拆方研究补中益气汤中黄芪 甘草及全方的免疫调节作用   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
目的 检测补中益气汤中黄芪、甘草及全方对病态机体的免疫调节作用。方法 分 7组检测全方中黄芪、甘草及全方缺黄芪、缺甘草组方对利血平制备的脾虚小鼠的 5项非特异性免疫功能的影响进行研究。结果 黄芪能使Hb明显升高 ,单味甘草对某些免疫功能不起作用甚至起抑制作用 ,缺甘草组方作用低于全方 ,全方能明显提高机体免疫功能。结论 黄芪是方中主要升高Hb药物 ;方中甘草起到特殊的调节作用。  相似文献

This study was conducted to investigate the hypocholesterolemic effect of simvastatin (30 mg/kg BW) and antioxidant effect of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10, 15 mg/kg BW) or green tea (5%) on erythrocyte Na leak, platelet aggregation and TBARS production in hypercholesterolemic rats treated with statin. Food efficiency ratio (FER, ADG/ADFI) was decreased in statin group and increased in green tea group, and the difference between these two groups was significant (p<0.05). Plasma total cholesterol was somewhat increased in all groups with statin compared with control. Plasma triglyceride was decreased in statin group and increased in groups of CoQ10 and green tea, and the difference between groups of statin and green tea was significant (p<0.05). Liver total cholesterol was not different between the control and statin group, but was significantly decreased in the group with green tea compared with other groups (p<0.05). Liver triglyceride was decreased in groups of statin and green tea compared with the control, and the difference between groups of the control and green tea was significant (p<0.05). Platelet aggregation of both the initial slope and the maximum was not significantly different, but the group with green tea tended to be higher in initial slope and lower in the maximum. Intracellular Na of group with green tea was significantly higher than the control or statin group (p<0.05). Na leak in intact cells was significantly decreased in the statin group compared with the control (p<0.05). Na leak in AAPH treated cells was also significantly reduced in the statin group compared with groups of the control and CoQ10 (p<0.05). TBARS production in platelet rich plasma was significantly decreased in the groups with CoQ10 and green tea compared with the control and statin groups (p<0.05). TBARS of liver was significantly decreased in the group with green tea compared with the statin group (p<0.05). In the present study, even a high dose of statin did not show a cholesterol lowering effect, therefore depletion of CoQ10 following statin treatment in rats is not clear. More clinical studies are needed for therapeutic use of CoQ10 as an antioxidant in prevention of degenerative diseases independent of statin therapy.  相似文献

The pudendal nerve was examined in 100 cadavers of both sexes. Because of the variable number of trunks of the pudendal nerve, 5 types were distinguished: one-trunked; two-trunked, rectopudendal; two-trunked, pudendo-penile (or-clitoridal); three-trunked, recto-perineo-penile (or-clitoridal); four-trunked, recto-perineo-perineopenile (or-clitoridal). The authors' suggestions make it possible to perform selective pudendectomy, consisting in denervation of the sphincter urethrae muscle by neurectomy of the perineal branches of the pudendal nerve.  相似文献

Adult female rats were i.p. infused (Alzet osmotic minipumps) with neurotensin (NT, 2 micrograms/rat/day for 7 days), arginine-vasopressin (AVP, 2 micrograms/rat/day for 8 days), bombesin (BM, 0.75 microgram/rat/day for 7 days) or injected with neuropeptide Y (NPY, 0.5 microgram/rat twice a day for 4 days). NT infusion increased absolute and relative thyroid gland weight and decreased serum T4 level, while serum TSH and T3 levels remained unchanged. AVP treatment increased thyroid gland weight and serum TSH and T4 levels and a similar effect was induced by prolonged BM infusion. On the other hand, NPY administration had no effect either on thyroid gland weight or on serum TSH, T4 and T3 levels. Results of the present study thus clearly demonstrate a potent stimulatory action of AVP and BM on thyroid gland function and suggest that this effect is mediated by the pituitary gland. On the contrary, prolonged NT infusion decrease serum T4 level while NPY had no effect on thyroid gland function.  相似文献

Objectives: Congenital tracheal stenosis is a rare disease. Various methods for treatment exist but there is still much debate as to the appropriate surgical procedure. We present our surgical experiences of patch tracheoplasty and slide tracheoplasty as viable methods for the treatment of congenital tracheal stenosis. Methods: From 1994 to 2002, 13 patients were diagnosed with congenital tracheal stenosis. Eight patients (7 symptomatic and 1 asymptomatic) had their stenosis corrected, three by means of pericardial patch tracheoplasty, four by slide tracheoplasty, and one by resection and anastomosis. Concomitant operations were performed on six patients to treat congenital cardiovascular disease. Five patients showing no significant symptoms did not undergo tracheal surgery and received only cardiac procedures. A retrospective review of the hospital course, complications, and long-term results was conducted. Results: Among the patch tracheoplasty group, every patient suffered from granulation tissue formation. One patient died of respiratory acidosis and one was hospitalized due to recurrent granulation tissue, which required frequent bronchoscopy. The third patient from this group is free of all symptoms. Among the slide tracheoplasty group, one patient died of anastomosis disruption. The three remaining patients are alive and well. The one patient who received resection and anastomosis is alive without symptoms. Conclusions: Surgical repair of long-segment congenital tracheal stenosis exhibited high mortality and morbidity rates. Every patient that underwent pericardial patch tracheoplasty suffered from troublesome granulation tissue. As slide tracheoplasty provided relatively good results in the short and mid-term follow-up periods, it seems to be a preferred method for the treatment of long-segment congenital tracheal stenosis.  相似文献

Certain cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) act centrally to affect eating behavior and thermoregulation and may be involved in the physiological mechanisms leading to anorexia, adipsia and loss in body weight. The newly discovered macrophage inflammatory protein-1 (MIP-1) infused into the anterior hypothalamic, preoptic area (AH/POA) evokes an intense hyperthermia. The present experiments were designed to determine whether MIP-1 affects the feeding mechanism in the ventromedial hypothalamus (VMH) independently of the thermoregulatory mechanism in the AH/POA. For the microinjection of MIP-1, guide cannulae were implanted stereotaxically in the rat just above the VMH or AH/POA. Following postoperative recovery, each unrestrained rat was adapted to procedures whereby body temperature and intakes of food and water available ad lib were monitored at predetermined intervals. When an efficacious dose of 5.6 picograms (pg) MIP-1 was microinjected in a volume of 0.5 microliters into the VMH, the intake of food in the rat was reduced significantly in the short term and throughout the following 22 h. Within intervals of 30 min and 4.0 h following MIP-1, the amount of food consumed was 4.0 and 10 g, respectively, below that eaten by control rats given the saline solvent vehicle injected at the same site in the VMH. Over the entire test period, the intake of water was similarly significantly below that of the control rats. Whereas MIP-1 injected into the AH/POA evoked fever accompanied by a transient decline in feeding, the body temperature of the rats was unaffected by the cytokine injected in the VMH.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献

Cooked rice is a staple food for Koreans which provides more than 60% of daily required energy. In 1960''s, Koreans ate 600 g-800 g of cooked rice per meal and the energy obtained from cooked rice was almost more than 80% of the daily intake of energy. However, as the economy of Korea improved, the major industry has been shifted from agriculture to various manufacturing industries and the export of those products has been increased thus increasing the national income but decreasing the farming population and thus rice consumption have been decreased. It has been said that the decreased rice consumption is caused solely by decreased farming population but it can also be said that the decreased farming population is caused by decreased rice consumption.As the national income increases, the type of foods people consume have become diversified. Various processed foods such as convenience food or ready-to-eat food have been widespread, which are mostly made of wheat flour rather than rice.  相似文献
