目的:研究血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和IL-6及hs-CRP水平在哮喘患儿治疗前后的变化及临床意义.方法:对67例哮喘患儿血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和IL-6及hs-CRP水平采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法和散射比浊法进行检测,并与38名正常健康儿进行比较.结果:血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和IL-6及hs-CRP水平在哮喘患儿发作期和缓解期均显著地高于正常儿(P<0.01),且发作期又明显高于缓解期(P<0.01).结论:联合检测血清MMP-9、TIMP-1和IL-6及hs-CRP水平的变化对哮喘患儿临床诊断和治疗具有一定的价值. 相似文献

High-crystalline-quality wide-bandgap metal halide perovskite materials that achieve superior performance in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have been widely explored. Precursor concentration plays a crucial role in the wide-bandgap perovskite crystallization process. Herein, we investigated the influence of precursor concentration on the morphology, crystallinity, optical property, and defect density of perovskite materials and the photoelectric performance of solar cells. We found that the precursor concentration was the key factor for accurately controlling the nucleation and crystal growth process, which determines the crystallization of perovskite materials. The precursor concentration based on Cs0.05FA0.8MA0.15Pb(I0.84Br0.16)3 perovskite was controlled from 0.8 M to 2.3 M. The perovskite grains grow larger with the increase in concentration, while the grain boundary and bulk defect decrease. After regulation and optimization, the champion PSC with the 2.0 M precursor concentration exhibits a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 21.13%. The management of precursor concentration provides an effective way for obtaining high-crystalline-quality wide-bandgap perovskite materials and high-performance PSCs. 相似文献

A series of NiP-x/Al2O3 catalysts containing different ratio of metallic nickel to nickel phosphides, prepared by varying Ni/P molar ratio of 4, 3, 2 through a co-impregnation method, were employed to investigate the synergistic effect of metallic nickel-nickel phosphides in dry methane reforming reaction. The Ni/Al2O3 catalyst indicates good activity along with severe carbon deposition. The presence of phosphorus increases nickel dispersion as well as the interaction between nickel and alumina support, which results in smaller nickel particles. The co-existence of metallic nickel and nickel phosphides species is confirmed at all the P contained catalysts. Due to the relative stronger CO2 dissociation ability, the NiP-x/Al2O3 catalysts indicate obvious higher resistance of carbon deposition. Furthermore, because of good balance between CH4 dissociation and CO2 dissociation, NiP-2/Al2O3 catalyst exhibits best resistance of carbon deposition, few carbon depositions were formed after 50 h of dry methane reforming. 相似文献

In order to realize low energy consumption in cement and the recycling of solid waste, the phase composition and structure of waste mortar used to prepare a high belite cement clinker, instead of some other raw materials, have here been investigated, and the belite was activated by doping with SO3. The results show that a good high belite cement clinker can be obtained using waste mortar, limestone, coal gangue, iron powder, or iron correction raw materials combined at 1350 °C for half an hour. The addition of SO3 greatly increased the strength of the clinker in the early phase, and overall, the ratio of calcium to silicon in belite became higher, and more Al2O3 entered the belite; however, the generation of C3S was inhibited somewhat, and the content of C4AF also increased. This study offers guidance for the application of waste mortar and the activation of belite, which offers huge environmental and economic benefits. 相似文献

The present study investigates the morphological evolution of carbonitrides and the effect of these precipitates on grain boundary pinning during pseudo-carburizing a Nb-Ti-Al microalloyed steel. The result indicated that three kinds of complex precipitates with different morphologies containing Nb, Ti, and Al respectively were observed in samples austenitized at different temperatures and times. The NbC and TiN precipitates played an important role in pinning grain boundaries and suppressing the growth of austenite grains, relying on the high thermal stability of TiN precipitates and small size of NbC precipitates. The precipitate characteristics affected the size of austenite grain. Based on the Zener pinning model, the effect of precipitate characteristic on austenite grain size was quantitatively analyzed. It is found that the existence of NbC and TiN precipitated at high temperature makes austenite grain growth difficult when austenite grain boundaries were pinned by fine and diffused precipitates. 相似文献

A giant cervical goiter, defined as a thyroid mass larger than 8 cm in diameter, is usually a nodular or adenomatous goiter. A giant cervical goiter can also be caused by hyperthyroidism (i.e., Hashimoto’s thyroiditis). The surgical indications for patients with Hashimoto’s disease include suspected malignant tumors, persistent symptoms related to the disease, or persistent enlargement of the goiter. We herein describe a woman who developed symptoms of compression from a thyroid tumor, the volume of which was almost the largest reported in the relevant literature to date. The bilateral lobes of the giant thyroid tumor were removed by total en bloc excision. We protected the bilateral recurrent laryngeal nerve and preserved the bilateral upper and lower parathyroid glands in situ. The excised left lobe tumor was 16 × 9 × 5.5 cm, whereas the right lobe tumor was 12 × 8 × 4 cm. The pathological diagnosis was Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. Although surgical excision is difficult, it is still the main treatment modality for giant goiters in patients with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and can help to reduce the occurrence of complications. 相似文献

There is a great need for a diagnostic tool using simple clinical information collected from patients to diagnose uric acid (UA) stones in nephrolithiasis. We built a predictive model making use of machine learning (ML) methodologies entering simple parameters easily obtained at the initial clinical visit. Socio-demographic, health, and clinical data from two cohorts (A and B), both diagnosed with nephrolithiasis, one between 2012 and 2016 and the other between June and December 2020, were collected before nephrolithiasis treatment. A ML-based model for predicting UA stones in nephrolithiasis was developed using eight simple parameters—sex, age, gout, diabetes mellitus, body mass index, estimated glomerular filtration rate, bacteriuria, and urine pH. Data from Cohort A were used for model training and validation (ratio 3:2), while data from Cohort B were used only for validation. One hundred and forty-six (13.3%) out of 1098 patients in Cohort A and 3 (4.23%) out of 71 patients in Cohort B had pure UA stones. For Cohort A, our model achieved a validation AUC (area under ROC curve) of 0.842, with 0.8475 sensitivity and 0.748 specificity. For Cohort B, our model achieved 0.936 AUC, with 1.0 sensitivity, and 0.912 specificity. This ML-based model provides a convenient and reliable method for diagnosing urolithiasis. Using only eight readily available clinical parameters, including information about metabolic disorder and obesity, it distinguished pure uric acid stones from other stones before treatment. 相似文献
