为提高组织培养的药用石斛生物碱含量,利用一氧化氮(NO)的供体硝普钠(SNP)处理霍山杂交石斛液体悬浮培养的类原球茎。结果表明,NO对类原球茎生长有一定的抑制作用,但有利于生物碱的积累。NO处理的类原球茎在生物碱积累高峰期45 d前,发生活性氧迸发,过氧化氢抗氧化酶(CAT)活性提高明显。类原球茎继代培养表明,不经NO诱导的S0、S00、S0003代类原球茎的蛋白质SDS电泳条带和POD同工酶条带基本一致,NO处理使蛋白质条带和POD同工酶条带出现差异性。NO处理后类原球茎生物碱含量的提高不能在继代培养中得到保持。 相似文献

Phosphors-in-glass (PiGs) regarded as a promising phosphor-converter for white light emitting diodes (WLEDs) is being researched widely. However, there are few reports on the effect of changing the shape of PiGs on the color rendering index (CRI) and heat dissipation of WLEDs. In this paper, gel casting with Isobam was first attempted in preparing special-shaped PiGs successfully. It exhibited that 76 wt.% was the optimum solid content based on the rheological properties of slurry and the shrinkage of green bodies. The sintering rate should be kept at a low speed and glass transition temperature (Tg) of glass powders must be higher than sublimation temperatures (Ts) of APS and Isobam. The CRI of PiGs was increased by about 27% after changing the shape of PiGs from cylinder to dome. Most importantly, operating temperature also reduced effectively the increase of the surface area of PiGs. Therefore, changing the shape of PiGs by gel casting with Isobam is a creative way for high-power WLEDs lighting. 相似文献

The purpose of this research is to explore the feasibility of using calcium carbide residue (CCR), a by-product from acetylene gas production, as a solid alkaline activator on the strength development in CCR–Portland cement-stabilized dredged sludge (CPDS). The effects of cement content, CCR content and curing time on the strength development of CPDS were investigated using a series of unconfined compressive strength (UCS), pH and electric conductivity (EC) tests. Scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analyses were performed to gain additional insight into the mechanism of strength development. Meanwhile, the carbon footprints of CPDS were calculated. Following the results, it was found that CCR can significantly improve the strength of cemented dredged sludge. On the basis of the strength difference (ΔUCS) and strength growth rate (UCSgr), it was recommended that utilizing 20% cement with the addition of 20% CCR is the most effective way to develop the long-term strength of CPDS. In addition, the microstructural analysis verified that the optimum proportion of CCR benefits the formation of hydration products in CPDS, particularly needle-like gel ettringite, resulting in a less-porous and dense inter-locked structure. Furthermore, the solidification mechanism of CPDS was discussed and revealed. Finally, it was confirmed that CCR can be a sustainable alternative and effective green alkaline activator for the aim of improving cemented dredged sludge. 相似文献

为研究Nogo-A基因沉默对细胞凋亡的影响,本文构建了靶向Nogo-A的短发夹样RNA(short hairpin RNA,shRNA)真核表达载体并经脂质体转染到培养的PC12细胞。分别以逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫印迹法检测转染48h后Nogo-A mRNA及蛋白表达的变化。在转染后不同时间应用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法检测细胞增殖活性,用原位末端标记(TUNEL)法及流式细胞仪检测细胞凋亡率。结果显示:由shRNA产生的小干扰RNA(siRNA)可有效抑制PC12细胞Nogo-A基因的表达。Nogo-A siRNA处理组细胞的增殖活性增加、凋亡率明显下降。本结果提示,Nogo-A基因可能与细胞凋亡有关。 相似文献

为了观察人工组织神经移植物对大鼠坐骨神经非新鲜损伤的修复作用。我们在成年SD大鼠左侧股中部切除部分坐骨神经制造神经缺损模型。15d后,实验组(9只)用人工组织神经移植物修复神经缺损,自体神经修复作为阳性对照(6只),保持神经缺损为阴性对照(6只)。第二次手术后3个月,电生理学、形态学结果显示实验组的再生神经虽略差于自体对照组,但明显优于缺损对照组,腓肠肌的萎缩形态学指标变化则较接近自体对照组。实验结果表明人工组织神经移植物对已缺损15d的大鼠周围神经具有较好修复作用。 相似文献

Objectives:Leiomyosarcoma of inferior vena cava (IVC) is a rare clinical entity with severe vascular involvement. Surgical management of leiomyosarcoma is still challenging.Methods:This a retrospective study of consecutive patients referred to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019. Depending on the anatomical site of affected IVC, leiomyosarcomas were categorized into zone I-II. The clinical data including baseline information, surgical parameters, peri-operative management, short- and mid-term outcomes were observed.Results:Four patients with leiomyosarcoma of zone I-III underwent radical resection without intraoperative mortality. Prosthetic grafts were interpositioned in all patients to instruct vena cava. Renal vein reconstruction was perfumed in two patients due to involvement to renal veins. Median blood loss was 450 mL (200–600 mL), median operative time was 215 minutes (150–240 minutes). No Clavien-Dindo IIIa or higher complication was observed. No organ dysfunction and recurrence were observed with median follow-up of 25.5 months.Conclusions:Curative resection of zone I-II leiomyosarcoma is associated with longer survival in selected cases, en-bloc resection with complex vascular reconstruction could be considered. 相似文献
