大鼠胎胰胰岛组织培养及移植的实验观察

本实验对培养中的大鼠胎胰胰岛组织及其移植后的形态功能进行了观察。结果表明,大鼠胎胰经短期培养,不仅内分泌胰岛β细胞的活力保存良好,而且胰外分泌腺泡大大减少以致消失。21只糖尿病大鼠,同种移植经过7天培养的胎胰胰岛,未用免疫抑制剂,术后糖尿病缓解率76.2％。

Application of median-effect in quantitative analysis of antitumor drugs in vitro

Objective: To analyze quantitatively the synergistic and antagonistic effects of combined oxymatrine (OMT) and 5-fluorouracil (5-GU) on a cell line of human liver cancer (HepG2) with median-effect principle in vitro. Methods: The median-effect principle and MTT method were used in the quantitative analysis of effects of the two drugs. Results: Cytotoxic activity of the individual drugs enhanced as drug concentration increased. As fa=0.41, a CI equal to 1 indicated additivity; fa<0.41, a CI less than 1 indicated synergy; and fa>0.41, a CI greater than 1 indicated antagonism. The sequence of administration did not influence the cytotoxic activity of the combined antitumor drugs. The ratio of drug concentration was a factor that can influence the killing effect. Conclusion: The combined drugs interaction (CI<1) was synergistic at lower concentration and antagonistic at higher concentration. 关于新型农村合作医疗有关问题的建议

新型农村合作医疗实施一年来，在各级党委政府的高度重视下，试点工作取得了一定成绩。但随着这项工作的逐步深入和规范，我们越来越感到，要想把新型农村合作医疗这项“德政工程”办好，绝对不是一朝一夕的事，还有许多事情要解决，需要不断地完善和规范。     

银屑病患者血清中抗角质层抗体滴度的研究

本文以正常人掌蹠角质层作抗原,应用酶联免疫吸附试验的方法,检测52名正常人和银屑病人血清中抗角质层抗体的含量,结果病人血清中抗角质层抗体的水平显著低于正常人(P<0.01),并且病人抗角质层抗体的消长变化与临床病情的进程和皮损的活动强度呈平行关系。     

佩尔地平治疗妊娠高血压病人的护理管理路径

目的探讨护理管理路径在应用佩尔地平治疗的重度子痫前期病人的效果，以期达到最佳的治疗效果，并减少并发症的发生。方法将用佩尔地平针治疗的重度子痫前期的病人486例随机分为两组，一组按常规护理，另一组按制定的护理管理路径护理。结果患者依从性对照组为168例，占70％；观察组为228例，占92．68％，P〈0．05，其差异有统计学意义。胎死宫内发生率对照组为9．16％，观察组为0．81％，P〈0．05，其差异有统计学意义。血压的稳定性对照组为36．3％，观察组为97．6％，P〈0．05，其差异有统计学意义。结论护理管理路径可以提高重度妊娠高血压疾病的治疗效果，减少并发症的发生。     

Characteristics of different isolates of Schistosoma japonicum from China in the final hosts

The present paper deals with the susceptibility of common laboratory animals, such as mouse, rat, hamster, jird, rabbit and rhesus monkey, to infection with different isolates of Schistosoma japonicum in the mainland of China under laboratory conditions. With the exception of the rat, all the animals under study were permissive hosts for different isolates though their worm recovery rates varied. The mean body length of pair-worms of the Yunnan isolate was considerably smaller than that of the Anhui, Hubei, Guangxi and Sichuan isolates, and the percentage of male specimens with 7 testes in the Yunnan isolate was also significantly less than that in the other 4 isolates. Judging from the egg index (width/length x 100), the eggs of the Sichuan isolate were broad and short in shape, giving a high index; those of Guangxi and Hubei isolates were oblong, giving the lowest index; the other two isolates from Yunnan and Anhui, lay between these two extremes. The mean prepatent periods were longer in mice, hamsters and rhesus monkeys infected with Yunnan and Guangxi isolates, than those with Sichuan isolate. A dendrogram of the 5 isolates of S. japonicum was constructed on the basis of similarity coefficients by means of fuzzy cluster analysis on the biological characters mentioned above. Our results provide evidence of the existence of different strains of S. japonicum in the mainland of China as shown by comparative studies of their characteristics in the final hosts.     

酥胆麒麟膏用于痔瘘术后换药的药效学与毒理学研究（二）

本文通过设一个阳性对照组（马应龙鹰香痔疮膏），一个空白对照组（凡士林）及酥胆麒麟膏大、中、小三个剂量组（１０％、２０％、４０％浓度）进行三个方面的实验研究，证实酥胆麒麟膏具有止血、抗菌、生肌长皮等综合作用，局部外用无毒副作用，安全性高。其止血、生肌长皮作用，优于马应龙麝香痔疮膏；抗金葡萄茵的作用与银灰散相同；抗大肠杆菌的作用犹于银灰散。尤其是２０％酥胆麒麟膏的以上多种作用优于１０％浓度的，等效于４０％浓度的，可作为临床使用时的最佳浓度。     

2型糖尿病患者炎性细胞因子检测的意义

目的　探讨炎性细胞因子IL 6、IL 8及TNF α在 2型糖尿病发病机制中的意义。方法　用双抗体夹心ELISA法检测 3 2例糖尿病患者及 2 8名正常人血清IL 6、IL 8及TNF α浓度并进行比较。结果　 2型糖尿病患者血清IL 6、IL 8及TNF α水平均明显高于正常人 (p <0 0 1)。结论　患者体内高于水平的IL 6、IL 8及TNF α可能参与糖尿病的发生发展 ,3者相互作用 ,促进 2型糖尿病进展。
