Anteversion angle of the femoral neck in congenital dislocation of the hip

The anteversion angle of femoral neck in 40 children, aged 18 months to 14 years (4.6 years on average), with congenital dislocation of hip was measured pre-operatively on X-ray films according to the way of Dr. Hu's method, and from the proximal femur exposed during operation. The mean value of them was 64.6 degrees and 44 degrees respectively, being statistically significant (P less than 0.01). The method of direct measurement of the anteversion angle during operation was described. The factors affecting the diversity of the measured angle value with different methods were discussed. It seems that the calculation formula used in Hu's method should somehow be corrected and a revision is put forward.     

急性非淋巴细胞白血病过程细胞克隆的变化

18例未治或复发ANLL,2例慢粒急变及10例完全缓解(CR)的ANLL患者作L-CFU,CFU-E及CFU-GM骨髓体外造血祖细胞培养。ANLL未治和复发组的L-CFU、CFU-E及CFU-GM集落数与正常对照有非常显著差异。ANLL的CR组,CFU-E和CFU-GM恢复正常,但L-CFU仍较正常对照组明显多,提示CR后,骨髓中仍残留有白血病细胞。初步认为PHA-MNCCM作为L-CFU的生长因子,有助于CR后ANLL残留白血病细胞检测意义。     

Comparison of trichloroethylene and enflurane as adjuncts to nitrous oxide and relaxant anaesthesia

Forty women who underwent gynaecological surgery were randomly allocated to receive trichloroethylene, enflurane, or enflurane plus fentanyl as adjuncts to nitrous oxide/relaxant anaesthesia with controlled ventilation. No serious cardiac dysrhythmias were seen in any group. Each patient was observed postoperatively for 4 hours by a nurse blind to the technique used, and questioned at 24 hours by a similarly blinded anaesthetist. Recovery after trichloroethylene was not significantly prolonged although postoperative analgesia by visual analogue was better, opiate analgesia was required less frequently and there was less nausea and vomiting than in either of the enflurane groups. We argue for the continued use of trichloroethylene by this technique, because it costs one hundred times less than enflurane and because of the potential morbidity of the postoperative opiate dosage required after enflurane.     

STYLOID PROCESS SYNDROME LENGTFI AND PALPATION OF THE STYLOLD PROCESS

In 1980, 267 patients with related symp- toms were examined by tomography in our hos- pital. Among them the styloid process (SP) of 128 cases were 30 mm or more in length. Pha- ryngeal palpation was performed in 98. The SPs of 61 patients were palpable and tender. Diagno- sis was based on the related symptoms, tomogra- phy, positive pharyngeal palpation and SP tender- ness. Tomography showed that the longest SP was 75 mm, while the longest one with symptoms was 65 mm. The medial angulations of the SPs were from 100 t0 27° and the anterior angulations from 300 t0 50°.

2002年7月,一本英文《欧盟传统草药注册程序指令(草案)》下简称 (《指令》)被送到国家中医药管理局。欧盟在官方网站上还登出此《指令》征求意见,并称负责这项工作的欧盟企业总司的司长魏森柏格先生将于当年10月上旬到我国访问,其中一个内容就是听取我国对这个《指令》的意见。因此,他们希望国家中医药管理局能及时组织研究,对此提出具体建议。     

烧伤病人耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌及其肠毒素的检测和耐药性分析

目的:评价乳胶结合实验,检测重症监护病房(ICU)耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)及其肠毒素(SE),并进行耐药性分析。方法:收集260株金黄色葡萄球菌临床分离株,通过药敏试验将其分为耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌和甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌(MSSA),用反向间接血凝试验(RPHA)检测金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素。结果:MRSA产肠毒素为134株,MSSA产肠毒素为38株,MRSA产肠毒素率为100％,MSSA产肠毒素率为30％。结论:重症监护病房应重视MRSA的检测和金黄色葡萄球菌肠毒素的检测,合理使用广谱抗菌药物。     

论太阳伤寒与"非典"

通过比较，发现仲景所论之太阳伤寒与传染性非典型肺炎二者之间在病因、病机、发病、传变等方面存在诸多一致或相似，因此根据辨证论治的精神，提出二者治疗可以互通，并针对传染性非典型肺炎在早期、进展期、恢复期的不同症状表现，分别指出了《伤寒杂病论》中宜投用的经方。
