益尔力口服液对饥饿运动小鼠肝糖原含量的影响

益尔力口服液主治强力疲劳、气血虚损引起的肢体疲倦、精神不振、举动乏力。用葸酮法研究表明,其对肝糖原合成有明显促进作用,可作为扶正固本指标之一。     

人工假肢膝关节微电脑控制装置的研究

高位截肢的伤残病人，即使安装了人工假肢，也因为人工假肢的关节不能自由活动，因而行走起来很吃力，动作不协调，姿态不美观。如果在人工假肢的关节处安装一个步进电机，采用微电脑控制技术，使步进电机按照人的意志转动，那么人在行走（或奔跑、弹跳、上下楼梯、下蹬起立等）时，假肢的逼真程度将会大大提高，动作也就十分自然。本文就这种构想谈了制作过程。     

用液晶开关实现RDS立体成像的方法学研究

本文报道以ＲＤＳ立体图作为检测图形，用液晶开关实现其三维立体显示的一些探索性研究，用液晶开关眼镜作为立体图的同步分离部件。使得本系统建立于继时法成像的基础上，因而消除了“红绿竞争”等影响检出精度的因素；系统采用帧频作为同步切换的总控信号，使ＣＲＴ的视页切换与液晶眼镜开关同步，为此而开发出的显示寄存器编程技术解决了ＣＲＴ视页切换的超高速要求。     

结肠的器官内淋巴管

本文对家兔、大白鼠和豚鼠的结肠器官内淋巴管进行了光镜和电镜观察。结肠粘膜层毛细淋巴管位于肠腺底与粘膜肌之间。粘膜下层毛细淋巴管位于粘膜肌直下方;淋巴管多位子其深方。肌层和浆膜层存有毛细淋巴管和淋巴管。毛细淋巴管内皮细胞质中有大量的囊泡,囊泡与细胞质膜有密切关系,淋巴管内皮细胞间的连接主要有三种形式,即重叠连接、指状插入连接和端端连接。淋巴管壁存有内皮内管道。     

Heart-lung transplantation in Korea

Heart-lung transplantation is an effective treatment for patients with various forms of congenital heart disease or pulmonary hypertension. Since the first heart-lung transplantation in 1997, five transplants have been performed in Korea. Three cases were performed in 1997, one in 1998, and the latest one in 2002. The preoperative diagnoses were complex congenital heart disease (CHD) in 2, and CHD with Eisenmenger's syndrome in 3. In this paper, we report five cases of heart-lung transplantation performed in Korea, and include a review of the relevant literature.     

Protective effect of retinoic acid on interleukin-1 beta-induced cytotoxicity of pancreatic beta-cells

Cytokines produced by immune cells in pancreatic islets infiltrating are important mediators of beta-cell destruction in insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. In this study, the effects of retinoic acid (RA) on cytokine-induced beta-cell dysfunction were examined. RA significantly protected interleukin-1 beta (IL-1) and interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma)-mediated cytotoxicity of rat insulinoma cell (RINm5F), and also reduced in IL-1 and IFN-gamma-induced nitric oxide (NO) production, which correlated well with reduced levels of the inducible form of NO synthase (iNOS) mRNA and protein. The molecular mechanism, by which RA inhibited iNOS gene expression, appeared to involve the inhibition of NF-kappa B activation. Our results suggest possible therapeutic value of RA for the prevention of diabetes mellitus progression.     

2008年北京市HIV-1耐药株传播调查

目的 了解2008年北京市未经抗病毒治疗HIV-1感染者中耐药株传播水平,为耐药监测和临床抗病毒治疗工作提供本底资料.方法 参照WHO提出的HIV耐药警戒线调查方法(HIV drug resistance threshold survey,HIVDR-TS)指导方案,收集6个月内检测发现的60～70名小于25岁的感染者血浆样本,检测HIV-1 pol区亚型及耐药基因型,并计算耐药株检出率、评价传播水平.结果 61份符合要求的样本共获得50个有效pol区序列.感染途径以同性传播为主,占62%;亚型分布以B(42%)、CRF01_AE(28%)、CRF07_BC(26%)3种为主.出现1例针对PI类药物的耐药突变株,检出率为2%(1/50);出现1例针对NRTI类药物的耐药突变株,检出率为2%(1/50);未出现针对NNRTI类药物的耐药突变株,检出率为0.蛋白酶(PR)区和逆转录酶(RT)区的耐药突变株检出率均为2%,均属于低度传播范围(<5%).结论 北京市未经抗病毒治疗HIV-1感染者中出现PR和RT区的耐药突变株,传播水平尚处于低流行状态,现有的抗病毒治疗方案是可行的,治疗前尚不需要进行大规模耐药性检测.     

大学生性行为及性道德观发展研究

目的 了解当代大学生性行为及性道德观念的发展变化。方法 自制问卷，对全国9所高校的2000余名大学生进行调查，并用SPSS10．0对结果进行统计处理。结果 大学生性交行为发生率呈逐年上升趋势，且随年级上升而增加；大学生认可性交行为道德观的5个雏度，但各年级之间有差异；大学生边缘性行为和独自性行为发生率随年级显著上升，认可度也随年级增加而上升；大学生对同性性接触基本持排斥态度，但排斥态度则趋于下降。结论 大学生性行为和性道德随年级上升而明显变化，应加强学校教育和引导。     

Human TLR-7-, -8-, and -9-mediated induction of IFN-alpha/beta and -lambda Is IRAK-4 dependent and redundant for protective immunity to viruses

Five TLRs are thought to play an important role in antiviral immunity, sensing viral products and inducing IFN-alpha/beta and -lambda. Surprisingly, patients with a defect of IRAK-4, a critical kinase downstream from TLRs, are resistant to common viruses. We show here that IFN-alpha/beta and -lambda induction via TLR-7, TLR-8, and TLR-9 was abolished in IRAK-4-deficient blood cells. In contrast, IFN-alpha/beta and -lambda were induced normally by TLR-3 and TLR-4 agonists. Moreover, IFN-beta and -lambda were normally induced by TLR-3 agonists and viruses in IRAK-4-deficient fibroblasts. We further show that IFN-alpha/beta and -lambda production in response to 9 of 11 viruses tested was normal or weakly affected in IRAK-4-deficient blood cells. Thus, IRAK-4-deficient patients may control viral infections by TLR-3- and TLR-4-dependent and/or TLR-independent production of IFNs. The TLR-7-, TLR-8-, and TLR-9-dependent induction of IFN-alpha/beta and -lambda is strictly IRAK-4 dependent and paradoxically redundant for protective immunity to most viruses in humans.
