超选择眼动脉插管局部溶栓治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞

目的　观察超选择眼动脉插管灌注尿激酶溶栓治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞的疗效。方法　经股动脉或颈动脉插管 ,应用微导管技术将导管插入眼动脉局部溶栓治疗 12例中央动脉血栓形成致视力障碍患者。结果　治疗后 ,患者视力有不同程度提高 ,获得了比较满意的效果。结论　正确诊断 ,早期应用超选择局部溶栓、扩血管并尽可能应用较大剂量溶栓药物 ,可能比其他治疗方法更为有效     

谈谈直肠癌的治疗

结、直肠癌是发达国家的第二位常见肿瘤。在英国每年有3万新增临床诊断病例，其中将近45％的病例发生在直肠和乙状结肠。近几年直肠癌在外科手术和辅助治疗上有了长足的进展，从而给直肠癌患者的治疗带来了很大变化。     

STUDY OF MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF HEART IN VIRAL MYOCARDITIS CAUSED BY REPETITIVE INFECTION OF CVB3m

Objective To investigate the morphological changes of heart in viral myocarditis caused by repetitive infection of CVB3m. Methods 4-week-old mice were infected four times intraperitoneally with a timedependent dose and killed at the 10th, 30th and 60th day after the final infection respectively, then we examined the heart changes and collagen hyperplasia by HE, VG stain and 1HC. Results Heart damage appeared very serious at the tenth day, even there were small necrotic foci at the day of 30th, but we could not see any injury of heart 2 months later after final infection. Collagen turned up at the tenth day and there was much more collagen in heart and increased PCVA, CVF index at the sixtieth day. The 1HC of collagen demonstrated the collagen I hyperplasia was much obvious compared to collagen Ⅲ. Conclusion It strongly indicated that repetitive infection of CVB3m could lead to heart fibrosis and ventricular remodeling, which resulted in decreased systolic and diastolic function of heart.     

核素显像法测定肾小球滤过率及其临床应用的价值

用＾９９ｍ锝－二乙三胺五乙酸（＾９９ｍＴｃ－ＤＴＰＡ）显像法测定了８４例受检者的肾小球滤过率（ＧＦＲ）。５３例病伯自身对比研究证实，ＧＦＲ明显比尿素氮和肌酐灵敏，且该方法在测定总肾功能的同时，可显示分肾功能及肾脏形态学方面的资料，讨论了该法测定ＧＦＲ的注射事项。     

225例阴虱病分析

本文报告了226例阴虱病分析结果,男女之比例为3.2∶1;21～40岁者194例(86.22％),工人和个体商户分别为48.89％,14.67％,已婚者占64％,有婚外性交史者占45％;合并症有淋病,尖锐湿疣,念珠菌病,滴虫病。     

肝脏炎性假瘤的B超及彩色多普勒血流图像的诊断

分析经手术及病理证实的7例肝脏灸性假瘤的临床、B超及彩色多普勒血流图像特征。结果显示多数病例具有低回声、边界较清楚、内部回声不均匀、肿块多数小于5cm等特征。3例作彩色多普勒血流图像显示,其中2例病灶内部为静脉型血流图像,1例有少量动脉型血流频谱,但ARI<46％。临床及CT无特殊表现。     

胸腰椎骨折脱位的外科治疗

我院自1982～1990年共收治胸腰椎骨折脱位122例,根据骨折类型及脊髓神经损伤情况分别采用不同的治疗措施,获得较好的效果。一、临床资料1.一般资料:本组男92例,女20例。年龄14～68岁,其中21～40岁88例(64%)。农民90例,工人28例,干部1例,学生3例。砸伤58例,坠落伤33例,埋压伤15例,     

哒嗪酮酸类化合物的合成及其抗惊活性的研究

以ａ－酮戊二酸与水合肼与水合肼为原始原料合成了１５个Ｎ－（３’－磷酸二乙酯丙基）－１，６－二氢－６－氧－３－哒嗪酰胺类化合物，并对它们进行了最大电休克发作（ＭＥＳ）实验，结果表明其中４个化合物表现出中等强度的抗惊活性。     

ISCHEMIC PAPILLOPATHY AND CONTRACEPTIVES

In January and again in April 1985, a 30-year old woman received 150 mg injections of Depo-Provera for contraception. 3 days after the 2nd injection, she experienced blurred vision in both eyes and was diagnosed as having bilateral papilledema. Her vision improved after treatment with vitamin B1 and other drugs. But optic atrophy of the right eye and papilledema of the left eye remained. In July 1985, after an injection with Depo-Provera, her vision again worsened. The woman received no more Depo-Provera after this time. In early 1987, she was referred to Beijing's Tong Ren Hospital, where she was diagnosed as having bilateral ischemic papillopathy and optic atrophy. There have been few documented cases in medical literature of ocular complications related to use of contraceptives. In 1981, Petursson et al. reported a case of macula edema resulting from oral contraceptives. In animal studies, oral contraceptives have been linked to papilledema and retinal vein obstruction. The case reported here is the 1st to link use of Depo- Provera with ocular complications.
