Objective: To explore the expression level and its clinical significance of hypoxia inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) in non-small lung cancer. Methods: The expression of HIF-1α was detected in 68 human non-small lung cancer samples by immunohistochemistry. Results: (1) Thirty-nine (57.35%) out of the 68 human non-small lung cancer samples was positive for HIF-1α; (2) The positive rate of HIF-1α in adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma was 54.76% (23/42) and 61.54% (16/26) respectively. No significant difference was found between adenocarcinoma and squamous carcinoma of non-small lung cancer in the expression of HIF-1α (P>0.05). The positive rate of HIF-1α in middle-high differentiation was 74.28% (26/35), significantly higher than in low differentiation (39.39%, 13/33) (P<0.05); (3) The positive expression of HIF-1α was not correlated to the sexes, ages, tumor stage and lymph node status. Conclusion: The expression of HIF-1α is higher in non-small lung cancer and is correlated to differentiation.  相似文献

Serum interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) level, activities of natural killer cell (NK) and lymphokine activated killer (LAK) cells were determined in 60 patients with advanced carcinoma (AC) before and after treatment with Shenmai Injection (SMI), forty healthy persons were taken as non-carcinoma control (NC). The results showed that: Serum sIL-2R level in AC were much higher than those in NC (P<0.05) and activities of NK and LAK cells in AC were much lower than those in NC (P<0.05) before treatment. There was no significant difference among gastric, colonic and lung cancer (P>0.05). After treatment with SMI, it was found that the level of sIL-2R in all patients were obviously lowered (P<0.05) while the activities of NK and LAK cells were signifficantly higher than that prior the treatment (P<0.05). Relevancy was not found between sIL-2R and NK, LAK cells. These data suggested that the immune function was compromised in AC, and SMI has a wide effect of immuno-regulation.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: At present, researches on differentiating from human adipose-derived adult stromal cells (hADASC) to neuron-like cells are focus on inducing by artificial-synthetic compound solution; however, hippocampal astrocyte conditioned medium (HCAM) can induce in vitro differentiation from hADASC to neuron-like cells is still unclear. OBJECTIVE: To observe whether HCAM can induce in vitro differentiation from hADASC to neuron-like cells. DESIGN: Randomized control study. SETTING: Department of Neurology, Taixing People's Hospital; Central Laboratory, North China Coal Medical College. MATERIALS: Donor of adipose tissue was donated by female volunteers suffering from caesarean section in the department of obstetrics & gynecology in our hospital and aged 20-35 years. Adipose tissue was collected from subcutaneous tissue of abdomen during the operation. In addition, 8 male newborn Wistar rats within 24 hours with average body mass of 20 g were provided by Animal Institute of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. Rabbit-anti-human Nestin polyclonal antibody, rabbit-anti-human glial fibriliary acidic protein (GFAP) polyclonal antibody, rabbit-anti-human neuro-specific enolase polyclonal antibody and mouse-anti-human microtubal associated protein 2 (MAP-2) polyclonal antibody were provided by Wuhan Boster Company. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the Central Laboratory of North China Coal Medical College from October 2004 to June 2005. hADASC was cultured with HCAM and its growth and morphological changes were observed under inverted phase contrast microscope. Immunocytochemistry, immunofluorescence and Western blotting were used to evaluate the expressions of Nestin, which was a specific sign of nerve precursor, neuro-specific enolase and MAP-2, which was a specific sign of nerve cell, and GFAP, which was a specific sign of neuroglial cells. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Nestin, which was a specific sign of nerve precursor, neuro-specific enolase and MAP-2, which was a specific sign of nerve cell, and GFAP, which was a specific sign of neuroglial cells. RESULTS: On the 3rd day of culture, partial hADASC started deformation from slender shuttle-shape cells to neuron-like cells. It suggested that cells stretched out apophysis, which were mainly double-pole or multiple-pole cells. Five days later, immunohistochemical detection suggested that expression of Nestin (10.5±0.037) was found out in cells; meanwhile, expressions of GFAP (38.4±0.052) and neuro-specific enolase (NSE) (15.7±0.023) were also found out in cells; however, expression of MAP-2 was not observed. Western blot indicated that, 5 days after effect of HCAM, Nestin was found out in hADASC; meanwhile, expressions of GFAP and neuro-specific enolase were also found out; however, expression of MAP-2 was not observed. CONCLUSION: HCAM can induce the differentiation from hADASC to neuron-like cells in vitro.  相似文献

目的:研究伴有排尿功能障碍的隐性脊柱裂患者临床特征。方法:总结41例有明显排尿功能障碍的隐性脊柱裂患者临床资料。以18岁为界,将患者分为儿童组和成人组,所有患者均接受X线检查,除4例儿童外,均接受普通尿流动力学检查。结果:儿童组发病高峰年龄在1~2岁,主要临床表现为持续性原发性遗尿,部分伴有尿频、尿急及轻度急迫性尿失禁现象;成人组发病高峰年龄在18~26岁,主要临床表现为尿频、尿急、排尿前踌躇、排尿困难、遗尿等。结论:隐性脊柱裂患者常有排尿功能异常表现,出现症状的高峰时间为出生后及青春发育期后。X线、CT、MRI和尿流动力学等检查在隐性脊柱裂排尿功能障碍的诊断和治疗方案制定中有重要地位。  相似文献

[目的]研究大豆蛋白对肾损害大鼠钙平衡的影响。[方法]选择3月龄断乳雄性SD大鼠40只.按体质量从小到大排序,采用完全随机化原则分为4组。每组10只。标准饲料对照组:喂食含有14%酪蛋白饲料;大豆蛋白饲料组:喂食含有14%大豆分离蛋白饲料;混合饲料1组:喂食含有7%酪蛋白加7%大豆分离蛋白饲料;混合饲料2组:喂食含有7%酪蛋白加14%大豆分离蛋白饲料。实验期用腺嘌呤灌胃共21d,建立肾损害大鼠模型,各组大鼠喂养相应饲料6周,测饲料消耗量、24h尿蛋白、尿钙、钙表观吸收率、储留钙量。[结果]4组实验大鼠饲料摄入量1d~30d无统计学差异,大豆蛋白饲料组和混合饲料1组实验结束时与另外两组相比,尿钙排泄量低,钙表观吸收率和储留钙量高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。[结论]蛋白质含量水平在14%条件下,含大豆蛋白的两种饲料对肾损害大鼠钙吸收、钙排泄的影响无统计学差异,有利于促进钙吸收,减少钙排泄。  相似文献

臀肌挛缩症(gluteal muscle contracture,GMC)是由多种原因引起的臀肌及其筋膜纤维变性、挛缩,导致髋关节功能受限所表现的特有步态、体征的临床综合征。1989年陆裕朴在国内已有系统回顾后,我国病例报道逐渐增多,普及各大省市,特别是那些偏远的山区或基层农村。由于医疗卫生条件差,再加上人们的医疗卫生、保健知识缺乏,导致对本病的认识不足,该病的发病率农村明显的高于城镇。轻者造成患儿异常姿势和特殊步态。严重的可导致骨关节畸形、骨盆倾斜、跛行等。影响患者的正常发育及生活能力。  相似文献

用神经氨酸酶及羧肽酶B处理血浆,依次经C4高压琼脂糖电泳、免疫固定、薄层激光扫描等步骤,并结合血浆免疫火箭电泳定量法对我国武汉地区随机人群的血浆C4总量及C4两种同种型,主要别型,单、双QO,重复座位等时的血浆C4含量进行了检测与分析。结果发现:遗传因素明显影响血浆C4水平,因而在群体中表现宽广的C4浓度范围,特别在有C4QO与C4重复基因座位时差异特别明显。这一研究提示,不同的C4基因型,循环C4含量表现明显差异。临床上检测C4含量时应该考虑患者的C4基因型别。  相似文献

本文采用卡氏十六种人格因素量表,对纤维胃十二肠镜和活体组织病理检查确诊,剔除可能影响调查的疾患之后的56例慢性胃炎患者做了测查,结果与中国男性成人常模对照,提示男性慢性胃炎患者的主要人格特征有:严谨、保守、忧郁、紧张、顺从、依赖、有焦虑倾向,非内向个性,不属于心理不健康人群,而与消化性溃疡个性特征有所不同,但是,矫治其人格缺损及属必要。  相似文献

目的阐明异常机械应力对髋臼发育和髋臼软骨生长板内软骨细胞增殖的影响,探讨髋臼发育不良的修复方法。方法将60只3周龄的雌性Wistar大鼠分成3组,每组20只,左侧髋关节为实验侧,右侧为对照侧。A组:在2周内反复将髋关节手法脱位后再复位;B组:膝关节伸直位钢针固定,制作髋臼发育不良的动物模型,2周后拔出钢针;C组:持续伸直位固定膝关节。三组动物分别于第5、7、9、12周时进行钼靶软X线、组织形态学及透射电镜观察。结果A组第5周时唇缘变钝,髋臼角比对侧增大约5°,软骨生长板内增殖层软骨细胞极向紊乱,SO染色无差异,圆韧带有淋巴细胞浸润,第7、9、12周时变化小,两侧无差异;B组第5周时髋臼角比对侧明显增大,第7周时唇缘变钝、内翻,纤维增生,柱状细胞极性紊乱,肥大细胞层增多,第9、12周时接近正常,12周时髋臼角为23.4°,髋臼入口最短径为5.0mm;C组髋臼角比对侧持续增大,没有任何改善倾向,第12周时唇缘内翻、扁平,无明显柱状细胞排列,细胞核变小,细胞器减少,空泡形成,髋臼角为71.3°,髋臼入口最短径为2.9mm。结论在髋臼发育旺盛期解除异常机械应力、恢复头臼同心,髋臼发育不良有治愈倾向。造成髋臼发育不良的直接原因是软骨生长板内增殖层软骨细胞代谢功能发生改变,骨化延迟。  相似文献
