目的对比观察依托咪酯与咪唑安定在高龄心脏病患者行非心脏手术麻醉诱导中对血流动力学的影响。方法选择36例患者,随机均分为两组。治疗组以乳剂依托咪酯复合芬太尼诱导,对照组以咪唑安定复合芬太尼诱导,分别记录诱导前、用药后3min、插管前和插管后3min的心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)变化。结果麻醉诱导给药3min后,对照组HR,SBP,DBP与麻醉诱导前相比均有明显下降(P〈0.01),且SBP及DBP下降幅度明显大于治疗组(P〈0.051;插管后3min,SBP及DBP均未恢复正常,与诱导前相比仍有明显下降(P〈0.05)。治疗组仅在插管时HR,SBP和DBP有短暂下降(P〈0.05):插管后3min,HR,SBP,DBP均恢复接近正常(P〉0.05)。结论乳剂依托咪酯复合芬太尼进行麻醉诱导,对高龄心脏病患者的血流动力学影响轻微,行非心脏手术时较咪唑安定更安全、平稳。 相似文献

Colorectal cancer is a common cancer; generally, adults aged ≥ 50 years are screened using stool occult blood tests and colonoscopy. However, colorectal adenoma and cancer have been found in patients under the aged of 50, and studies on characteristics and risk factors in young patients are lacking. We evaluated the prevalence and risk factors of colorectal adenoma and cancer in young adults aged under 50 years.We retrospectively analyzed 570 individuals aged under 50 years who underwent colonoscopy at the Haeundae Paik Hospital, Korea, from January to June 2018. Logistic regression model was used to identify the risk factors for colorectal adenoma and colorectal cancer.The prevalence of colorectal adenoma in group of 19–29 years was 3.2% (1 of 31), 30–39 years was 13.8% (30 of 217) and in the group of 40–49 years was 21.1% (68 of 322) (P = .009). In multivariable analysis, age over 45 years (adjusted odds ratio [OR], 1.941; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.187–3.172; P = .008) and male sex (adjusted OR, 1.711; 95% CI, 1.044–2.806; P = .033) were independent risk factors for colorectal neoplasia including cancer.The prevalence of colorectal adenoma increases as the age increased in young adults under 50 years of age, especially after the age of 45 years, the risk of colorectal neoplasia increases; hence, early screening should be considered before the age of 50 years. 相似文献

Conductive composite materials have attracted considerable interest of researchers for application in stretchable sensors for wearable health monitoring. In this study, highly stretchable and conductive composite films based on carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC)-poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiopehe):poly (styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) (CMC-PEDOT:PSS) were fabricated. The composite films achieved excellent electrical and mechanical properties by optimizing the lab-synthesized PEDOT:PSS, dimethyl sulfoxide, and glycerol content in the CMC matrix. The optimized composite film exhibited a small increase of only 1.25-fold in relative resistance under 100% strain. The CMC-PEDOT:PSS composite film exhibited outstanding mechanical properties under cyclic tape attachment/detachment, bending, and stretching/releasing tests. The small changes in the relative resistance of the films under mechanical deformation indicated excellent electrical contacts between the conductive PEDOT:PSS in the CMC matrix, and strong bonding strength between CMC and PEDOT:PSS. We fabricated highly stretchable and conformable on-skin sensors based on conductive and stretchable CMC-PEDOT:PSS composite films, which can sensitively monitor subtle bio-signals and human motions such as respiratory humidity, drinking water, speaking, skin touching, skin wrinkling, and finger bending. Because of the outstanding electrical properties of the films, the on-skin sensors can operate with a low power consumption of only a few microwatts. Our approach paves the way for the realization of low-power-consumption stretchable electronics using highly stretchable CMC-PEDOT:PSS composite films. 相似文献

Chromatographic separation of the EtOAc fraction from the leaf and stem of Vitis amurensis led to the isolation of six oligostilbenoids (i.e., r-2-viniferin (1), trans-amurensin B (2), trans-ɛ-viniferin (3), gnetin H (4), amurensin G (5), (+)-ampelopsin A (8)) and four stilbenoids (i.e., trans-resveratrol (6), (+)-ampelopsin F (7), piceatannol (9), and trans-piceid (10)). were investigated for cytotoxic activity against three cancer cell lines in vitro using the MTT assay method. Amurensin G (5) and trans-resveratrol (6) showed significant cytotoxic activity against L1210, K562 and HTC116 cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 15.7 ± 2.1 to 30.9 ± 1.8 μM. (+)-Ampelopsin A (8) and trans-piceid (10) exhibited considerable cytotoxic activity against L1210 (IC50 values of 30.6 ± 4.1 and 28.7 ± 2.81 μM, respectively) and K562 (IC50 values of 38.6 ± 0.82 and 24.6 ± 0.76 μM, respectively). Gnetin H (4) showed only weak cytotoxic activity against L1210 with an IC50 value of 40.1 ± 4.23 μM. Angiogenesis is important for promoting cardiovascular disease, wound healing, and tissue regeneration. We investigated the effects of Korean red ginseng water extract (KRGE) on angiogenesis and its underlying signal mechanism. KRGE increased in vitro proliferation, migration, and tube formation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells, as well as stimulated in vivo angiogenesis without increasing VEGF expression. KRGE-induced angiogenesis was accompanied by phosphorylation of ERK1/2, phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (Akt), and endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) as well as an increase in NO production. Inhibition of PI3K activity by wortmannin completely inhibited KRGE-induced angiogenesis and phosphorylation of Akt, ERK1/2, and eNOS, indicating that PI3K/Akt activation is an upstream event of the KRGE-mediated angiogenic pathway. The MEK inhibitor PD98059 blocked KRGE-induced ERK1/2 phosphorylation without affecting Akt and eNOS activation. However, the eNOS inhibitor N(G)-monomethyl-L-arginine effectively inhibited tube formation, but partially blocked proliferation and migration as well as ERK phosphorylation, without altering Akt and eNOS activation, revealing that the eNOS/NO pathway is partially involved in ERK1/2 activation. This study demonstrated that KRGE stimulates in vitro and in vivo angiogenesis through the activation of the PI3K/Akt-dependent ERK1/2 and eNOS signal pathways and their cross talk. 相似文献

A previous animal study demonstrated that the administration of Omija extract and soybean mixture (OSM) improved glycemic control in the type 2 diabetes model. In this study, we conducted a 12-week, randomized, double-blinded, and placebo-controlled clinical trial to determine the effects of OSM in humans with hyperglycemia. Participants with fasting plasma concentrations of 100–140 mg/dL were enrolled (n = 80) and administered either OSM or placebo products for 12 weeks. The outcomes included measurements of efficacy (fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial glucose (PPG), fasting plasma insulin (FPI), postprandial insulin (PPI), hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), C-peptide, fructosamine, and lipid parameters) and safety at baseline and at 12 weeks. After the intervention, the OSM group showed significantly decreased levels of FPG, PPG (30, 60 min), PPI (60 min), insulin area under the curve (AUC), fructosamine, and low-density-lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol compared to the placebo group. No clinically significant changes in any safety parameter were observed.
