肺癌是目前发病率最高、死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)约占肺癌人群的87%,70%左右患者确诊时已属晚期,失去了手术治疗机会,其中大约50%患者已经有了临床或潜在的播散。传统手术、放化疗在肺癌治疗中进展缓慢,治疗后5年生存率仅为15%。因此,探讨中西医结合治疗模式,对提高NSCLC疗效、改善NSCLC患者生存状态、延长患者生存期有重要意义。  相似文献

目的:探讨以家庭为中心的产前健康教育对分娩方式及产科质量的影响。方法:怀孕期间定期产前检查并接受以家庭为中心的产前健康教育的孕妇960例为实验组,进行常规产前检查,未参加产前健康教育的孕妇900例为对照组,对两组孕妇分娩方式及产科质量进行比较。结果:研究组较对照组提高了产前认知水平,剖宫产率明显低于对照组,产程明显缩短,产后出血少,新生儿窒息率发生率少,子宫复旧快。结论:对初产妇实施产前健康教育,能提高产科质量,降低剖宫产率,产妇和新生儿预后好,产妇身体康复快,缩短住院天数,减少住院费用,增加社会效益。  相似文献

目的:制定肠安口服液的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别黄芩、芍药和甘草,用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中黄芩苷的含量。以C18化学键合硅胶为固定相,以甲醇-水-磷酸(50∶50∶0.3)为流动相,检测波长为280nm。结果:定性鉴别色谱特征明显,重现性好。黄芩苷在9.6~57.6μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.70%,RSD=3.10%。结论:上述方法可靠、实用,可有效地控制该制剂的质量。  相似文献

目的分析脑梗塞后血管性痴呆患者使用盐酸多奈哌齐联合奥氮平的干预效果。方法选取我科2019年1月~2021年2月期间的127例脑梗塞后血管性痴呆患者,按照抽签方式分为两组。对照组63例给予奥氮平治疗,观察组64例联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,对比两组患者精神行为障碍、脑血流指标、相关血液因子指标及安全性。结果干预后,观察组中动脉(MCA)、后动脉(PCA)、椎动脉(VA)血流速度、神经营养因子3(NT3)及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)水平、痴呆病理行为评定量表(BEHAVE-AD)评分、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分较对照组低(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑梗塞后血管性痴呆患者使用盐酸多奈哌齐联合奥氮平治疗能够有效改善患者精神行为障碍及相关血液因子指标,提高脑血流量,安全性高。  相似文献

Objective To explore the effects of dexamethasone on nuclear factor-kB (NF-κB) expression in brain tissue after traumatic brain injury (TBI). Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into two groups: dexamethasone treatment and no treatment, and severe brain injury was produced by gas percussion in both groups. At 0, 6, 24, 72 and 120 hours after injury, 5 rats of each group were executed and the histopathological changes in brain tissue in rats were observed by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) stain. The expression of NF-κB in brain tissue of rats was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results NF-κB expression was significantly up-regulated at 6 hours in brain tissue of rats after TBI (P<0.05), reaching the highest level at 24 hours (P<0. 01). It showed a tendency to lower, but was still high at 120 hours after TBI (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). After treatment with dexamethasone, NF-κB level was lowered at 6, 24 and 72 hours (all P<0. 01). Conclusion NF-κB expression is up-regulated in brain tissue in early period after TBI, and keeps on a high level, thus inducing inflammatory response to produce secondary injury to brain tissue. Dexamethasone shows protective effects by regulating the levels of NF-κB and prevents secondary injury which is caused by the inflammatory cytokines in rat brain tissue after TBI.  相似文献

心理护理干预对初产妇分娩方式的影响   总被引:10,自引:4,他引:10  
目的调查心理护理干预对初产妇分娩方式选择的影响。方法2004年3月~2005年3月将100例初产妇随机分为对照组与干预组各50例,对照组采用常规健康教育,干预组实施心理干预,并调查两组干预前后孕妇心理状况及对分娩自信心状态的情况。结果干预前两组焦虑、抑郁状态均高于正常,对自然分娩自信心状态低于正常;干预后干预组焦虑、抑郁及选择剖宫产分娩率均低于对照组,对自然分娩自信心提高。结论通过对初产妇实施心理护理及分娩教育,可以减轻孕妇焦虑、抑郁情绪,增强其对自然分娩的自信心,促进孕产妇身心健康,有效降低剖宫产率,促进顺产分娩率,提高产科质量。  相似文献
