Cystic ovarian teratomas: the sonographic appearance of the dermoid plug

The sonographic and pathological appearance of 13 cystic ovarian teratomas was reviewed. Twelve contained at least one mural nodule (dermoid plug) and one was completely cystic. Altogether there were 15 dermoid plugs, varying in consistency from homogeneous solid tissue to cystic. More than half were associated with hair and/or calcium. The nodules were round, ranged from 1 1/2 to 4 cm, formed an acute angle with the wall of the cyst, and tended to be entirely or predominantly hyperechoic. The authors suggest that most cystic teratomas contain dermoid plugs having a characteristic shape and hyperechoic pattern.     

4-O-卤代酰基-4′-去甲基表鬼臼毒素类似物的合成与抗肿瘤活性

为考察4′-去甲表鬼臼毒素C₄位上联结含卤素原子的酯化侧链时对化合物抗肿瘤活性的影响,设计并采用选择性酯化方法合成了9个新的4′-去甲基表鬼臼毒素酯化产物。其中标题化合物在L₁₂₁₀白血病肿瘤细胞与KB细胞的体外生长抑制试验中普遍表现出显著的抑制活性,大部分化合物活性超过依托泊甙。而普通脂酸酯的活性较弱。     

苦红菇化学成分的研究

从野生真菌苦红菇(Russula rosacea(Bull)Grrayem,Fr.)子实体酸性部分得到两个新的四环三萜酸化合物,经光谱(IR,¹HNMR,¹³CNMR,MS)、尤其是二维核磁共振(¹³C-¹HCOSY,COLOC,NOEDIFF)谱解析,确定其结构分别如Ⅰ和Ⅱ所示,Ⅰ命名为苦红菇酸A(rosaceaacidA),Ⅱ为苦红菇酸B(rosaceaacidB)。     

接受激素替代疗法的绝经后亚洲妇女的干眼症

目的:比较接受和不接受激素替代疗法的绝经后妇女干眼症的发生情况。方法:采用横断面研究方法比较对照组和接受激素替代疗法的绝经后妇女干眼症的发生。对所有的受试者行泪液分泌实验,泪膜破裂时间和玫瑰红孟加拉染色检查。结果:总共54例妇女被纳入研究,其中接受激素替代疗法(第2组)30例(55.6%),对照组24例(44.4%)没有进行任何激素治疗(第1组)。在第2组中,11例服用雌激素(2A组),其余19例同时服用雌激素和孕酮(2B组)。在第1组组中有29.2%发生了干眼症,第2组为70.0%(P=0.003),进一步分析发现2B组(84.2%)较2A组(45.5%)更多发生了干眼症(P=0.042)。结论:本研究发现在绝经后服用激素的妇女中干眼症比较常见,它否定了先前激素替代疗法具有防止干眼症发生的假设。     

Estimation of hospital emergency room data using otc pharmaceutical sales and least mean square filters

Background  

Surveillance of Over-the-Counter pharmaceutical (OTC) sales as a potential early indicator of developing public health conditions, in particular in cases of interest to Bioterrorism, has been suggested in the literature. The data streams of interest are quite non-stationary and we address this problem from the viewpoint of linear adaptive filter theory: the clinical data is the primary channel which is to be estimated from the OTC data that form the reference channels.     

苦参碱的正性肌力作用及与细胞外钙的关系

苦参碱(matrine,Ma)来源于苦豆子Sophora alopecuroides L.)。Ma有加强豚鼠乳头肌收缩的作用,对豚鼠心房亦有明显正性肌力作用。本文对Ma的正性肌力作用与细胞外钙的关系进行了研究。Ma (mp 75.5～77.5℃)为淡黄色粉末结晶,为宁夏盐池制药厂产品。     

盐酸纳曲酮及其葡萄糖醛酸结合物在犬体内的药代动力学

用高效液相色谱-电化学检测法测定了盐酸纳曲酮(NTX)在犬体内的药代动力学。犬iv和poNTX的血浆药。时曲线分别符合二室模型和一级吸收一室模型,消除半衰期分别为78±6min和74±6min。犬po　NTX吸收较快,但血中原形药物浓度较低,绝对生物利用度为15.8%。NTX经iv和po两种途径给药后血浆中的主要代谢产物为NTX的葡萄糖醛酸苷,其血浆浓度分别为NTX的1.3和23倍,未端相消除半衰期分别为3.4h和12.6h。
