Let-7 family plays a key role in the progression of atherosclerosis and intracranial aneurysm (IA). We hypothesized that rs10877887 and rs13293512 polymorphisms in the promoters of let-7 family may be associated with the susceptibility of IA. We genotyped the 2 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in 305 patients with IA and 401 healthy controls. The rs10877887 was analyzed using a polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism assay, and the rs13293512 was analyzed using a TaqMan SNP genotyping method. The relative expression of let-7 family was measured in plasma of cases and controls using real-time PCR. We found that the rs13293512CT genotype was associated with a significantly increased risk of developing IA in a heterozygote comparison (adjusted OR = 1.43, 95% CI, 1.00–2.05, P = 0.048) and dominant comparison (adjusted OR = 1.44, 95% CI, 1.02–2.03, P = 0.04). Combined analysis showed that the rs10877887TT and rs13293512CC/CT genotypes had a significantly increased risk of IA (OR = 1.67, 95% CI, 1.04–2.68, P = 0.03). Moreover, the levels of let-7a, let-7d, and let-7f were downregulated in IA patients, and patients with the rs13293512CC/CT genotypes had a lower level of let-7a than those with rs13293512TT genotype (P = 0.03). These findings indicate that the rs13293512CC/CT is a risk factor for the development of IA, possibly because of the genotypes resulting in a lower level of let-7a.  相似文献

目的 探讨产前超声对胎儿多囊肾的声像学特征及其临床意义.方法 回顾性分析本院2001年1月~2012年7月常规体检孕妇发现胎儿多囊肾50例,总结多囊肾脏的声像图特征.结果50例患者中,Potter Ⅰ型14例,Potter Ⅱ型9例,PotterⅢ型17例,PotterⅣ型10例;17例成人型多囊肾胎儿合并多囊肝7例.结论 超声检查在产前对胎儿肾脏囊性病变能及时准确地做出诊断,对客观评价其预后及在优生学上有积极作用.  相似文献

目的探讨彩超诊断胎儿脐带绕颈的临床价值。方法选择该院2006年11月—2012年2月收治的胎儿脐带绕颈住院孕妇50例,都应用彩色多普勒超声检测。结果超声诊断为脐带绕颈46例,经过及时处理后,预后情况都比较好。结论彩色超声无创、无痛、准确,可为作为检测脐带绕颈方向的一种有效可行的手段,值得临床推广。  相似文献

The aims of this study were to investigate the relationship of genetic polymorphisms of the serotonin reuptake transporter and the clinical subtypes of irritable bowel syndrome and its influence on the efficacy of tegaserod in Chinese irritable bowel syndrome patients with constipation. Genetic polymorphisms were analyzed in 87 patients and 96 controls, then 41 irritable bowel syndrome patients with constipation received tegaserod for 4 weeks. The primary efficacy variable was the responder rate measured by Subject's Global Assessment of Relief. Secondary efficacy assessed the changes of individual symptoms weekly. There was no significant difference in genotype frequencies between the patients as a whole and the control group. The frequency of the L/L genotype in the serotonin transporter gene-linked polymorphic region was significantly higher in patients with constipation than in controls (25.0% vs. 7.3%). Responder rates to tegaserod were significantly higher in the S/S (85.0%) and L/S (70.0%) than in the L/L genotype (36.4%). All secondary variables also significantly improved in the S/S and L/S groups compared to the L/L group. This study suggests the hypothesis that individuals with the L/L genotype are vulnerable to development of irritable bowel syndrome with constipation, and patients with the L/L genotype respond poorly to treatment with a routine dose of tegaserod.  相似文献

MoS2 and MoS2/carbon allotrope (MoS2/C) composites for use as anodes in supercapacitors were prepared via a facile hydrothermal method. In this study, we report the effects of various carbon-based materials (2D graphene nanosheet (GNS), 1D carbon nanotube (CNT), and 0D nano carbon (NC)) on the electrochemical performances. Among all nanocomposites studied, MoS2/CNT exhibited the best electrochemical performance. Specifically, the MoS2/CNT composite exhibits remarkable performances with a high specific capacitance of 402 F g−1 at a current density of 1 A g−1 and an outstanding cycling stability with 81.9% capacitance retention after 10 000 continuous charge–discharge cycles at a high current density of 1 A g−1, making it adaptive for high-performance supercapacitors. The superiority of MoS2/CNT was investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, which showed that MoS2 nanosheets were uniformly loaded into the three-dimensional interconnected network of nanotubes, providing an excellent three dimensional charge transfer network and electrolyte diffusion channels while effectively buffering the collapse and aggregation of active materials during charge–discharge processes. Overall, the MoS2/CNT nanocomposite synthesized by a simple hydrothermal process presents a new and promising candidate for high-performance anodes for supercapacitors.

Three-dimensional (3D) hierarchical CoMn2O4@Co3O4 core/shell nanoneedle/nanosheet arrays for high-performance supercapacitors were designed and synthesized on Ni foam by a two-step hydrothermal route. The hybrid nanostructure exhibits much more excellent capacitive behavior compared with either the pristine CoMn2O4 nanoneedle arrays alone or Co3O4 nanosheets alone. The formation of an interconnected pore hybrid system is quite beneficial for the facile electrolyte penetration and fast electron transport. The CoMn2O4@Co3O4 electrode can achieve a high specific capacitance of 1627 F g−1 at 1 A g−1 and 1376 F g−1 at 10 A g−1. In addition, an asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) was assembled by using the CoMn2O4@Co3O4 core/shell hybrid nanostructure arrays on Ni foam as a positive electrode and activated carbon as a negative electrode in an aqueous 3 M KOH electrolyte. A specific capacitance of 125.8 F g−1 at 1 A g−1 (89.2% retention after 5000 charge/discharge cycles at a current density of 2 A g−1) and a high energy density of 44.8 W h kg−1 was obtained. The results indicate that the obtained unique integrated CoMn2O4@Co3O4 nanoarchitecture may show great promise as ASC electrodes for potential applications in energy storage.

Cu-doped Mn3O4 hollow nanostructures supported on Ni foams as high-performance electrode materials for supercapacitors were successfully synthesized through a facile hydrothermal method and subsequent calcination. The morphology, structure, and electrochemical performance of the as-prepared Mn3O4 nanostructures can be tuned just by varying the Cu doping content. Benefiting from the unique bud-like hollow structure, the 1.5 at% Cu-doped Mn3O4 sample has a high specific capacitance of 257.6 F g−1 at 1 A g−1 and remarkable stability (about 90.6% retention of its initial capacitance after 6000 electrochemical cycles). Besides, an asymmetric supercapacitor (ASC) cell based on the 1.5 at% Cu-doped Mn3O4 exhibits a high specific capacitance of 305.6 F g−1 at 1 A g−1 and an energy density of 108.6 W h kg−1 at a power density of 799.9 W kg−1. More importantly, the ASC shows good long-term stability with 86.9% capacity retention after charging/discharging for 6000 cycles at a high current density of 5 A g−1.

目的探讨品管圈活动对帕金森病合并抑郁患者抑郁和日常生活能力的影响。方法将80例帕金森合并抑郁的患者按入院顺序分为干预组和对照组,每组40例,干预组参加3个月的品管圈活动,两组患者及主要家庭照料者均参加每月1次的帕金森病友会,接受集体健康教育。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和日常生活能力(ADL)量表比较干预前后两组患者的抑郁水平和日常生活能力。结果干预3个月后干预组患者HAMD评分降至(8.80±2.36)分,明显低于对照组的(19.47±1.85)分,差异有统计学意义(t=22.50,P〈0.01);干预组ADL评分提高到(89.14±2.25)分,明显高于对照组的(58.32±2.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=61.81,P〈0.01)。结论品管圈活动能提高健康教育的效果,通过对患者及主要照料者同步实施循环、持续的健康教育,建立有效的社会支持系统,可改善帕金森病合并抑郁患者的抑郁情绪及日常生活能力,提高生活质量。  相似文献
