不稳定型心绞痛患者内皮素及血管性假血友病因子的改变

目的 观察不稳定型心绞痛 (Unstableanginapectoris,UAP)患者内皮素 (Endothelin,ET)及血管性假血友病因子 (vonWillebrandfactor,vWF)的变化。方法 不稳定型心绞痛患者34例、正常人21名分别在清晨采血测定ET及vWF值。 结果 不稳定型心绞痛患者ET(129.3±26.4) pg/ml及vWF(185.4±32.4) %值明显高于正常人(85.2±39.6)pg/ml及(142.1±42.0) % ,两者之间不具有显著相关性 (r=0.15,P>0.05)。结论 ET及vWF的改变可能参与了不稳定型心绞痛的病理生理过程。     

创伤后肝细胞凋亡与坏死的检测及其意义

目的 探讨严重创伤后肝细胞凋亡及坏死在急性肝功能障碍发病机制中的作用。方法复制多发性骨折合并休克的大鼠创伤模型,采用 Annexin－V－Flous、碘化丙锭(propidium iodid,PI)双标法经流式细胞仪检测创伤后各时间点肝细胞凋亡与坏死的数量变化,结合光镜、电镜和电泳观察细胞凋亡与坏死,并与肝功能变化相比较。结果创伤后早期肝细胞即发生凋亡和坏死,坏死肝细胞的数量进行性升高,与肝功能变化显著呈正相关;凋亡肝细胞在创伤后3h达高峰,部分凋亡肝细胞发生继发性坏死,其数量与肝功能变化显著正相关。结论肝细胞坏死与凋亡是严重创伤后肝功能损害的重要原因,坏死肝细胞是肝功能损害的直接因素,凋亡肝细胞通过发生继发性坏死加重肝功能损害。     

青菜的保鲜贮藏研究

目的 :延长青菜在冷藏条件下的贮藏期 ,解决海军舰艇冷藏库蔬菜贮藏期短的问题。方法 :使用塑料袋、纸箱、塑料筐为包装材料 ,塑料袋内充O3 负离子对青菜在 2℃和 9℃条件下进行保鲜贮藏。结果 :2℃条件下塑料袋包装青菜贮藏期延长至 2 5d ,腐烂率小于 5 .9%。结论 :使用塑料袋包装青菜 ,适宜的贮藏温度为 2℃。     

红细胞调控白细胞免疫功能新的自然实验研究体系

目的用血液免疫反应路线图实验体系评估红细胞在白细胞免疫活性中的作用。方法将0·3ml血浆加入0·2ml全血细胞悬液(全血细胞组)或0·2ml白细胞悬液(白细胞组)中,37℃温育1h,用免疫酶联法测定IL-8和IL-12水平,流式细胞仪测定白细胞膜CD4、CD8、CD35和CXCR4表达量。结果全血细胞组IL-8和IL-12水平(分别为5·96±4·26、9·84±2·23ρB·pg-1·ml-1)明显低于白细胞组(分别为15·09±9·86、13·59±3·69ρB·pg-1·ml-1,P<0·05),淋巴细胞CD4、CD35、CXCR4表达量(分别为37·79±12·00、154·66±70·00、34·40±20·45)明显高于白细胞组(分别为18·54±11·32、83·26±35·99、16·69±11·09,P<0.01),粒细胞CD35表达量(603·63±257·64)明显高于白细胞组(384·86±174·16,P<0.01)。成人全血细胞组淋巴细胞和粒细胞CD35和CXCR4表达量明显高于脐血全血细胞组(P<0·05或P<0·01)。结论红细胞是白细胞(包括T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、NK细胞、树突状细胞、粒细胞等)免疫功能的调控者和指导者,脐血红细胞免疫调节功能明显下降;本研究为红细胞免疫调控活性测定提供了新的近似自然的方法。     

Laparoscopic Local Resection Based on Sentinel Node Evaluation for Early Gastric Cancer: A Preliminary Report

We previously reported that lymphatic mapping using isosulfan blue can be used to identify sentinel nodes (SNs). This study was undertaken to evaluate the feasibility of using the SN technique in treating early gastric cancer and to explore its usefulness for minimal invasive surgery. Twenty-three patients with early gastric cancer who underwent SN biopsy were retrospectively evaluated. Based on SN evaluation, individualized surgery was performed in five patients with T1N0M0 gastric cancer. When pathological examination of frozen sections revealed metastasis in SNs, we performed a standard D2 gastrectomy. Laparoscopic local resection was applied when the SN biopsy was negative. Our results showed that the success rate with SN biopsy in early gastric cancer was 100%, as were the accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity. All five patients with early gastric cancer had SNs negative for metastases both by frozen section and by postoperative pathology. Thus, all these patients underwent laparoscopic local resection without extended lymphadenectomy. We conclude that SN biopsy is a useful tool to individualize the operative procedure, and laparoscopic local resection can be safely performed using SN guidance in selected patients with early gastric cancer.     

核磁共振法测定非离子表面活性剂 HLB 值的研究 2.几种混合体系 HLB 值的测定与计算

本文应用核磁共振法(NMR)测定了几种混合体系的 HLB 值与混合体系中各组分的 HLB 值。实验结果表明,混合体系中各组分在核磁共振图谱中的积分曲线高度也具有加和性。混合体系的 HLB 值是体系中各组分 HLB 值的加权平均值。因此,对混合体系的 HLB 值可以应用 NMR 法直接测定,也可应用 NMR 法测定各组分的 HLB值,通过计算求得,计算值与实测值完全一致。     

螺旋CT三期扫描对肝纤维化诊断价值研究

目的探讨螺旋CT三期扫描对肝纤维化的诊断价值。方法对66例经肝穿刺活检病理证实的慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者组和42例正常对照组进行螺旋CT三期增强扫描。根据纤维化程度分期进行影像资料和相关指标的统计分析。结果肝左叶增大,肝表面形态及肝实质密度的改变,脾脏增大,门静脉增宽和侧枝循环的建立等影像学改变,随着肝纤维化严重程度的加重而有统计学差异。本研究显示57例肝纤维化患者螺旋CT三期扫描诊断肝纤维化52例,敏感性91.2%,特异性77.8%。各期肝纤维化分期准确28例,准确率49.1%;准确判断轻度纤维化(S1、S2)或重度纤维化(S3、S4)44例,准确率77.2%,诊断早期肝硬化16例,准确率84.2%。结论螺旋CT三期扫描能判断肝纤维化的程度,而且是动态观察肝纤维化的病程演进和临床随访的有效手段。     

点穴推拿治疗睡眠障碍68例

目的:观察点穴推拿治疗睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:采用点穴推拿治疗睡眠障碍68例不同病因引起的病症。结果:治愈30例,显效20例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率88.24%。结论:点穴推拿对不同病因引起的睡眠障碍均有很好的疗效。     

Stimulation of Alpha-Adrenoceptors Facilitates the Release of Growth Hormone-Releasing Hormone from Rat Hypothalamus in vitro

While extensive evidence suggests that adrenoceptors play an important role in the control of growth hormone in the rat, there are few studies involving the direct measurement of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). We have therefore developed a radioimmunoassay for rat GHRH, and used it to investigate the modulation of GHRH release by noradrenaline from incubated rat hypothalamus in vitro. The GHRH radioimmunoassay had no significant cross-reactivity with other hypothalamic or GHRH-related peptides, and was sensitive to 4 pg/tube; intra- and interassay coefficients of variation were 6% and 12% respectively. Single incubated rat hypothalami produced a stable and readily measurable output of GHRH in successive 20 min incubations after an initial 60 min preincubation; the release of GHRH was increased in the presence of 56 mM KCI, but did not respond to KCI-depolarization when calcium was excluded from the medium. Stimulated GHRH release was identical to synthetic rat GHRH(1–43) on high-performance liquid chromatography and Sephadex G-75 chromatography.
Noradrenaline stimulated GHRH secretion in a dose-dependent manner in the concentration range 10⁻¹⁰— 10⁻⁶M, with a plateau in response at 10⁻⁷M. Stimulation with noradrenaline 10⁻⁷M was blocked by idazoxan 10⁻⁵M and attenuated by thymoxamine 10⁻⁵M, but was unaffected by timolol 10⁻⁵M. Both the α₂-adrenoceptor agonist guanfacine, and the α₁-adrenoceptor agonist methoxamine, specifically stimulated GHRH secretion.
It is concluded that noradrenaline stimulates the release of GHRH at both α₁ and α₂-adrenoceptors.     

JAK2激酶抑制剂AG490对结肠癌HT-29细胞侵袭性的影响

目的观察JAK2激酶抑制剂AG490对结肠癌HT-29细胞侵袭以及对基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）表达的影响，探讨STAT3信号转导通路在结肠癌侵袭转移调控中的作用。方法应用JAK2激酶抑制剂AG490处理结肠癌HT-29细胞，Matrigel肿瘤体外侵袭模型检测肿瘤细胞侵袭；Western blot检测STAT3蛋白表达；逆转录-聚合酶链反应（RT—PCR）检测MMP2mRNA表达。结果AG490可抑制JAK2／STAT3信号转导通路活化及结肠癌HT-29细胞侵袭，在此过程中AG490在mRNA水平抑制MMP-2表达。结论STAT3信号转导通路参与结肠癌细胞侵袭调控，阻断STAT3通路活化可抑制结肠癌细胞侵袭，这一作用可能是通过抑制MMP-2表达实现的。
