This work proposes a research method that is a scheme that can be universally applied in problems based on the selection of optimal parameters for metal forming processes. For this purpose, statistical data optimisation methods were used. The research was based on the analysis of the shear spinning tests performed in industrial conditions. The process of shear spinning was conducted on the components made of Inconel 625 nickel superalloy. It was necessary to select the appropriate experimental plan, which, by minimising the number of trials, allowed one to draw conclusions on the influence of process parameters on the final quality of the product and was the starting point for their optimisation. The orthogonal design is the only design for three factors at two levels, providing non-trivial and statistically significant information on the main effects and interactions for the four samples. The samples were analysed for shape and dimensions using an Atos Core 200 3D scanner. Three-dimensional scanning data allowed the influence of the technological parameters of the process on quality indicators, and thus on the subsequent optimisation of the process, to be determined. Soybean is an important, high protein source of food and feed. However, like other agricultural grains, soybean may pose a risk to human and animal health due to contamination of the grains with toxigenic Fusaria and associated mycotoxins. In this study, we investigated the diversity of Fusaria on a panel of 104 field isolates obtained from soybean grains during the growing seasons in 2017–2020. The results of species-specific PCR analyses showed that Fusarium avenaceum was the most common (n = 40) species associated with soybean grains in Poland, followed by F. equiseti (n = 22) and F. sporotrichioides (11 isolates). A set of isolates, which was not determined based on PCR analyses, was whole genome sequenced. Multiple sequence analyses using tef-1α, top1, rpb1, rpb2, tub2, pgk, cam and lsu genes showed that most of them belonged to Equiseti clade. Three cryptic species from this clade: F. clavum, F. flagelliforme and FIESC 31 (lacking Latin binomial) were found on soybean for the first time. The paper presents a method for checking the geometry of stamped car body parts using a 3D optical measurement system. The analysis focuses on the first forming operation due to the deformation and material flow associated with stall thresholds. An essential element of the analysis is determining the actual gap occurring between the forming surfaces based on the die and punch geometry used in the first stamping operation. The geometry of car body elements at individual production stages was analyzed using an optical laser scanner. The control carried out in this way allowed one to correctly position the tools (punch and die), thus introducing the correction of technological parameters, having a fundamental influence on the specific features of the final product. This type of approach has not been used before to calibrate the technological line and setting of shaping tools. The influence of the manufactured product geometry in intermediate operations on the final geometry features was not investigated. 相似文献

An experimental and analytical approach to the relaxation problem of wood-based materials—OSB (Oriented Strand Boards—pressed wood-based composite panels) beams, including beams with CFRP (Carbon fiber reinforced polymer) tape composite reinforcement, is presented. It is a relevant engineering and scientific problem due to the fact that wood and wood-based materials, as well as composite reinforcements, are widely used in building constructions. Their rheological properties are very important and complicated to estimate. A 10 day long relaxation test of thick OSB beams without reinforcement and with CFRP tape was performed. A four-point bending test with five different bending levels was performed, during which the reduction of the loading force was measured. A five-parameter rheological model was used to describe the rheology of the beams. The equations of this model were calculated with the use of Laplace transform, whereas the values of the parameters were calculated based on the experimental relaxation curves. A high correlation between experimental and theoretical results was obtained. A beam reinforced with CFRP tape was treated as a system with a viscoelastic element (OSB) and an elastic element (CFRP), joined together without the possibility of slipping. The equations of the mathematical model were calculated based on the assumptions of the linear theory of viscoelasticity and the convolution integral. A good correlation between experimental and theoretical results was obtained. A significant redistribution of stresses was observed during the relaxation of the reinforced beam. The reinforced beams show a higher stiffness of approximately 63% and carry proportionally higher loads than unreinforced beams at the same deflection values. 相似文献

The cooling technology of hot turbine components has been a subject of continuous improvement for decades. In high-pressure turbine blades, the regions most affected by the excessive corrosion are the leading and trailing edges. In addition, high Kt regions at the hot gas path are exposed to cracking due to the low and high cycle fatigue failure modes. Especially in the case of a nozzle guide vane, the ability to predict thermally driven loads is crucial to assess its life and robustness. The difficulties in measuring thermal properties in hot conditions considerably limit the number of experimental results available in the literature. One of the most popular test cases is a NASA C3X vane, but coolant temperature is not explicitly revealed in the test report. As a result of that, numerous scientific works validated against that vane are potentially inconsistent. To address that ambiguity, the presented work was performed on a fully structural and a very fine mesh assuming room inlet temperature on every cooling channel. Special attention was paid to the options of the SST (shear-stress transport) viscosity model, such as Viscous heating (VH), Curvature correction (CC), Production Kato-Launder (KT), and Production limiter (PL). The strongest impact was from the Viscous heating, as it increases local vane temperature by as much as 40 deg. The significance of turbulent Prandtl number impact was also investigated. The default option used in the commercial CFD code is set to 0.85. Presented study modifies that value using equations proposed by Wassel/Catton and Kays/Crawford. This paper presents the synthesis and physicochemical characterization of a new hybrid composite. Its main goals are evaluating the structure and studying the thermal and mechanical properties of the crosslinked polymeric materials based on varying chemical properties of the compounds. As an organic crosslinking monomer, bisphenol A glycerolate diacrylate (BPA.GDA) was used. Trimethoxyvinylsilane (TMVS) and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone (NVP) were used as comonomers and active diluents. The inorganic fraction was the silica in the form of nanoparticles (NANOSiO2). The hybrid composites were obtained by the bulk polymerization method using the UV initiator Irqacure 651 with a constant weight ratio of the tetrafunctional monomer BPA.GDA to TMVS or NVP (7:3 wt.%) and different wt.% of silica nanoparticles (0, 1, 3%). The proper course of polymerization was confirmed by the ATR/FTIR spectroscopy and SEM EDAX analysis. In the composites spectra the signals correspond to the C=O groups from NVP at 1672–1675 cm−1, and the vibrations of Si–O–C and Si–O–Si groups at 1053–1100 cm−1 from TMVS and NANOSiO2 are visible. Thermal stabilities of the obtained composites were studied by a differential scanning calorimetry DSC. Compared to NVP the samples with TMVS degraded in one stage (422.6–425.3 °C). The NVP-derived materials decomposed in three stages (three endothermic effects on the DSC curves). The addition of NANOSiO2 increases the temperature of composites maximum degradation insignificantly. Additionally, the Shore D hardness test was carried out with original metrological measurements of changes in diameter after indentation in relation to the type of material. The accuracy analysis of the obtained test results was based on a comparative analysis of graphical curves obtained from experimental tests. The values of the changes course of similarity in the examined factors, represented by those of characteristic coefficients were determined based on the Fréchet’s theory. 相似文献

Hypertension and type 2 diabetes are common comorbidities. Hypertension is twice as frequent in patients with diabetes compared with those who do not have diabetes. Moreover, patients with hypertension often exhibit insulin resistance and are at greater risk of diabetes developing than are normotensive individuals. The major cause of morbidity and mortality in diabetes is cardiovascular disease, which is exacerbated by hypertension. Accordingly, diabetes and hypertension are closely interlinked because of similar risk factors, such as endothelial dysfunction, vascular inflammation, arterial remodelling, atherosclerosis, dyslipidemia, and obesity. There is also substantial overlap in the cardiovascular complications of diabetes and hypertension related primarily to microvascular and macrovascular disease. Common mechanisms, such as upregulation of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, oxidative stress, inflammation, and activation of the immune system likely contribute to the close relationship between diabetes and hypertension. In this article we discuss diabetes and hypertension as comorbidities and discuss the pathophysiological features of vascular complications associated with these conditions. We also highlight some vascular mechanisms that predispose to both conditions, focusing on advanced glycation end products, oxidative stress, inflammation, the immune system, and microRNAs. Finally, we provide some insights into current therapies targeting diabetes and cardiovascular complications and introduce some new agents that may have vasoprotective therapeutic potential in diabetes. 相似文献
