目的:探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者应用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合奥沙拉嗪治疗临床疗效,及对免疫功能和Fas/FasL表达的影响.方法:本组96例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48).对照组口服奥沙拉嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗.两组均以2周为1个疗程,连续服用2个疗程评价两组临床疗效,对血清炎症因子、免疫功能、C-反应蛋白及Fas/FasL表达的影响.结果:观察组治疗2个疗程后总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均明显低于各组间治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+表达高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,而CD8+明显低于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后Fas、FasL表达均低于各组间治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后C-反应蛋白水平低于各组间治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均无明显不良反应发生.结论:溃疡性结肠炎患者应用双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合奥沙拉嗪治疗临床疗效明显,双歧杆菌四联活菌片可使CD4+/CD8+比值恢复正常范围,经逆转Fas/FasL表达异常,而诱导淋巴细胞凋亡,故而具有重要临床研究价值. 相似文献

Aims
To evaluate the evidence of the effectiveness and safety of Chinese herbal medicine skin‐patches for patients with acute gouty arthritis.Background
Acute gouty arthritis is a problem that can limit the level of activity and impair the quality of life. In China, many clinical studies have demonstrated that skin‐patches of Chinese herbal medicines benefit patients with acute gouty arthritis. However, the reported clinical effects vary.Design
A systematic review and meta‐analysis of randomized controlled trials.Data sources
Three English databases including CENTRAL (1993 to February 2017), PubMed (1966 to February 2017) and EMBASE (1974 to February 2017) and four Chinese databases including Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, Chinese VIP Information, SinoMed and Wanfang (all, 1949 ‐ February 2017) were searched. Randomized controlled trials that compared skin‐patches of Chinese herbal medicine with or without conventional treatments to conventional treatments, no treatment or a placebo treatment for patients with acute gouty arthritis were included.Review methods
We conducted a systematic review and meta‐analysis following the Cochrane process. Two authors selected the studies, extracted the data and evaluated the risk of bias of the included trials.Results
Nineteen studies met our inclusion criteria. After synthesizing the data, the results showed that skin‐patches of CHM combined with Western medicine seemed to be more effective than Western medicine alone for pain relief in patients with acute gouty arthritis and had fewer adverse events.Conclusion
Due to the quality of the data, larger and more rigorously designed clinical trials with proper outcome measures are necessary. 相似文献123.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of dietary nucleotides supplementation on the antioxidant status of piglets affected by intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR). Fourteen pairs of normal birth weight (NBW) and IUGR piglets were fed either a control diet (CON) or a nucleotides supplementation diet (NT) from 7 d of age to 28 d postnatal. Blood, liver and jejunum samples were collected at the end of the study. The results showed that IUGR piglets had decreased (P < 0.05) concentrations of plasma total antioxidant capability (T-AOC) and total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD), gene expressions of hepatic cytoplasmic copper/zinc SOD (CuZnSOD) and PPARγ coactivator-1α (PGC-1α) and jejunal glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and extracellular superoxide dismutase (ESOD), accordingly, there was markedly higher (P < 0.05) plasma malondialdehyde (MDA) and hepatic and jejunal mitochondria DNA content in the IUGR piglets relative to NBW piglets. Regardless of body weight, dietary NT supplementation significantly increased (P < 0.05) plasma concentrations of T-AOC, T-SOD, CuZnSOD, GPX and the ratio of reduced glutathione to oxidized glutathione, hepatic T-SOD, GPX and mitochondria DNA content, while hepatic MDA concentration was markedly decreased (P < 0.05) 19.1% by NT diet. Furthermore, the gene expressions of hepatic glutathione reductase, CuZnSOD, nuclear erythroid 2-related factor 2, PGC-1α and nuclear respiratory factor-1 (NRF-1) and jejunal GPX, CuZnSOD, ESOD and NRF-1 were significantly increased (P < 0.05) by NT diet, whereas the gene expression of Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 were markedly decreased (P < 0.05) compared with that of piglets fed with CON diet. These results indicate that dietary NT supplementation prevents the effect of IUGR on oxidative status and mitochondria DNA damage through improving the non-enzymatic and enzymatic antioxidant capacities as well as mitochondria biogenesis of piglets.The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of dietary nucleotides supplementation on the antioxidant status of piglets affected by intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR). 相似文献

Bioactive and degradable scaffolds of nano magnesium silicate (n-MS)/zein (ZN)/poly(caprolactone) (PCL) ternary composites were prepared by 3D-printing method. The results showed that the 3D-printed scaffolds possessed controllable pore structure, and pore morphology, pore size, porosity and pore interconnectivity of the scaffolds can be efficiently adjusted. In addition, the apatite-mineralization ability of the scaffolds in simulated body fluids was obviously improved with the increase of ZN content, in which the scaffold with 20 w% ZN (C20) possessed excellent apatite-mineralization ability. Moreover, the degradability of the scaffolds was significantly enhanced with the increase of ZN content in the scaffolds. The degradation of ZN produced acidic products that could neutralize the alkaline products from the degradation of n-MS, which avoid the increase of pH value in degradable solution. Furthermore, the MC3T3-E1 cells responses (e.g. proliferation and differentiation, etc.) to the scaffolds were significantly promoted with the increase of ZN content. The in vivo osteogenesis of the scaffolds implanted the femur defects of rabbits was investigated by micro-CT and histological analysis. The results demonstrated that the new bone formation was significantly enhanced with the increase of ZN content, in which the C20 scaffold induced the highest new bone tissues, indicating excellent osteogenesis. It is well known that maternal folate deficiency results in adverse pregnancy outcomes. In addition to aspects in embryonic development, maternal uterine receptivity and the decidualization of stromal cells is also very important for a successful pregnancy. In this study, we focused on endometrium decidualization and investigated whether apoptosis, which is essential for decidualization, was impaired. Flow cytometry and TUNEL detection revealed that apoptosis of mouse endometrium decidual cells was suppressed in the dietary folate-deficient group on Days 7 and 8 of pregnancy (Day 1 = vaginal plug) when decidua regression is initiated. The endometrium decidual tissue of the folate deficiency group expressed less Bax compared to the normal diet group while they had nearly equal expression of Bcl2 protein. Further examination revealed that the mitochondrial transmembrane potential (ΔΨm) decreased, and the fluorescence of diffuse cytoplasmic cytochrome c protein was detected using laser confocal microscopy in normal decidual cells. However, no corresponding changes were observed in the folate-deficient group. Western blotting analyses confirmed that more cytochrome c was released from mitochondria in normal decidual cells. Taken together, these results demonstrated that folate deficiency could inhibit apoptosis of decidual cells via the mitochondrial apoptosis pathway, thereby restraining decidualization of the endometrium and further impairing pregnancy. 相似文献

目的 分析体感交互技术训练对帕金森病患者平衡功能、足底压力及跌倒发生率的影响。方法 选取2020年2月-2022年4月三二〇一医院收治的115例帕金森患者,按不同训练方案分为常规组(n=56)与体感交互组(n=59)。常规药物治疗期间,常规组实施传统平衡训练,体感交互组接受体感交互技术训练。比较两组训练4周后Berg平衡量表(Berg Balance Scale,BBS)评分,动、静态足底压力分布,跌倒发生率。结果 训练后体感交互组BBS评分高于常规组(P<0.05);训练前后比较,常规组BBS评分无统计学意义(P>0.05),体感交互组BBS评分有所提升,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。训练前两组静态、动态足底压力分布无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组静态站立时双脚压力由低到高排序为:2区<1区<3区<6区<5区<4区<7区<8区;行走时左足:2区<6区<1区<3区<5区<4区<7区<8区,右足:2区<6区<1区<3区<5区<7区<8区<4区。训练后两组站立时双足的3区压力上升,双足压力:2区<1区<6区<5区<3区<4区<7区<8区;行走时左足:2区<6区<1区<5区<3区<4区<7区<8区,右足压力分区未变。训练后两组静态跌倒风险指数评分上升,动态跌倒风险指数评分下降,且体感交互组评分优于常规组(P<0.05)。1个月随访期间,常规组发生11例跌倒,体感交互组发生2例,体感交互组跌倒发生率3.39%低于常规组19.64%(P<0.05)。结论 体感交互技术训练能有效改善帕金森患者平衡功能康复情况,有助于更好调整动、静态足底压力分布,降低跌倒风险,减少跌倒发生情况。 相似文献

Eosinophilic panniculitis is characterized by a prominent infiltration of subcutaneous fat with eosinophils. The clinical spectrum of lesions that display pathologic changes of eosinophilic panniculitis is diverse, but nodular lesions are the most common. The factitial eosinophilic panniculitis are exceptional, show a pleomorphic pattern of findings and are associated with personality disorders. Its main challenge is to establish the correct diagnostic. We report an unusual case of factitial nodular febrile panniculitis of the left forearm and proximal arm in an 16 year-old girl. She admitted that the lesions were self-inflicted by autoinjection of several farming products as attempted suicide. We describe the clinical, radiological and histopathological features as well as the differential diagnosis of this type of panniculitis. 相似文献

目的 分析2002~2007年江苏省急性血吸虫病发生与流行特点,为制订防制对策提供依据.方法 收集2002~2007年江苏省急性血吸虫病患者个案资料及突发疫情报表,用描述流行病学方法对数据资料进行分析.结果 2002~2007年江苏省共发生急性血吸虫感染277例,发生血吸虫病突发疫情20起.2002年发病率为0.90/10万,2007年为0.2005年以后无突发疫情.发病时间最早为4月,最晚11月,8月为高峰.男女病例数之比为7.94:1.病例年龄分布呈双峰状,高峰出现于10~20岁和30~40岁年龄组.发病以农民为最多(27.44%),其次为民工(24.55%)、学生(18.77%)和渔船民(17.69%).游泳嬉水是最主要的接触疫水方式(39.71%).本县居民在本县辖地感染病例占37.55%,外省或本省居民在本省他县辖地感染病例占62.45%.外省输入性急性血吸虫病病例共报告89例,其中渔船民占33.71%.67.33%的病例分布于尚未达到传播控制县.江滩与通江河滩是急性血吸虫感染的主要环境(88.81%).急性血吸虫病发病率与感染性钉螺面积呈显著正相关.结论 江苏省血吸虫病突发疫情得到有效控制,急性血吸虫病发病率逐年下降. 相似文献
