目的 探讨疗养院非现役文职人员心理健康状况与人格特征的相关性.方法 用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16-PF)对疗养院54名非现役文职人员进行量表测评,数据采用SPSS 15.0软件包进行统计分析.结果 非现役文职人员SCL-90总分显著低于国内常模和军人常模(t1 =-6.12,P<0.01;t2=-11.14,P<0.01);本科生非现役文职人员SCL-90总分显著低于专科生(t=-4.28,P<0.01);非现役护士SCL-90得分高于其他专业组(F=3.54,P<0.05);SCL-90总分与忧虑性、紧张性等呈显著性正相关(r1=0.42,r1=0.44;P<0.01).结论 疗养院非现役文职人员的心理健康状况总体较好,心理健康水平与人格特征密切相关.  相似文献

目的探讨锰卟啉(MnTBAP)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血损伤的保护作用及其可能机制。方法采用线拴法建立大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型,分为假手术组、缺血组、MnTBAP治疗组。缺血组和治疗组术后立即腹腔注射生理盐水和MnTBAP(10mg/kg体重),缺血24h后处死,用原位末端标记技术(TUNEL)和免疫组织化学方法对缺血侧脑组织神经细胞凋亡和凋亡调控蛋白Caspase-3表达进行检测。结果与假手术组相比,缺血组脑组织神经细胞凋亡及Caspase-3蛋白表达水平明显增加(P<0.01);与缺血组相比,MnTBAP治疗组神经细胞凋亡及Caspase-3蛋白表达水平显著减少。结论 MnTBAP能下调Caspase-3蛋白表达,抑制脑组织神经细胞凋亡,对缺血性脑损伤具有保护作用。  相似文献

目的 比较Er:YAG激光-氟化钠联合法与亚甲基蓝-光动力疗法(MB-PDT)的防龋效果及安全性。方法 建立28只大鼠龋齿模型,随机分成7组:不同功率密度的光动力疗法(PDT)组、激光+氟化钠联合组、激光组、氟化钠组和0.9%生理盐水组。分光光度法检测变异链球菌生长抑制情况;激光荧光诊断仪(LF)检测龋损脱矿程度;组织病理观察牙髓及颊黏膜损伤状况。结果 PDT组与激光+氟化钠联合组光密度值明显低于其他处理组(P<0.05);不同处理方法均可使LF值上升,出现不同程度的脱矿;组织病理学观察,70 mw·cm-2的联合组和Er:YAG激光组存在牙髓及颊黏膜损伤。结论 相同参数下,联合组与PDT均有良好的杀菌效果,但PDT不良反应少、损伤小,是一种高效且安全的防龋手段。  相似文献

目的 探索干扰成纤维细胞生长因子4(fibroblast growth factor 4,FGF4)表达对口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)细胞增殖、迁移及侵袭能力的影响.方法 培养5株OSCC细胞株并检测FGF4 DNA拷贝数及mRNA的表达变化;转染siRNA干扰FGF4表达并进行验证;干扰FGF4表达后,采用CCK-8检测OSCC细胞株HSC-3、H314细胞增殖能力的变化,采用Transwell方法检测细胞迁移及侵袭能力的变化.结果 同对照组相比,干扰FGF4表达后,HSC-3、H314细胞增殖能力明显下降(P<0.05).在HSC-3中,FGF4 siRNA-002组及siRNA-003组迁移细胞数分别下降了64.52%、66.81%;在H314细胞系中,FGF4 siRNA-002组及siRNA-003组迁移细胞数下降了66.81%、82.01%.同对照组相比,在HSC-3中,FGF4 siRNA-002组及siRNA-003侵袭细胞数分别下降了52.34%、49.89%.在H314中,FGF4 siRNA-002组及siRNA-003侵袭细胞数分别下降了75.3%、90.63%.结论 在OSCC细胞中,干扰FGF4表达可抑制OSCC细胞的增殖、迁移及侵袭能力.  相似文献

Polymer solar cells based on poly(phenylenevinylene‐alt‐4,7‐diphenyl‐2,1,3‐benzothiadiazole) (PP‐DBT):[6,6]‐phenyl C71 butyric acid methyl‐ester (PC71BM) blend films are optimized. The results show that the solar cell has a better performance at a 1:4 blend ratio than at 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and 1:5 blend ratios, due to the higher hole mobility of active layer and the optimized morphology. The device prepared from chlorobenzene (CB) has a higher power conversion efficiency (PCE) than the devices prepared from chloroform and o‐dichlorobenzene, because the former has a much higher short‐circuit current density (Jsc) resulting from the morphology with proper phase separation. The solar cell modified with two layers of ZnO nanocrystals achieves the best performance with an open‐circuit voltage of 0.9 V, a Jsc of 7.46 mW cm?2, fill factor (FF) of 0.50, and PCE of 3.36%.

Oral lichen planus (OLP) is a potentially malignant disorder associated with an increased risk of progression to oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The objective of this study was to determine protein expression of cancer stem cell factor Bmi1 in a longitudinal series of patients with OLP and evaluate the correlation between Bmi1 expression and the risk of progression to OSCC. In a retrospective study, Bmi1 expression was determined using immunohistochemistry in samples from 96 patients with OLP who received a mean follow-up of 54 months, including patients who did not progress to OSCC (n = 87) and patients who had progressed to OSCC (n = 9). Analysis of 10 cases of normal oral mucosa and 6 cases of postmalignant OSCC form previously diagnosed OLP was also performed. The results showed that Bmi1 expression was observed in 32 (36.8%) of 87 cases of nonprogressing OLP and in 8 (88.9%) of 9 cases of progressing OLP. Bmi1 was not expressed in normal oral mucosa, but it was positively expressed in the 6 (100%) cases of OSCC. Multivariate analysis revealed that the risk of malignant progression in the patients with Bmi1-positive expression was significantly higher than those with Bmi1 negativity (odds ratio, 20.75; 95% confidence interval, 2.21-194.57; P = .008). Collectively, Bmi1 expression was significantly associated with malignant transformation in a large series of patients with OLP who received a longitudinal observation. Our findings suggested that Bmi1 may serve as a useful marker for the identification of a high risk of malignant progression of OLP.  相似文献

Five new compounds including three new cannabinoids, cannabisativas A–C (1–3), two new phenolic acids, (7Z,9Z)-cannabiphenolic acid A (4) and (8S,9Z)-cannabiphenolic acid B (5), together with twelve known compounds (6–17), were isolated from the aerial parts of Cannabis sativa L. subsp. sativa. The structures of 1–5 were established on the basis of extensive 1D, 2D NMR and HRESIMS analysis. The absolute configurations were determined by comparison between their experimental and calculated spectra of electronic circular dichroism (ECD) or the modified Mosher''s method. The neuroprotective effects of the compounds 1–17 were evaluated on PC 12 cells. Compounds 12, 13 and 15 showed potential protective effects against H2O2-induced damage.

目的探讨造口袋剪裁技巧联合防漏贴环在肠造口术后并发造口旁瘘伴刺激性皮炎门诊患儿的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年5月—2019年11月于深圳市儿童医院造口专科护理门诊就诊的肠造口术后并发造口旁瘘伴刺激性皮炎的家庭护理困难患儿21例为研究对象,使用造口袋剪裁技巧(旁瘘处局部微扩增宽1~2 mm剪裁)联合防漏贴环方法进行干预,比较干预前后肠造口周围皮肤状况评分(DET)、造口袋更换间隔时间、主要照护者SAS得分。结果21例患儿首次就诊时DET评分为(8.29±1.15)分,干预1周后复诊时DET评分为(5.14±1.80)分,差异有统计学意义(t=11.65,P<0.01)。干预前造口袋更换间隔时间为(0.45±0.10)d,干预后更换间隔时间为(1.06±0.29)d,差异有统计学意义(t=-10.67,P<0.01)。首次就诊时21例患儿的主要照护者SAS评分为(66.05±5.29)分,干预1周后SAS评分(49.10±3.35)分,差异有统计学意义(t=21.59,P<0.01)。结论肠造口术后并发造口旁瘘伴刺激性皮炎的家庭护理困难患儿使用造口袋局部剪裁技巧联合防漏贴环可缩小刺激性皮炎的范围,减轻刺激性皮炎的严重程度,延长造口袋更换间隔时间,有效改善主要照护者的焦虑症状。  相似文献

Differential artery-vein (AV) analysis is essential for retinal study, disease detection, and treatment assessment. This study is to characterize vascular reflectance profiles and blood flow patterns of retinal artery and vein systems in optical coherence tomography (OCT) and OCT angiography (OCTA), and establish them as robust signatures for objective AV classification. A custom designed OCT was employed for three-dimensional (3D) imaging of mouse retina, and corresponding OCTA was reconstructed. Radially resliced OCT B-scans revealed two, i.e. top and bottom, hyperreflective wall boundaries in retinal arteries, while these wall boundaries were absent in OCT of retinal veins. Additional OCTA analysis consistently displayed a layered speckle distribution in the vein, which may indicate the venous laminar flow. These OCT and OCTA differences offer unique signatures for objective AV classification in OCT and OCTA.  相似文献

This study aimed to identify features of breast intraductal lesions in photoacoustic/ultrasound (PA/US) imaging and compare PA/US with color Doppler flow/ultrasound (CDFI/US) in the evaluation of breast intraductal lesions. In the nine patients with 10 breast intraductal lesions and 8 patients with 8 benign lesions, total vessel scores evaluated from PA/US are significantly greater than those from CDFI/US (p=0.005). PA internal vessel scores and oxygen saturation (SO2) score are significantly increased in breast intraductal lesions than in benign lesions (p=0.016, p=0.006). With a cutoff PA score (sum of PA internal vessel score and SO2 score) of 2.5, we obtained a sensitivity of 90% and a specificity of 87.5% in differentiation of two groups. PA/US upgraded 40% of breast intraductal lesions, and downgraded 50% of benign lesions from the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System grading results based on CDFI/US. PA/US functional imaging has the potential in differentiating breast intraductal lesions.  相似文献
