选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾剌伤的临床应用

目的:探讨选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾损伤的优越性及其临床应用。材料与方法:同时使用两种栓塞材料——可吸收的明胶海棉条和美国COOK公司产38-3-5弹簧栓子,治疗了两例肾剌伤患者,两例均为男性,年龄分别为20和35岁。结果:两例患者肾刺伤后均经受过保守治疗,治疗时间分别为14和22天,但未奏效。经超选择性肾内动脉分支栓塞、取得了十分满意的止血效果,后随访3～4年,患者一切感觉正常。结论:选择性肾动脉栓塞治疗肾刀刺伤后肾出血是一种安全、可靠、有效的方法。     

慢性前列腺炎IL—8和NO水平测定初探

对６２例前列腺液标本进行白细胞介素８（ＩＬ－８）和一氧化氮（ＮＯ）含量的测定。结果示，对照组全部阴性；慢性前列腺炎组和非前列腺炎组细菌，支原体和衣的体培养及ＮＯ检测结果差异均无显著怀；慢性前列腺炎组ＩＬ－８阳性检出率明显高于非前列腺炎组，差异非常显著。提示检出ＩＬ－８可作为前列腺感染的诊断指标。     

多发伤中四肢骨折早期处理

1997- 2 0 0 0年 10月我科收治多发性损伤有四肢骨折 10 2例 ,早期作内固定的有 4 5例 ,现对其中4 5例诊治过程进行回顾性分析 ,以期探讨多发伤中四肢骨折早期内固定的必要性。1　临床资料　　本组 4 5例 ,其中男 30例 ,女 15例 ,年龄 7～ 70岁 ,平均 37 5岁。受伤原因 :交通伤 2 2例 ,高处坠落伤 13例 ,压砸伤 5例 ,机器伤 5例。按肢体大骨折计算 ,胫腓骨骨折 2 8例 ,股骨骨折 13例 ,尺桡骨骨折2 0例 ,肱骨骨折 7例 ;开放性骨折 2 0例。合并伤 :合并颅脑损伤 2 5例 ,胸部损伤 17例 ,腹部脏器损伤 6例 ,血管神经损伤 2 1例 ,并发休克 2 0例…     

甲状腺病变患者血清Leptin的浓度变化

目的探讨甲状腺病变患者血清瘦素(leptin)浓度的变化及意义.方法本文用放射免疫分析(RIA)方法测定了114例甲状腺病变患者血清Leptin和总睾酮(TT)的浓度.结果统计学处理结果显示各病变组男性与正常对照组男性间,Leptin和TT的浓度差异均有显著性意义.结论血清Leptin的浓度变化可作为了解甲状腺病变患者营养状况的辅助指标.     

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF FOUR CHINESE HEMOPHILIACS WITH HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS INFECTION

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is now considered as the causative agent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS). A high risk of AIDS has been reported among patients with hemophilia who received lyophilized commercial factor VIII and IX concentrates of American origin. At a prevalent survey from September to December 1985, HIV antibodies were found in all four patients with hemophilia treated with the batch number W87307, 955 I.U. of American commercial factor VIII concentrate supplied by Armour Pharmaceutical Company, USA. One of the sero-positive patients developed AIDS-related complex (ARC) and died of cerebral hemorrhage. The other three sero-positive patients had abnormalities in cell-mediated immunity. Of them two developed left lumbosacral radiculopathy and hemorrhagic herpes zoster and one remained well so far.     

Presence of ghost cells and the Wnt signaling pathway in odontomas

BACKGROUND: Although it has been reported that ghost cells are present in odontomas, the generation mechanism of these cells is unclear. To evaluate the presence of ghost cells and involvement of the Wnt signaling pathway, we examined the expression of hard keratins, beta-catenin and Lef-1 in odontomas. METHODS: Sixty-nine cases of odontoma were examined immunohistochemically with the use of antibodies against human hair proteins, beta-catenin and Lef-1. RESULTS: Expression of hard keratins was found only in the cytoplasm of ghost cells in 46 (66.7%) of the 69 odontomas. Compound odontomas (78.8%) showed a higher incidence of ghost cells than complex odontomas (29.4%). Histopathologically, ghost cells were found within odontogenic epithelium adjacent to immature enamel and in the centre of Liesegang-ring-like calcified materials. Expression of beta-catenin and Lef-1 was observed in the cytoplasm and nucleus of odontogenic epithelial cells adjacent to the ghost cells in immature odontomas. CONCLUSION: These findings suggest that odontoma is a hard keratin-expressing tumor-like lesion, and that the Wnt signaling pathway may be involved in the formation of ghost cells in odontomas.     

中药白芷硫熏前后香豆素成分含量比较

用薄层扫描法对川白芷和杭白芷药材加工(硫熏)前后的香豆素类成分进行了含量测定。香豆素含量分别为0.190%、0.571%、0.178%、0.421%。     

头孢氨苄缓释片在健康人体内的生物利用度和药物动力学

目的:比较头孢氨苄缓释片和普通胶囊的生物利用度和药物动力学。方法：10例健康志愿者分别单剂量口服500mg头孢氨苄缓释片和普通胶囊，血药浓度测定方法为HPLC法。结果：两种剂型体内过程均符合一室开放模型，缓释片的达峰时间（Tmax）为（2．58±0．59）h，峰浓度（Cmax）为（10．08±1．68）μg／ml．吸收速率常数（Ka）为（0．90±0．53）／h，消除速率常数（Ke）为（0.26±0.02）／g，半衰期（T1／2）为（2.67±0.23）h，清除率（Cl）为（6.93±1.71）L／h，分布容积（Vd）为（26.66±6.72）L，药一时曲线下面积（AUC）为（48.31±9.32）μg·h／ml。两种剂型T一C一Ka、Ke、T1／2和Cl均存在显著性差异（P＜0．01），Vd、AUC无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；缓释片的相对生物利用度为（104．90±8．35）％。结论：缓释片的吸收减慢，Tmax推迟，T1／2延长，可减少服药次数，提高药物治疗的顺应性。
