背景:为抑制人体的震颤运动,各国研究人员试图设计出一套可穿戴机器人辅助抑震系统。目的:分析介绍了针对震颤滤波预估常用的线性傅里叶拟合算法及其衍生算法,并在此基础上提出了改进算法。方法:提出一种引入了加权线性傅里叶拟合算法变基频带限线性傅里叶拟合改进算法,迭代的过程中可随着对象的改变而发生改变,频带设定了一定约束条件以保证算法的滤波特性,限制了频带的变化范围,即限定了一个大的通频带,通频窗口只能在所设定的这个范围内进行滑动,所提出的这种算法为限窗滑动的线形傅里叶拟合。结果及结论:该算法的适应性得到了拓宽,对震颤滤波预估具有更强的适应性与准确性。 相似文献

To examine the use of online social networking for cardiovascular care using Facebook. All posts and comments in a Facebook group between June 2011 and May 2012 were reviewed, and a survey was conducted. A total of 298 members participated. Of the 277 wall posts, 26.7% were question posts requesting rapid replies, and 50.5% were interesting cases shared with other members. The median response time for the question posts was 16 min (IQR 8–47), which tended to decrease as more members joined the group. Many members (37.4%) accessed the group more than once a day, and more than half (64%) monitored the group posts in real time with automatic notifications of new posts. Most members expressed confidence in the content posted. Facebook enables online social networking between physicians in near-real time and appears to be a useful tool for physicians to share clinical experience and request assistance in decision-making. 相似文献

目的探讨动脉内灌注盐酸替罗非班在处理支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤时术中急性血栓的有效性及安全性。方法收集2013年1月至2017年6月11例行颅内动脉瘤栓塞术中发生血栓患者,发生血栓后,均于微导管内靶向灌注盐酸替罗非班6ml,同时静脉泵注5ml/h,然后每5~10分钟造影观察血管溶通情况,直至血栓消失或血管开通。术后进行CT或MRI随访,观察有无脑梗塞或脑出血。结果 11例术中造影血管均完全再通,术后第1天、第7天及术后1月行头颅CT或MRI检查,均未发现与手术相关脑梗塞和脑出血的发生。结论支架辅助弹簧圈栓塞颅内动脉瘤时,术中出现急性血栓并发症时,经动脉靶向灌注盐酸替罗非班是一种安全、有效的方法。 相似文献

Spinal cord injury (SCI) is one of the most common causes of death and disability worldwide, and it can result in both permanent disability and serial complications in patients. Research shows that patients with SCI complications are often interested in acupuncture for symptomatic relief. Therefore, the issue of physicians advising their patients regarding the use of acupuncture to alleviate SCI complications becomes pertinent. We review and summarize two types of relevant publications: (1) literature concerning acupuncture for SCI and its complications and (2) underlying mechanisms of acupuncture therapy for SCI. Clinical trials and reviews have suggested that acupuncture effectively manages a range of post-SCI complications, including motor and sensory dysfunction, pain, neurogenic bowel and bladder, pressure ulcers, spasticity, and osteoporosis. The effect of acupuncture on post-SCI orthostatic hypotension and sexual dysfunction remains unclear. Decreased oxidative stress, inhibition of inflammation and neuronal apoptosis, regulation of the expression and activity of endogenous biological mediators, and increased regenerative stem cell production are the possible mechanisms of acupuncture therapy for SCI. Although many limitations have been reported in previous studies, given the evidence for the efficacy of acupuncture, we recommend that physicians should support the use of acupuncture therapy for SCI complications. 相似文献

目的针对西安市雁塔区机井水的水质状况存在的问题,比较机井水与城市集中供水的水质质量,以加强对机井水用水企业单位的监管。方法收集西安市雁塔区2008、2009、2010年的水质检测报告156份,依据水源类型分为机井水(78份)和城市集中供水(78份),检测项目30项,采用SPSS13.0统计软件进行显著性统计分析。站果机井水中铁(1.78mg/L)、锰(0.33mg/L)、总硬度(672.25mg/L)、硫酸盐(110.68mg/L)、氯化物(134.23mg/L)、溶解性总固体(1279.00mg/L)、氟化物(1.06mg/L)、细菌总数(1.5×10^4CFU/mL)、大肠菌群(8MPN/100mL)的最高检测值高于国家生活引用水卫生标准;城市集中供水检测项目均符合国家生活引用水卫生标准;总硬度(t=12.09,P〈0.05)、硫酸盐(t=5.69,P〈0.05)、氯化物(t=9.043,P〈0.05)、溶解性总固体(t=10.57,P〈0.05)、氟化物(t=2.08,P=0.041〈O.05)、细菌总数(t=2.47,P=0.016〈0.05)、大肠菌群(t=2.20,P=0.031〈0.05)7项检测项目在机井水与城市供水组的水质上存在显著性差异。结论西安市雁塔区机井水的水质状况劣于城市集中供水,应切实加强对机井水用水企业单位的监管,加快城市集中供水的全区覆盖面。 相似文献

The clinical application of gentamicin has been limited by its nephrotoxicity, which is characterized by kidney injury, interstitial fibrosis and progressive renal impairment. In this paper, we examine effects of plasmid pUDK-HGF which encodes the human hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) gene on gentamicin-induced renal injury in rats. The kidney injury was intentionally induced by injecting gentamicin intraperitoneally. On the third day after last gentamicin treatment, pUDK-HGF was injected into the left kidney tissue only once via a sterile back incision. At day 30 after gentamicin treatment, RI, Scr, BUN, 24h-UTP and apoptotic cell death were determined. Tubulointerstitial injury and the renal interstitial vessel regeneration were evaluated by histological scoring. pUDK-HGF treatment significantly improved the renal function with decreasing RI, Scr and BUN. 24h-UTP also presented ameliorating trend compared to the control group with kidney injury. pUDK-HGF treatment significantly decreased the score of tubulointerstitial injury and enhanced angiogenesis, also prevented kidney cells from apoptosis. The tubulointerstitial injury was significantly reduced in the pUDK-HGF injected left kidney and right kidney also showed some improvements. Our results showed that pUDK-HGF may become a novel therapeutic agent for kidney injury and renal fibrosis. 相似文献

The Sysmex KX-21 uses a novel cyanide-free colorimetric method to detect hemoglobin (HGB) concentration. This measurement has not been compared with the cyanmethemoglobin method on the ADVIA 120 which is recommended as the reference method by the International Committee for Standardization in Hematology. Additionally, ADVIA 120 uses flow cytometric method to detect cellular HGB concentration. The aim of this study was to compare the three methods of HGB analysis on the two analyzers. Fresh K3EDTA blood samples from 32 dogs and 27 rats were included. A complete blood count (CBC) was performed on each sample using the Sysmex KX-21 and ADVIA 120. Colorimetric and cellular HGB concentrations and all calculated variables based on HGB measurement were compared using linear regression, Passing–Bablok regression, and Bland–Altman plots, using the cyanmethemoglobin method as the reference method. In samples from both species, an excellent correlation was found between the HGB results measured with the cyanide-free method and the cyanide-based method (r?=?0.97); however, a slight mean proportional bias of 3.8 % (dogs) and 1.9 % (rats) was observed. The correlation of flow cytometric cellular HGB concentration and extracellular total HGB concentration on the ADVIA 120 was excellent (r?=?0.97), and no significant bias was observed. Additionally, excellent to fair agreement was evident for all calculated erythrocyte and HGB variables. Thus, the cyanide-free HGB method and flow cytometric method could be used with blood samples from dogs and rats; however, the proportional bias should be considered. 相似文献

??OBJECTIVE To establish an interferon-resistant hepatitis B virus cell model and provide experimental basis for further investigating the mechanism of HBV resistance to interferon. METHODS HepG2.2.15 was continuously grown in the presence of 10,30,50 and 70 u??mL-1 of interferon ??-2b for up to 48 weeks. The HepG2.2.15/IFN??-2b cell model was constructed after 48 weeks of induction. The cells were treated with the best-effect concentration. Then, the levels of HBsAg, HBeAg, and HBV DNA in the supernatant of cell culture medium before and after the treatment were compared. RESULTS After stimulation with low concentrations of IFN??-2b for 12 weeks, the 50 u??mL-1 group showed significant resistance to the best-effect concentration of IFN??-2b. Compared with the levels before stimulation, the inhibition rate on HBsAg, HBeAg, and HBV DNA decreased by 25.48%, 8.40%, and 15.43%, respectively, suggesting that 50 u??mL-1 was the best-stimulation concentration. After stimulated with 50 u??mL-1 IFN??-2b for 12-48 weeks, the results showed that the inhibition rate on HBsAg, HBeAg, and HBV DNA after 36 weeks was the most significant. CONCLUSION Continuous induction with 50 u??mL-1 IFN??-2b for 36 weeks could most easily induce drug resistance in HepG2.2.15 cells. 相似文献

Most adult stem cells are in the G0 phase of the cell cycle, accounting for only a small percentage of the cells in the tissue. Thus, isolation of stem cells from tissues for further study represents a major challenge. The anti‐tumor drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU) selectively kills proliferating cells, sparing cells in the G0 phase. Thus, the objective of this study was to determine whether 5‐FU can be used to enrich stem cells in a human bronchial epithelial (HBE) cell population in vitro. Side population (SP) cells were isolated from untreated HBE cells or HBE cells treated with 5‐FU, and the resulting cells were subjected to colony formation assays, culturing of cell spheres, and tumorigenicity assays. Expression of Oct3/4, Sox2, PCK, and β‐catenin were examined by Western blot analysis and immunofluorescence. Treatment with 5‐FU increased the percentage of SP cells from 0.3% to 1.5%, and the clonogenic ability of 5‐FU‐treated cells was more than twofold higher than that of HBE cells. Cells that survived after 5‐FU treatment exhibited a higher capacity for sphere formation. Furthermore, spheres formed from 5‐FU‐treated cells possessed the capacity to generate differentiated progenies. Cells treated with 5‐FU also exhibited tumorigenic potential, based on tumor formation assays in nude mice, and Oct3/4‐positive cell aggregates were identified in the resulting tumors. In this study, we have shown that 5‐FU treatment enriched the population of cells expressing the putative embryonic markers Oct3/4 and Sox2 and exhibiting nuclear accumulation of β‐catenin. Furthermore, 5‐FU‐treated cells expressed low levels of the epithelial differentiation marker PCK. Analysis of epigenetic modifications suggested that Oct3/4‐positive cells possessed characteristics of stem cells. These results demonstrate that treatment with 5‐FU can enrich the stem cell population present in a human bronchial epithelial cell line, and implicate combined treatment with 5‐FU and serum‐free medium as a new method for isolation of stem‐like cells from the HBE cell line. 相似文献
