Changes in marital and sexual functioning in long-term survivors and their spouses: Testicular cancer versus hodgkin's disease

This study compares the effects of the cancer experience on various aspects of marital and sexual functioning (e.g., communication, emotional support, body image, sexual satisfaction and frequency) for two groups of long-term cancer survivors (testicular cancer and Hodgkin's disease) and their spouses. Comparisons between the two patient groups showed significantly more survivors of Hodgkin's disease than testicular cancer reporting the emergence of special issues and changes in the marital relationship. No differences emerged between the spouse groups on sexual functioning variables; however, spouses of survivors of Hodgkin's disease were more likely than spouses of survivors of testicular cancer to report the development of special issues and communication difficulties. A substantial proportion of both survivor groups disclosed negative changes in body image and sexual frequency. Majorities of both survivors and spouses acknowledged that the illness had drawn them closer together. When representative marital/sexual functioning variables were used to predict Family Environment Scale (FES) scores for survivors and for spouses, changes in the spouse's importance, influence of the illness on the relationship, and changes in sexual frequency emerged as significant predictors. The clinical significance of long-term changes in marital and sexual functioning for the couple and the need for therapeutic interventions are discussed.     

青海地区1204例口腔颌面部肿瘤,囊肿,瘤样病变分析

本文对青海地区1204例口腔颌面部肿瘤、囊肿、瘤样病变的病变部位、性质、年龄及性别进行分析。结果为良性肿瘤634例（52．66％），以血管瘤和涎腺混合瘤最多见。恶性肿瘤232例（1．27％），以鳞状细胞癌居第一位，平均患病年龄48岁，随年龄增长，逐年递增。囊肿306例（25．41％），多发生在去下腺。瘤样病变32例（2．66％），多为牙龈瘤。本组良性肿瘤女性高于男性，血管瘤居第一位。良恶性肿瘤之比为2．73∶1，与国内有关报道略有不同。     

Hemodynamic study of external counterpulsation with left and right cardiac catheters in 15 cases]

The hemodynamic changes of 15 cases during external counterpulsation with left and right cardiac catheters were reported. The results showed that the diastolic pressure at the root of the aorta was remarkably increased, the peak value (countercurrent pressure) was 8.02 +/- 2.05 kPa higher than the diastolic pressure before counterpulsation; the aortic systolic pressure during counterpulsation was slightly decreased with a mean value of 0.81 kPa; there was no apparent change in the central venous pressure and pulmonary arterial pressure; pulmonary arterial wedge pressure was slightly reduced during counterpulsation. All the above data are useful in showing the improvement of cardiac and brain perfusion volume and clarifying its mechanism.     

四季鹅下丘脑单位放电的研究

实验利用慢性微电极技术观察了清醒活动四季鹅(产蛋期鹅和休产期鹅)下丘脑细胞自发放电及第Ⅱ脑室注入去甲肾上腺素(NE)对单位放电的影响.结果表明无论是产蛋期鹅还是休产期鹅.其下丘脑放电均以中频为主,但产蛋期鹅高频放电高于休产期鹅.放电有单个连续、束状、组群式等3种形式,无论是产蛋期鹅还是休产期鹅,其下丘脑均以单个连续放电为主,但产蛋期鹅组群式放电高于休产期鹅.第Ⅱ脑室注入NE后,75%的单位放电数增加,25%的单位放电数减少.     

弱呼吸敏感电极研究

应用物理学，化学和工艺等方法，分别处理５种国内外敏感器，以组成相应呼吸敏感电极，结果显示，各种电极的气－电转换性能有明显改善，其中以上海复旦片性能达到弱呼吸敏感电极要求。     

硫酸镍对红细胞毒性研究

健康小鼠腹腔注射硫酸镍10.0,5.0,2.5mg/kg,导致外周血中红细胞增高,血红蛋白不变或降低,红细胞中点彩红细胞和碱粒红细胞占有比值明显增高,网织红细胞含量升高、提示镍对外周血红细胞有毒性损害。     

抽空房水C3F8充填前房中期全眼球湿房角膜保存的实验研究

采用抽空房水Ｃ３Ｆ８（全氟丙烷）充填前房全眼球湿房保存角膜内皮细胞活性。通过内皮细胞显微照相、内皮细胞活性染色（锥蓝联合茜素红染色）、扫描电镜、保存后的兔角膜行实验性同种异体穿透角膜移植，证实保存７天内皮细胞结构完整，功能良好。     

以人为本以文化人

伴随着当代经济全球化和经济文化一体化的趋势,我国的医院正在经历着同世界接轨的尝试,如何使广大医院管理者和医务人员不只是从博弈规则的技术层面去实践,而要看到博弈规则的深层——文化层面,这确实是当前的一个重要课题。医院文化虽经多年建设,但从整体上看,却仍处在探索阶段,因而使我们许多良好的卫生资源没有得到充分的发挥。日前,本刊记者就医院文化建设的相关话题,专程采访了中国企业文化研究会医药卫生委员会主任、中华医院管理学会医院文化专业委员会副主任高金声。他对当前建设先进医院文化的理论和实践问题提出了一些重要见解。
