目的探讨健康教育在结膜炎护理中应用的效果。方法选取我院门诊所诊治的180例急性结膜炎患者,采用数字随机法将其分成对照组和实验组各为90例,对照组采用普通护理干预,实验组在普通护理基础上加以健康教育,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的护理效果明显优于对照组,不良反应情况也比对照组少(P0.05)。结论对于急性结膜炎的治疗,采用健康教育护理能够提高治疗的效果,减少不良反应。 相似文献

Background:Previous meta-analyses have examined the clinical efficacy and acceptability of deep brain stimulation (DBS) compared with sham therapy or paired active therapy. However, the absence of head-to-head clinical trials with some treatment comparisons creates uncertainty for decision makers. Thus, to provide new evidence-based medical evidence for clinical treatment, we undertook a meta-analysis to assess the efficacy and safety of DBS in patients with depression based on high-quality randomized controlled studies.Methods:The protocol was written following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Protocols (PRISMA-P) statement guidelines. PubMed/Medline and EMBASE will be searched before May 2021 for all studies, using various combinations of the following free text and key terms: deep brain stimulation; depression; random. No language restrictions will be applied. The method of data extraction will follow the approach outlined by the Cochrane Handbook for Systematic Reviews of Interventions. Review Manager software 5.3 is used for the meta-analysis. The quality of randomized trials will be assessed by Cochrane risk of bias tool for randomized controlled trials.Results:The results of our review will be reported strictly following the PRISMA criteria and the review will add to the existing literature by showing compelling evidence and improved guidance in clinic settings.OSF registration number:10.17605/OSF.IO/Q5B3S. 相似文献

In this work, a novel star-comb copolymer based on poly(d,l-lactide) (PDLLA) macromonomer and poly(ethylene glycol)methyl ether methacrylate (PEGMA) was prepared, and the electrochemical properties were studied, with the aim of using it as a solid polymer electrolyte in lithium ion batteries. The six-arm vinyl functionalized PDLLA macromonomer was synthesized by a ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of d,l-lactide and subsequently an acylation of the hydroxy end-groups. A series of free-standing solid polymer electrolyte membranes from different ratios of PDLLA, PEGMA and LiTFSI were prepared through solvent-free free radical polymerization under UV radiation. The chemical structure of the obtained polymers was confirmed by 1H NMR and FTIR. The as-prepared six-arm star-comb solid polymer electrolytes (PDLLA-SPEs) exhibit good thermal stability with Td5%s of ∼270 °C and low Tgs of −48 to −34 °C. The electrochemical characterization shows that the PDLLA-SPEs possess a wide electrochemical window up to 5.1 V with an optimal ionic conductivity of 9.7 × 10−5 S cm−1 at 60 °C at an EO/Li+ ratio of 16 : 1. Furthermore, the all-solid-state LiFePO4/Li cells display extraordinary cycling and rate performances at 60 °C by curing the PDLLA-SPEs directly on the cathode. In recent years, perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted great attention in the photovoltaic research field, because of their high-efficiency (certified 22.1%) and low-cost. In this review paper, we briefly introduce the history of efficiency development for PSCs, and discuss some of the major problems for large-area (≥1 cm2) PSC devices. In addition, we summarize the recent progress in the aspects of fabrication methods for large-area perovskite films, and improving the efficiency and stability of the large-area PSC devices. Finally, we give a short summary and outlook of large-area PSC devices. This article is mainly organized into three parts. The first part focuses on the main fabricating technologies for large-area perovskite films. The second section discusses some methods that are used to improve the efficiency of PSCs. In the last part, different approaches are used to improve the stability of PSCs.In this review, we summarize the recent progress in the aspects of the fabrication methods for large-area perovskite films, improving the efficiency and stability of the large-area PSC devices. 相似文献

目的了解社区老年人积极老龄化现状,并分析其影响因素,为社区护理工作者开展健康促进工作,提高社区老年人的健康水平提供参考。方法采用一般问卷调查表、休闲态度量表和积极老龄化量表对衡阳市某国家级示范社区卫生服务中心275名老年人进行问卷调查。结果老年人休闲态度总分为(3.16±0.55)分,积极老龄化总分为(3.24±0.61)分。不同年龄、文化程度、居住情况、休闲类型和身体机能的社区老年人积极老龄化得分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P0.01);社区老年人休闲态度与积极老龄化呈正相关(均P0.01)。回归分析结果表明,身心健康和自我发展是影响积极老龄化的重要因素。结论社区老年人积极老龄化水平和休闲态度水平均待提高,社区护理工作者应采取措施提高社区老年人的休闲态度水平,促进其达到积极老龄化。 相似文献

目的:分析椎动脉供血不足的各种MRI征象,探讨其临床价值。材料与方法:收集临床拟诊椎动脉供血不足而行MRI检查的患者86例,进行MRI检查,对其MRI及CEMRA重建图像进行分析,对椎动脉的MRA评价主要包括其血管形态的观察以及周围组织结构改变。结果:椎动脉可见多段发病或多种病变形态共存的特点,椎动脉形态异常主要为先天发育畸形,包括管腔纤细,双侧椎动脉变细,单侧椎动脉变细以及椎动脉走行变异。血管局部狭窄,包括椎动脉起始段狭窄;颈椎段狭窄,包括椎间盘压迫、钩突关节增生压迫、横突孔增生;椎动脉颅内段扭曲狭窄等。结论:MRI尤其是MRA技术可以简便、直观显示椎动脉以及全面多方位观察它的形态,在一定程度上能够为临床准确诊断椎动脉供血不足提供直接证据。 相似文献

Alizarin red S (ARS) is a widespread mordant dye derived from alizarin. However, it was reported to be mutagenic and carcinogenic probably because it could induce oxidative damages in organisms. Catalase (CAT) is an important antioxidant enzyme defensing oxidative damages induced by xenobiotics. The underlying mechanisms of ARS interacting with CAT have not been clarified yet. This study is conducted to characterize the functional and conformational changes on CAT by ARS and the binding details to further investigate their interaction mechanisms. Under exposure of ARS at 5 μM, CAT activity was significantly decreased to 76.2%. Inhibition of CAT probably resulted in promotion of intracellular oxidative stress and pro-oxidant property of ARS. The interaction between ARS and CAT was proved to be spontaneous and exothermic. However, limited structural changes were observed according to spectroscopic results. Results showed that ARS prefers to bind with residues buried in the active site and could alter the activity of CAT, which were agree with the molecular docking results. This work proves the adverse effects of ARS on CAT mainly at molecular level and further highlights its potential risks to heath.Alizarin red S is confirmed to be toxic to catalase at molecular level attributing to the structural and functional changes of catalase. 相似文献

This study measured the area of the hippocampal structure using brain magnetic resonance imaging. We rebuilt a three-dimensional reconstruction of the brain and selected specific sections on the coronal plane, the cross section, and the sagittal plane and then measured the areas of the hippocampus using a software on the computer. In different sections, the left and right hippocampal areas were significantly different (P < 0.05), but the hippocampal areas of males and females are not concordant. There is no significant difference in the area in those aged 20 to 60 years. The hippocampal area is not correlated with the brain area in the same section. In conclusion, the standardization of the hippocampus is not suitable to judge the difference between males and females. The hippocampal area of healthy adults provides the criteria for atrophy of the hippocampus and a brief approach instead of the volumetric measures to apply in clinical diagnosis. 相似文献
