pathological features of capillary hemangioma in the spinal cord and to share our experience for the diagnosis and treatment of intradural extramedullary capillary hemangioma.Patient concerns:Three patients underwent surgical treatment at our hospital between January 2020 and August 2020. All patients were male[median age at presentation: 57 years (range: 56–60)]. Two patients were experiencing pain and numbness in the lower back, and 1 patient was experiencing numbness and weakness in the left lower limb. The duration of symptoms ranged from 1 to 5 months.Diagnosis:All patients were diagnosed with spinal cord capillary hemangioma after treatment. All lesions were in an intradural extramedullary location and involved spinal cord components. Two patients had lesions in thoracic segments (T8, Th9-10), and 1 patient had a lesion in lumbar segment (L1).Interventions:All patients underwent microscopic laminectomy and complete resection of the extramedullary and intramedullary components of the spinal cord capillary hemangiomas.Outcomes:Postoperatively, all patients experienced transient numbness and pain in the lower limbs, which gradually decreased over time. None of the patients experienced bleeding, severe numbness or pain, or recurrence of symptoms at 3-month follow-up.Conclusion:Intradural extramedullary capillary hemangioma has unique morphological characteristics. Gross-total resection of the extramedullary and intramedullary components of spinal cord capillary hemangioma is recommended for patients with symptoms of spinal cord compression. The study was designed to develop and validate the nutrition literacy assessment instrument for pregnant women in China (NLAI-P). The dimension, components and questions of NLAI-P were identified via literature review and expert consultation. A panel of experts evaluated the content validity. The construct validity was evaluated by using the exploratory factor analyses (EFA) and confirmatory factor analyses (CFA). Cronbach’s α coefficient and split-half reliability were applied for examining the reliability. The NLAI-P was divided into 3 dimensions including knowledge, behavior and skill dimension. Findings showed NLAI-P possessed the satisfactory content validity (content validity index = 0.98, content validity ratio = 0.97), acceptable construct validity (χ2/df = 1.82, GFI = 0.86, AGFI = 0.84, RMSEA = 0.046) and good reliability (Cronbach’s α coefficient = 0.82). The average scores of NLAI-P were 46.59 ± 9.27. With the adjustment of confounding factors, education level presented a significantly positive correlation with NLAI-P scores. In conclusion, NLAI-P were valid and reliable to inspect NL level of pregnant women in China. Poor NL was prevalent among Chinese pregnant women. Based on the education level, taking targeted propaganda and education measures would achieve the optimal effect. NLAI-P can be applied as the tool for monitoring and assessing NL of pregnant women, and facilitate the designation of targeted interventions policies. 相似文献

The emergence of graphene-based polymer composite fibers provides a new opportunity to study the high-performance and functional chemical fibers. In this work, we have developed an efficient and convenient method with polydopamine (PDA) to functionalize and reduce graphene oxide (GO) simultaneously, and the modified graphene nanosheets can obtain uniform dispersion and strong interfacial bonding in nylon 6 (PA6). Furthermore, the reinforced PA6 composite fibers were prepared through mixing PDA-rGO into the PA6 polymer matrix and then melt spinning. The functional modification was characterized by surface analysis and structural testing including SEM, TEM, FTIR, and Raman. When the addition amount of the modified GO was 0.15 wt%, the tensile strength and Young’s modulus of the composite fiber reached 310.4 MPa and 462.3 MPa, respectively. The results showed a meaningful reinforcement with an effect compared to the pure nylon 6 fiber. Moreover, the composite fiber also exhibited an improved crystallinity and thermal stability, as measured by DSC and TGA. 相似文献
