目的总结1+2胰肠吻合法用于腹腔镜胰十二指肠切除术(laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy,LPD)的经验,探讨其安全性和有效性。 方法回顾性分析包头医学院第二附属医院消化微创中心2016年11月至2018年11月收治并实施LPD患者22例,其中观察组12例采用1+2胰肠吻合术、对照组10例采用胰管空肠黏膜对黏膜吻合术,观察两组的胰肠吻合时间、手术时间、术中出血量,术后胰漏发生率、再次手术率、术后并发症发生率。 结果22例患者均顺利完成手术。胰肠吻合时间:观察组(32.8±4.2)min、对照组(39.1±7.4)min;手术时间:观察组(295.8±22.6)min、对照组(318.0±24.8)min;术中出血量:观察组(165.0±30.6)ml、对照组(181.0±25.6)ml;术后并发症胰漏:观察组3例(A级胰漏2例、B级胰漏1例、C级胰漏0例),对照组3例(A级胰漏2例、B级胰漏1例、C级胰漏0例);两组胆漏均为1例;两组均无术后出血,均无术后腹腔感染;胃排空障碍:观察组1例、对照组1例;肺部感染:观察组0例、对照组1例;两组均未行二次手术;两组术后30 d内均无死亡。胰肠吻合时间、手术时间两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余观察指标两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论采用1+2胰肠吻合在LPD中应用安全、疗效确切、操作简便,值得临床应用并加以推广。  相似文献

Due to its chemical complexity, proper quality control for a Chinese medical preparation (CMP) has been a great challenge. Choosing the appropriate quality markers (Q-markers) for quality control of CMP is an important work. Best of all, the chosen Q-markers are the main chemical compounds from the herbals as well as the active constituents of this CMP. Only in this way the established quality control system can really achieve the purpose of controlling the quality of CMP and ensuring the safely and effectively use of CMP. To achieve the purpose, network pharmacology combined with the contents of chemical compounds in the CMP has been used in this research. We took an anti-arrhythmic CMP, Shenxian-Shengmai oral liquid (SSOL), as an example. Firstly, UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS method was used to analyze the main components of SSOL. A total of 64 compounds were unambiguously or tentatively identified and 32 of them were further validated by reference compounds. Secondly, the network was constructed based on the identified compounds to predict the effective compounds related to cardiac arrhythmias. Based on the existing database and the operation method of topology, a method of double network analysis (DNAA) was proposed, from which 10 important targets in the pathway of arrhythmia were screened out, and 26 compounds had good antiarrhythmic activity. Based on the prediction results of network pharmacology along with the contents of the compounds in this CMP, ten representative compounds were chosen as the Q-markers for the quality control of SSOL. We find that five of these ten compounds, including danshensu, rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid A, epimedin A and icariin, have antiarrhythmic activity. Then, the UPLC-DAD method was established as the control method for SSOL.  相似文献

In this article, surface-modified graphite materials as cathodic catalysts are prepared by hot filament chemical vapor deposition and then chemically etched by KOH solution. Surface morphology, elemental composition, microstructure and surface chemical state of the modified graphite films are characterized by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques. Results indicate that the surface of the pristine graphite can be refined to effectively improve the surface area by etching using the KOH solution with a moderate concentration. The graphite catalyst etched with 4.8 mg mL−1 KOH solution shows a higher catalytic activity for the oxygen reduction reaction and a superior methanol tolerance than that of the un-etched and the other etched graphite catalysts. The stability of the etched graphite materials needs to be improved.

The etched graphite catalyst has a higher oxygen reduction activity in KOH solution than the un-etched catalyst.  相似文献

The environmental persistence and bioaccumulation of herbicide atrazine may pose a significant threat to human health. In this experiment, Wistar rats were treated by 5, 25 and 125 mg·kg-1 atrazine respectively for 28 days, and the oxidative stress responses as well as the activations of Nrf2 signaling pathway in ovarian tissues induced by atrazine were observed. The results showed that after be treated by atrazine, the proportion of atretic follicles in the rat ovary were increased, the contents of NO and MDA in the tissue homogenates were increased, the over-expressed Nrf2 transferred into the nuclei and played an antioxidant role by up-regulated the expression of II phase detoxifying enzymes such as HO1 and NQO1 and the expression of antioxidant enzymes such as CAT, SOD and GSH-PX.  相似文献

Although hydrogels now see widespread use in a host of applications, low fracture toughness and brittleness have limited their more broad use. As a recently described interpenetrating network (IPN) of alginate and polyacrylamide demonstrated a fracture toughness of ∼9000 J/m2, we sought to explore the biocompatibility and maintenance of mechanical properties of these hydrogels in cell culture and in vivo conditions. These hydrogels can sustain a compressive strain of over 90% with minimal loss of Young's Modulus as well as minimal swelling for up to 50 days of soaking in culture conditions. Mouse mesenchymal stem cells exposed to the IPN gel-conditioned media maintain high viability, and although cells exposed to conditioned media demonstrate slight reductions in proliferation and metabolic activity (WST assay), these effects are abrogated in a dose-dependent manner. Implantation of these IPN hydrogels into subcutaneous tissue of rats for 8 weeks led to mild fibrotic encapsulation and minimal inflammatory response. These results suggest the further exploration of extremely tough alginate/PAAM IPN hydrogels as biomaterials.  相似文献
