大鼠急性胆道感染时多脏器损伤的病理学观察   总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1  
本实验通过复制大鼠急性梗阻性胆管炎动物模型,动态观察大鼠主要内脏器官组织学和超微结构变化。结果发现,急性胆道感染大鼠各内脏器官可出现广泛,严重的病理学变化。其基本病变为血液循环障碍,实质细胞变性、坏死及炎症反应。其中,肝脏损伤最显著。  相似文献

Experimental studies have suggested what the primary role is of free radical products in the development of vasospasm. It has been suggested that the degradation products of hemolysis trigger free radical reactions leading to lipid peroxidation is subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Therefore, Fe2+, a degradation product of hemoglobin, seems to be the most important substance in the pathogenesis of vasospasm. Cobaltous ion was shown to be a powerful inhibitor of lipid peroxidation in biological membrane. Eleven rabbits were anesthetized and received 5 ml of autologous arterial blood into the cisterna magna. Group 1 (n=6) received 0.1 mg/kg cobalt solution intratecally via the cisterna magna simultaneously with blood. Group 2 (n =5) underwent sham operation as a control group. Forty-eight hours later the rabbits were deeply anesthetized and the brainstem was quickly removed and put under the operating microscope to measure the basilar artery diameter. Afterwards, the upper part of the brainstem was used for lipid peroxidation measurement and the lower part for the histopathological examination. Significant vasospasm was observed in four and moderate vasospasm in one rabbit of group 2; mild vasospasm was seen in five rabbits and moderate vasospasm was seen in one rabbit of group 1. There was no vasospasm in the control group. A statistically significant increase in the levels of lipid peroxide was found in the brainstem of group 2. These data demonstrate that cobaltous ion represents a promising therapeutic tool in vasospasm after SAH.  相似文献

比较青,老年大鼠肝脏病理结构,并观察维生素E(VE)对老年大鼠肝脏的影响。结果显示,老化肝脏血窦明显扩张,肝细胞排列力显疏松,肝小叶中央静脉周围肝细胞排列紊乱,肝细胞的增龄性改变包括膜退行性变,胞浆内脂滴增多,细胞器(如线粒体)数量的减少和形态的改变等,线粒体的老化非同步进行,部分率先受损。其增龄性改变主要是嵴变短,空泡化和破裂,24月龄组线粒体的平均面积较6月龄对照组高47.5%,平均数目低33  相似文献

Epstein-Barr virus (EBV)-immortalized human B cells survive only transiently when injected subcutaneously into athymic mice, whereas Burkitt's lymphoma cells give rise to progressively growing subcutaneous tumors. In this study, we tested whether these Burkitt's tumors could be induced to regress via a bystander effect induced by EBV-immortalized B cells. Simultaneous inoculation of EBV-immortalized B cells and Burkitt's lymphoma cells in the same subcutaneous site resulted in tumors that regressed with necrosis and scarring. Similarly, simultaneous inoculation of EBV-immortalized B cells and Burkitt's lymphoma cells in separate subcutaneous sites resulted in regression of a proportion of the Burkitt's tumors. Furthermore, most of the established human Burkitt's tumors regressed with necrosis and scarring after intratumor inoculations with EBV-immortalized B cells. The EBV-immortalized B cells continued to exert this antitumor effect even when killed with irradiation. The experimental approach to Burkitt's lymphoma treatment described here exploits the ability of athymic mice to reject EBV-immortalized B cells to target an effective antitumor response to malignant cells normally incapable of eliciting it.  相似文献

目的 利用FibroTouch技术,评价2型糖尿病肾病(DN)患者肝脏脂肪变性和肝脏纤维化的程度及二者的相关性。方法 选取2型糖尿病肾病患者90例。根据肾小球滤过率(eGFR)将其分为三组,eGFR≥90ml?min-1(1.73m2)-1为A组(30例),60ml?min-1?(1.73m2)-1≤eGFR<90ml?min-1?(1.73m2)-1为B组(30例),eGFR<60 ml?min-1?(1.73m2)-1为C组(30例),同时选取30名健康志愿者为对照组。应用FibroTouch技术获得肝脏脂肪衰减值(db/m)和肝脏硬度值(Kpa)。结果 各组肝脏脂肪衰减值和肝脏硬度值比较,A、B、C组均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05),B、C组均高于A组(P均<0.05),C组高于B组(P<0.05);肝脏脂肪衰减值和肝脏硬度值呈正相关关系(r=0.733,P<0.01)。结论 应用FibroTouch技术可以准确、无创地评价DN患者的肝脏脂肪变性和纤维化程度,具有重要的临床意义。  相似文献

Purpose:To report a case of Leber hereditary optic neuropathy combined with fibrous boney dysplasia. Methods: Case report. Results:A 16-year-old boy presented with painless vision loss in both eyes. He had a history of a right humerus fracture and right femoral fracture surgery after an uncomplicated fall.On examination in our clinic, his visual acuity was counting fingers at 20 cm OD and counting fingers at 40 cm OS.Both pupils reacted sluggishly to light.The findings on slit-lamp examination and funduscopy after pupillary dilation were all unremarkable. Computed tomography scans demonstrated fibrous dysplasia involving the right frontal, temporal, parietal, and occipital bones but no stenosis of either optic canal. His serum alkaline phosphatase was 522 U/L (reference range: 40-150 U/L). His vision showed no improvement after intravenous methylprednisolone pulse therapy.Finally,a 11778 mitochondrial DNA mutation was detected. He still had no visual recovery after treatment with oral coenzyme Q10,vitamin B1, and citicoline. Conclusion:Fibrous dysplasia of bone may be associated with Leber hereditary optic neuropathy,possibly due to the fact that it increases local oxygen consumption. 以肌动蛋白,肌球蛋白和波形蛋白3种细胞骨架要份指标,研究了6、12、18和24月龄大鼠肝脏枯否细胞(KC)骨架成份的改变,并分析了这种改变与吞噬功能变化的关系,结果表明,随着月龄的增加,KC内架成份的分布明显改变,含量明显降低了以24月龄组为显著,3种骨架成分分别降为6月龄前的68.0%,84.9%和75.5%,而且这种降低与吞噬功能改变呈明显的正相关,结果提示,KC老化时细胞骨架呈明显的老化状态  相似文献
