Danggui-Buxue-Tang (DBT) is a famous traditional Chinese formula. We examined the anti-inflammatory effect of it in diabetic atherosclerosis rats. DBT (3 or 6g/kg/day for 4 weeks) was orally administrated to the diabetic atherosclerosis rats, which were induced by nitric oxide inhibition (l-NAME in drinking water, 1mg/ml) plus high-fat diet. The concentrations of circulating inflammatory markers C-reactive protein (CRP) and tumour necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and serum fructosamine were determined. The results showed that DBT had no direct effect in lowering serum fructosamine level, but can decrease the concentrations of CRP and TNF-alpha, produce a higher survival rate and less body weight loss, and decrease water intake in diabetic atherosclerosis in GK rats. 相似文献

目的探讨隐匿性中耳炎的临床特点,避免误诊。方法回顾分析13例隐匿性中耳炎患者的临床资料,从病史、鼓膜检查、听功能检测、颞骨CT及手术所见等方面总结分析其特征。结果所有病例无明显耳漏病史,鼓膜和外耳道局部无明显阳性体征,均以听力下降、耳闷、耳鸣、耳痛等症状就诊,病程8天~2个月;纯音听阈显示4耳为传导性听力损失,9耳为混合性听力损失,0.5~4kHz气导平均听阈为44.15±4.50dB HL;鼓室导抗图B型12耳,C型1耳;颞骨CT显示鼓窦、乳突区密度增高;术中见2耳上鼓室有包裹性积液及肉芽,9耳上鼓室、鼓窦、乳突腔有肉芽组织,部分听骨链中断,2耳乳突腔见胆脂瘤。手术清除病变,解除引流通道的阻塞,13例均治愈,随访6个月至3年,无复发。结论易漏诊的隐匿性中耳炎无明显临床症状,对于有反复原因不明的耳痛、耳闷感、耳鸣、听力下降等症状者,无论鼓膜完整与否,均应早期行听力及高分辨率颞骨CT扫描等检查以确诊;手术是该病有效的治疗方法。 相似文献

目的建立秦岭党参的质量控制标准。方法通过性状、鉴别(显微、薄层色谱法)、检查(水分、灰分)及浸出物测定等手段,对秦岭党参的质量标准进行了研究。结果秦岭党参的性状、显微特征明显;薄层色谱(TLC)斑点清晰并与对照品色谱在相应的位置上,显相同颜色的斑点;药材水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇(45%乙醇)溶性浸出物及水溶性浸出物等的含量(%)分别为(9.70±3.19)、(8.50±2.24)、(4.97±1.74)、(48.11±6.68)及(51.49±9.50)。结论从性状、鉴别、检查及浸出物测定等方面可以控制秦岭党参的质量。 相似文献

Stroke is the most common cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality around the world. However, the underlying mechanisms involved in nerve injury and cerebral ischaemia/reperfusion (I/R) during cerebrovascular disease are still not completely clear. In the present study, we investigate the role of kinesin family member 2 (KIF2) in the neuroprotection after cerebral I/R injury. KIF2 was aberrantly expressed in the cerebral tissues from middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) rat model in a time dependent manner. A similar changing pattern was found in the cultured hypoxic neurons as well as SK-N-SH cells in vitro. Compared to the control, KIF2 inhibition significantly increased the level of malonic dialdehyde (MDA), and reduced the level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) as well as glutathione peroxidase (GSH-px) activity in cerebral tissues of MCAO rat model. The reactive oxygen species (ROS) level was also up-regulated after KIF2 siRNA knockdown in cultured hypoxic SK-N-SH cells. The apoptosis rates of hypoxic neurons and SK-N-SH cells as well as activated-caspase-3 level were obviously increased after KIF2 silencing. Furthermore, we found that the nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) pathway was involved in KIF2-mediated neuroprotection after cerebral I/R injury, and induced apoptosis of hypoxic SK-N-SH cells by KIF2 silencing could be attenuated by the specific inhibitor BAY11-7082 of NF-κB. In conclusion, we demonstrate that KIF2 could mediate the neuroprotection in cerebral I/R injury by inhibiting activation of NF-κB pathway. 目的 探讨低辐射剂量CT扫描检查先天性心脏病的可行性.方法 将50只实验犬按乳头平面胸围值分为5组,每组10只,根据常规扫描剂量进行逐步调整,最终得到各组最低曝光量:20、25、30、40、55 mAs,根据相应的胸围值分别应用于148例先天性心脏病患儿心脏增强扫描,并评价其成像质量.结果 实验犬和患儿经适当降低曝光量后,优良级片率分别为91.2%、92.4%,而5组曝光量及单一扫描层面的加权 CT剂量指数值分别降低到标准曝光量的13.3%、16.7%、20.0%、26.7%和33.3%.结论 依据患儿胸围大小适当降低CT曝光量可显著减少患儿的辐射剂量. 相似文献

目的:评价发散式冲击波(RSWT)治疗间盘源性下腰痛的近期疗效。方法:对43例间盘源性下腰痛患者进行发散式冲击波治疗,配合适当的卧床休息和躯干核心稳定肌功能锻炼,比较治疗1w、2w及治疗结束后1月、3月随访时的患者的VAS疼痛评分及Oswestry功能指数的变化。结果:治疗后1w、2w、1月、3月不同时段所观察记录VAS疼痛分值及Oswestry功能指数均较治疗前明显下降,差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。结论:发散式冲击波可有效缓解下腰背部疼痛并能改善腰部功能,其近期疗效满意,值得推广并行进一步前瞻对照研究。 相似文献

Silicon carbide (SiC) has a variety of applications because of its favorable chemical stability and outstanding physical characteristics, such as high hardness and high rigidity. In this study, a femtosecond laser with a spiral scanning radial offset of 5 μm and a spot radius of 6 μm is utilized to process micropillars on a SiC plate. The influence of pulsed laser beam energies and laser translation velocities on the micropillar profiles, dimensions, surface roughness Ra, and material removal capability (MRC) of micropillars was investigated. The processing results indicate that the micropillar has the best perpendicularity, with a micropillar bottom angle of 75.59° under a pulsed beam energy of 50 μJ in the range of 10–70 μJ, with a pulsed repetition rate of 600 kHz and a translation velocity of 0.1 m/s. As the laser translation velocity increases between 0.2 m/s and 1.0 m/s under a fixed pulsed beam energy of 50 μJ and a constant pulsed repetition rate of 600 kHz, the micropillar height decreases from 119.88 μm to 81.79 μm, with the MRC value increasing from 1.998 μm3/μJ to 6.816 μm3/μJ, while the micropillar bottom angle increases from 68.87° to 75.59°, and the Ra value diminishes from 0.836 μm to 0.341 μm. It is suggested that a combination of a higher pulsed laser beam energy with a faster laser translation speed is recommended to achieve micropillars with the same height, as well as an improved processing efficiency and surface finish. 相似文献

以PHA、IL-2体外诱导培养2~3wk的淋巴细胞作为受体细胞,在脂质体介导下进行腺苷脱氨酶及β-半乳糖苷酶基因转移。结果表明:外周血淋巴细胞在体外经PHA、IL-2诱导可大量增殖,其中CD3+细胞占90%以上。脂质体介导外源性DNA阳性转染率可高达30%~40%以上。转移后细胞表达有活性的基因表达产物。提示应用脂质体对体外扩增的淋巴细胞实施基因转移,其方法简便,转移率高,转移后基因在受体细胞中能较好地表达 相似文献
