We evaluated the effects of isoflurane anaesthesia and induced hypotension in 33 neurosurgical patients by electrocardiographic monitoring and serial cardiac enzyme measurements. An electrocardiogram (ECG) and serum enzymes were obtained preoperatively, intraoperatively and postoperatively in the recovery room and for three consecutive days. ECG leads II, V1 and V5 were monitored continuously during anaesthesia. Patients who had had a subarachnoid haemorrhage and a high incidence of abnormal preoperative ECG (42 per cent). Ten patients developed ECG changes intraoperatively, but these changes were unrelated to isoflurane-induced hypotension. Fifty-three per cent of patients developed an abnormal postoperative ECG. These abnormalities consisted mostly of nonspecific ST segment or T wave changes. At no time was there an elevation in cardiac enzyme activity. We found that nonspecific ECG changes are relatively common in patients undergoing vascular neurosurgical procedures. There was no enzymatic evidence of myocardial infarction and we can only speculate that these ECG changes are related to intracranial surgical manipulation.  相似文献

背景与目的:探讨莱菔硫烷对人膀胱癌细胞(T24)细胞周期的影响及作用机制。材料与方法:采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法研究不同浓度的莱菔硫烷对T24细胞生长的抑制作用并测定其半数抑制浓度(IC50);采用流式细胞仪检测莱菔硫烷对T24细胞周期的影响;采用westernblot研究莱菔硫烷对T24细胞中细胞周期蛋白依赖激酶抑制剂P16和P27的表达情况。结果:在较低剂量范围内(≤40μmol/L),随着作用剂量的增加,莱菔硫烷对T24细胞的生长的抑制作用也明显增强。10、20、40μmol/L莱菔硫烷的抑制率分别为(12.5±3.95)%,(25.0±2.50)%、(50.0±5.33)%;在较高剂量(60μmol/L~160μmol/L)时,这种抑制作用不再呈剂量依赖性;莱菔硫烷作用72h后的IC50值为(51.12±7.10)μmol/L;莱菔硫烷能使T24细胞周期阻滞于G0/G1期,20μmol/L莱菔硫烷作用48h后,在G0/G1峰之前出现凋亡峰;20μmol/L莱菔硫烷作用于T24细胞8、12、24h后能明显诱导P27蛋白的表达,作用早期(8h)时能诱导P16蛋白的表达。结论:莱菔硫烷能抑制T24细胞生长并使该细胞周期阻断在G0/G1期,其作用机制主要是通过诱导P27蛋白及早期诱导P16蛋白来实现的。  相似文献

Toddlers who ingest the drug of abuse 3,4-methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA; 'Ecstasy') are at particularly high risk of serious neurological and cardiovascular side effects. We report of a 20-month-old male toddler who accidentally ingested Ecstasy. He presented with fever and seizures, tachycardia, hypertension, and hyperthermia. Urine amphetamine level was 2111 ng/mL. Treatment included rapid cooling, hydration, and support measures. Vital signs were regularly monitored. His condition became stable on day 2 and urine amphetamine level returned to normal on day 3 of hospitalization. His behavior, activity, and appetite had returned to their usual levels upon follow-up at our outpatient clinic. The incidence of drug abuse with MDMA has increased dramatically over the last decade in developed countries. It can be expected that accidental Ecstasy poisoning in children will increase as well. This case illustrates the need to consider the possibility of accidental Ecstasy ingestion in the differential diagnosis of a child suffering from convulsions with fever.  相似文献

We have produced and characterized a monoclonal antibody, MH1, which selectively labels rod horizontal cells and Müller cells in the goldfish retina. Biochemical and tissue distribution studies indicate that MH1 may recognize four out of five classes of intermediate filament proteins in goldfish: vimentin, desmin, glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), and keratin, but not neurofilament. The intermediate filament which is labeled strongest in the retina is vimentin. In the goldfish retina, the only type of horizontal cells recognized by MH1 appear to be rod horizontal cells. This result suggests that the rod horizontal cell, an interneuron, and Müller (glial) cells share a common antigen: vimentin, which is usually only expressed in mesenchymal origin cells. The development of rod horizontal cells in the goldfish retina was also studied using MH1. The cells were not labeled by MH1 until 4-6 weeks posthatching, a stage in which the animals are already visually active. MH1 also did not label any horizontal cell in the region close to the ora terminalis in the goldfish retina. These results suggest that either the emergence and maturation of rod horizontal cells occur late during goldfish retinal development or the expression of vimentin itself occurs late in the development of rod horizontal cells.  相似文献

对450名广西环江县毛南族农村育龄妇女进行血清铁蛋白(SF)、红细胞游离原卟啉(FEP)及血红蛋白(Hb)3项铁指标测定.结果发现:铁缺乏症患病率为27.8%(其中ID4.2%,IDE 7.8%,IDA 15.8%).随着孕次或产次的增加,血红蛋白水平逐渐下降,铁缺乏症患病率逐渐增高.有妊娠或分娩史的妇女与未孕或未生育的妇女血红蛋白水平与铁缺乏症患病率比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05).  相似文献

PURPOSE: This study was an analysis of the soft and hard tissue changes of the facial profile after bilateral sagittal splitting osteotomy for mandibular setback of Taiwanese patients. PATIENTS AND METHODS: We collected pre- and postsurgical lateral cephalographs of 64 patients (28 males, 36 females) with skeletal Class III malocclusion who received combined orthodontic-surgical treatment with bilateral sagittal splitting osteotomy mandibular setback at Taipei Veterans General Hospital between 1994 and 2000. Nineteen cephalometric parameters of (14 linear, 4 angular, and the BS index) soft and hard tissues were measured at 1 week before treatment, and 2 months and 1 year after surgery, and analyzed by paired t test. RESULTS: Mean patient age was 20.0 +/- 1.6 years. The patients underwent an average of 7 mm mandibular setback at the osseous pogonion (Pog). Average setbacks at Pog and soft tissue pogonion (pog) were 5.54 mm and 4.85 mm, respectively, at 1 year after surgery. The setback ratio of Pog/pog was 1:0.88. The hard tissue relapse at Pog was 21% at 1 year after surgery. Improvement in prognathic profile was demonstrated by significant changes in the positions of Pog and pog, ANB angle, the distance from lower lip to esthetic line (E-L lip), and the BS index after surgery. However, compared with parameters obtained from a normal Taiwanese population, the cephalometric data of Pog, pog, and BS index still indicated mild prognathism. CONCLUSION: Although mandibular prognathism could be grossly improved by bilateral sagittal splitting osteotomy mandibular setback, a significant amount of relapse occurred within 1 year after surgery. The extent of the postoperatively preserved features showing mandibular prognathism should be a concern for both patients and physicians.  相似文献

海风藤酚、甲基海风藤酚、海风藤醇A和海风藤醇B均有抑制血小板激活因子(PAF)诱导的兔血小板聚集作用,IC_(50)分别为17.9、9.2、142.0、14.0μmol·L~(-1)。经阿司匹林(ASA)、磷酸肌酸/磷酸肌酸激酶(CP/CPK)预处理的兔洗涤血小板,甲基海风藤酚和海风藤醇B仍能抑制PAF诱导的兔血小板聚集,IC_(50)为9.0、16.5μmol·L~(-1)。同时,4种成分对于二磷酸腺苷(ADP),花生四烯酸(AA)诱导的血小板聚集抑制作用较弱,海风藤B能使PAF诱导血小板聚集量-效曲线平行右移,EC_(50)由1.59nmol·L~(-1)升为20.6nmol·L~(-1)。结果表明:4种成分能选择性拮抗PAF对兔血小板的聚集作用。  相似文献

Adenosine is recommended for induction of deliberate hypotension. Although its effects on brain vasculature and metabolism and intracranial pressure have been reported, its effects on cerebrospinal fluid dynamics have not. In this study the rate of cerebrospinal fluid formation (Vf), resistance to reabsorption of cerebrospinal fluid (Ra), and electroencephalogram (EEG) activity were determined in rabbits before and during decrease of cerebral perfusion pressure (CPP) with intravenous (iv) adenosine or hemorrhage. In the adenosine group (n = 6), Vf and Ra were determined at control CPP, at CPP of 50, 35, and 28 mmHg achieved with iv adenosine, and at CPP greater than 60 mmHg achieved with iv adenosine combined with iv phenylephrine. In the hemorrhage group (n = 6), Vf and Ra were determined at the first four experimental conditions only. Control values for Vf (9 +/- 3 and 9 +/- 4 microliter.min-1, mean +/- SD) and Ra (428 +/- 567 and 412 +/- 144 cmH2O.ml-1.min) did not differ between groups. In the adenosine group, Vf did not change significantly when CPP was decreased. However, in the hemorrhage group, Vf decreased significantly at CPP of 50 and 35 mmHg and became unmeasurable at CPP of 28 mmHg. Ra did not change significantly in either group. An increase of low-frequency (0.5-3.0 Hz) EEG activity and/or decrease of higher-frequency (3.5-30 Hz) EEG activity occurred at CPP of 28 mmHg in the adenosine group and at CPP of 35 mmHg in the hemorrhage group.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)  相似文献
