准分子激光心肌血管重建的实验研究

为研究心肌血管重建的机理,在15只鼠心、12只免心,用308nm的XeCl准分子激光在活体上照射左心室壁,形成边缘清楚而光滑的圆筒状心肌管道。在活体心室壁的激光管道周围,心肌细胞的损伤很轻微,无炭化焦痂层,未见碎片和凝固坏死层,只有薄层嗜伊红性变和肌浆凝聚两个断续的条形变化带。当心室壁由激光穿透时,血液从心腔进入激光管道,并与周围扩张的血管相通。实验结果提示,由于准分子激光不造成明显的热损伤,因而可能适合于心肌血管的重建。     

Transmission of corneal collagen during arf excimer laser ablation

The time-resolved transmission of collagen films and 10-μm sections of bovine cornea during ArF laser ablation has been investigated. The film studies were performed on thin layers of extracted bovine corneal collagen, the principal chromophore in 193 nm photoablation. Transmission measurements were made on both dry and water-saturated films to assess the sensitivity of the ablation process to hydration. Distinct transient optical changes were observed in both fully desiccated and rehydrated films. Dehydrated films exhibit rapid reduction in film absorption over the time-course of the ablating laser pulse, presumably due to chromophore bleaching or annihilation. In contrast, rehydrated films demonstrate a short-lived enhancement of the attenuation. In either case, a single ablative laser pulse increased the long-term transmission of the film, although this increase was a factor of five greater for dehydrated films than for rehydrated samples. Results obtained from corneal tissue sections were essentially identical to those derived from hydrated collagen films. © 1993 Wiley-Liss, Inc.

7种凝集素在乳腺癌的定位

应用7种凝集素的亲合组织化学染色法对94例不同的乳腺病变石蜡包埋切片进行定位。结果表明:凝集素受体在正常乳腺组织和良性病变中多定位于腺腔面,而在乳腺癌中则多分布于细胞浆内,提示凝集素有助于区别乳腺的良恶性肿瘤。     

消炎痛对hCG诱发家兔排卵抑制的形态学研究

应用非甾体抗炎药消炎痛(20mg/kg)抑制hCG 诱发的家兔排卵,注射后的6、9、12、72小时剖腹观察排卵数,并取材进行透射电镜观察和酶组织化学观察。甾体激素合成酶类的组织化学和颗粒细胞内某些细胞器的电镜立体定量学测定结果表明:消炎痛抑制了排卵,却不影响颗粒细胞向黄体细胞的转变。透射电镜观察表明:在排卵前,实验组和对照组最明显的不同是:实验组的外膜和白膜很少见到胶原溶解现象,且表面上皮细胞内含的致密小体不释放其内容物。结果提示:消炎痛主要作用于排卵前卵泡顶部的成纤维细胞和表面上皮细胞,这可能与其抑制了某些与排卵有关的酶的释放有关。     

The use of tonometry in the assessment of upper extremity lymphoedema

The use of a specially designed tissue tonometer in 17 lymphoedema patients, who were treated with multiple lymphaticovenous anastomoses, with a follow-up period of up to 18 months, gives a quantitative measurement of "softness" and correlates well with their subjective feeling. It would appear to complement limb volume and circumferential limb measurements.     

Structures of Flavamine and Flavadine from Aconitum flavum

Two new diterpenoid alkaloids, flavamine ( 1) and flavadine ( 2), were isolated from the roots of ACONITUM FLAVUM Hand-Mazz. The structures were established on the bases of spectral analyses and chemical correlations with napelline ( 3) and lucidusculine ( 4), respectively.     

Pygmaeoherin: A Novel Coumarin from Pygmaeopremna herbacea

A new 6-oxygenated coumarin, pygmaeoherin, was isolated from roots of PYGMAEOPREMNA HERBACEA. Its structure was determined by spectroscopic methods. An NOE experiment played an important role in confirming the structure.     

Dose-response curves of homovanillic acid in pre-frontal cortex and caudate following antipsychotic drugs: relation to clinical potencies

Dose-response curves for the elevation of homovanillic acid (HVA) levels, determined by high performance liquid chromatography using electrochemical detection, in the pre-frontal cortex and caudate of rats after acute treatment with 12 antipsychotic drugs are presented. The order of potency in both brain regions was: haloperidol fluphenazine > loxapine > trifluoperazine > thiothixene > molindone > clopenthixol > chlorpromazine > metoclopramide > thioridazine > clozapine > sulpiride. This ranking is roughly correlated with that based on clinical potencies. The relative elevation of the content of HVA was weaker in the pre-frontal cortex than in the caudate for all drugs tested, except clozapine at a high dose.
