培养护生养成阅读药物说明书的习惯

同类药物因原料来源、附加成分和生产厂家不同而商品名称各异，有些名称相似的药物其性能却完全不同。临床实习护生常反映课本讲授的药物知识与临床用药相差甚远，不知如何记住所有的药物。为此，作者在临床教学中培养学生养成阅读药物说明书的习惯，收到良好效果。     

Structural shielding design for a gamma ray stereotactic body radiotherapy system.

An OUR-QGD gamma ray stereotactic body radiotherapy system (body knife), made in China, is described. According to its structure and the principle of gamma radiation revolved on a focus, the energy distribution of scattered radiation in its treatment room is calculated. The structural shielding of the wall, roof, and door for a certain treatment room is calculated according to the local radiation protection law.     

Ruptured distal anterior choroidal artery aneurysm.

Ruptured aneurysms of the distal anterior choroidal artery (AchA) are extremely rare and management is dictated by clinical presentation. This report describes a rare patient with a distal AchA aneurysm and subarachnoid and intraventricular haemorrhage. A 60-year-old woman presented with a sudden onset of severe headache and vomiting. No aneurysms could be found on initial angiograms. A repeat angiogram performed 10 days after admission demonstrated an aneurysm in a branch of the cisternal segment of the left AchA without a definite neck. Surrounding vessels showed multifocal stricture and dilatation. Microsurgical clipping was not performed because the patient died suddenly due to pulmonary failure. The aetiology of the aneurysm in this case and surgical strategy are discussed.     

Serum bone markers in patients with loosening of cemented total hip endoprosthesis]

Serum levels of bone markers N-mid osteocalcin (OCN-Mid) and Cross-Laps in 20 patients (8 men and 12 women) with loosening of at least one element of total hip endoprosthesis confirmed during operation were compared with age and sex matched group with OA. Marker levels were measured by direct chemoluminescency using Modular E-170. Statistical analysis were done with t-Student test (alpha = 0.05). There were no significant differences in OCN-Mid, Cross-Laps levels and OCN-Mid/Cross-Laps ratio between both groups. Implant loosening is a slow process taking place on a relatively small surface in comparison to whole skeleton, so bone markers have no clinical value in diagnostics of total hip loosening.

百年乐和人参黄芪合剂对心血管系统的作用研究表明:百年乐能加速小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍的恢复,增加离体兔耳血管的流量,使主动脉平滑肌松弛,对抗心肌缺氧,抑制血栓形成,其作用强于人参黄芪合剂。     

Overexpression of parathyroid hormone-related protein in the skin of transgenic mice interferes with hair follicle development.

Parathyroid hormone-related peptide (PTHrP) was initially discovered as the cause of the syndrome of humoral hypercalcemia of malignancy. Subsequently, the PTHrP gene has been shown to be expressed in a wide variety of normal tissues, including skin. Because the biological function of PTHrP in skin remains unknown, we used the human keratin 14 promoter to target overexpression of PTHrP to the skin of transgenic mice. We achieved a 10-fold level of overexpression in skin, and human keratin 14 promoter-PTHrP transgenic mice displayed a disturbance in normal hair follicle development. These mice either failed to initiate follicle development or showed a delay in the initiation of follicles. These findings suggest that PTHrP normally plays a role in the early stages of hair follicle development and support previous speculation that the peptide may function in regulating cellular differentiation.     

小儿糖尿病血胰岛细胞抗体与胰岛素自身抗体

报道并分析20例小儿糖尿病患儿的临床资料及血胰岛细胞抗体(ICA)及胰岛素自身抗体(IAA)的测定资料。在20例患儿中,临床表现多不典型。在酮症酸中毒的治疗中小剂量胰岛素疗法方法简便,安全可靠,并发症少。本组患儿ICA阳性率55%,IAA阳性率30%,经卡方检验均显著高于对照组,推测病毒感染引起自身免疫反应,产生ICA及IAA而致本病发生。     

鼻部源性突眼的CT分析

目的：为了提高对鼻部源性突眼的认识。材料和方法：本文19例鼻部源性突眼，其中鼻咽癌7例，鼻咽纤维血管瘤2例，鼻腔纤维血管瘤、恶性肉芽肿和嗅神经母细胞瘤各1例，上颌窦癌和软骨肉瘤各2例，上颌窦恶性肉芽肿、纤维肉瘤和恶性纤维组织细胞瘤各1例，全部病例均作轴位CT扫描，12例加作增强扫描，详细分析了它们CT表现。结果：源于鼻咽的放疗前鼻咽癌和纤维血管瘤，其病变主要位于鼻咽腔和咽旁，后者显著增强并有钙斑，与前者不同；源于上颌窦的肿瘤，病变占据上颌窦的全部或大部分，软骨肉瘤有钙斑且无强化，易与其它肿瘤区别，它们破坏上颌窦顶部进入眼眶；鼻腔嗅神经母细胞瘤在鼻腔和筛窦形成肿块，破坏筛骨眶板侵入眼眶。结论：根据CT所见，可判断突眼原因。
