玻璃熔窑蜂窝状窑顶的节能机理及效果

根据窑顶辐射率，内表面积和角系数的变化，窑顶，胸墙和玻璃液面温度的改变，以及火焰－窑顶－胸墙－玻璃液面四者之间的辐射热交换，阐明了熔窑蜂状窑顶的节能机理。用计算机通过实例计算，定量表明了蜂窝状窑顶的节能效果。     

Impedance study of the electrochemical reduction of adrenochrome on glassy carbon

The electrochemical reduction of adrenochrome on a glassy carbon electrode was investigated by ac impedance in a constant ionic strength McIlvaine buffer solution. When the frequency was lower than 60 kHz, —Z″ against Z′ showed straight lines whose inclined angles with the real axis were within the range 71–76° in the diagrams of the complex impedance plane obtained at different do potentials. In the corresponding admittance diagrams, distorted semicircles appeared. The electrode reaction involves adsorption of electroactive species and the effect of concentration polarization cannot be neglected. Based upon the admittance model of the equivalent circuit, the optimal estimated values of some model parameters were obtained by using a Gauss-Newton algorithm and non-linear curve fitting. The characteristics of the electrode process are also discussed.     

高血压患者左室构型和房性心律失常的关系

目的了解高血压患者左室构型和房性心律失常关系。方法应用超声心动图及动态心电图，测定左室结构及房性心律失常发生率。结果Ｋｌｅｉｇｅｒ３～６发生和构型有联系（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论左室构型影响房性心律失常。     

五瓣法整复条蹼状瘢痕挛缩畸形

报告了一组应用五瓣法（５—Ｆｌａｐｔｅｃｈｎｉｑｕｅ）整复损伤和烧伤所致蹼状瘢痕挛缩畸形，获得良好治疗效果。并就手术设计、原理、操作方法及适应证进行了讨论。     

胆囊病与冠心病的关系

为探讨胆囊病与冠心病的关系。本文对217例胆囊病和306例冠心病易患因素及发病情况进行对照分析。结果发现胆囊病合并冠心病的发病率为11.28%;胆囊病合并冠心病多见于女性;胆囊病合并冠心病者血清胆固醇和β脂蛋白水平、脂肪肝的发生率明显高于单纯胆囊病和单纯冠心病者。表明胆囊病与冠心病关系密切。     

腰椎间盘膨出CT诊断标准的探讨

在经椎间盘中心平面的ＣＴ扫描图像上，对下腰段８２个正常椎间盘（男４９个，女３３个）及相应平面后方之硬胶囊、椎管的矢径、横径和面积进行了测量，并用指数形式来表示前、后二者间各项指标的比例关系。通过与４０个（男２７个、女１３个）膨出椎间盘的比较分析，发现硬膜囊面积／椎间盘面积、硬膜囊矢径／椎间盘矢径及椎管矢径／椎间盘矢径等三个指数在椎间盘膨出的诊断中最有价值。     

输卵管绝育术后并发异位妊娠病因及其防治的探讨

本文总结我院２０年中输卵管绝育术后并发异位妊娠的有关临床资料，主要以陈旧性宫外孕为其临床特征，仍以停经、腹痛、阴道出血为主要症状，对绝育术致宫外孕的有关因素及其预防进行了分析探讨。     

Construction of an Rb gene expression plasmid.

We obtained an 844 bp Bg1II fragment from an Rb cDNA clone and inserted it into the expression vector pWR-13 to construct an Rb gene expression plasmid. When the Rb Bg1II fragment was fused in-frame into pWR-13, it was operated by a Lac Z promoter and produced a fusion protein which consisted of expressed Rb protein and a small peptide from Lac Z. The recombinants were transformed into E. coli with the CaCl2 method, screened by in situ hybridization, and restriction mapped. Total cellular protein of transformed clones was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Commassie blue staining. The sense clones showed a unique band at 28,000. On Western blot, this band specifically reacted with 125I-labelled antibody against synthetic Rb peptide. This protein comprised more than 5% of total bacterial protein.     

脑脓肿的诊断及治疗

目的：进一步探讨脑脓肿发病情况，影像学表现，选择最佳治疗方法，提高治疗效果。方法：回顾分析１４７裂离脓肿的发病，病因，影像学表现，治疗方法及死亡率下降因素，结果：脑脓肿发病年龄较年青，血源性及隐源性脑脓肿发病率升高，ＣＴ结合ＭＲＩ可明确诊断，选择最佳手术方法。ＣＴ应用后死亡率由２３．８％下降到７．５％，结论：ＣＴ为脑脓肿最主要的诊断方法，ＣＴ定位下穿刺排脓可治愈大部分脑脓肿。
