自大戟科(Euphorbiaceae)植物大狼毒(Euphorbia nematocypha Hand—Mazz)根的乙醇提取物的苯溶解部分,经20%AgNO3硅胶层析,分离得到七个三萜类成分。根据光谱(IR,EIMS,1H—NMR和13C—NMR)和化学方法,确定其中一个化合物为新化合物,命名为大狼毒醇(nematocyphol,Ⅳa),其它化合物为已知物:印度荆芥醇乙酸酯(nepehinol acetate Ⅰ),日尔曼醇乙酸酯(germanicol acetate Ⅱ),大戟醇(euphol,Ⅲ),蒲公英醇(taraxasterol,Ⅴa),24-亚甲基环阿尔廷醇(24-methylenecycloartanol,Ⅴa)和印度荆芥醇(nepehinol,Ⅶa)。这些化合物均为首次从大狼毒中得到。  相似文献

Musculo-fibrous anomaly in Barrett's mucosa with dysplasia   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We investigated the histological alterations occurring in the muscularis mucosae, the lamina propria mucosae, and the submucosa in areas adjacent to invasive adenocarcinoma in 32 resected esophagi with Barrett's mucosa. In 26 of the 32 specimens, we observed a thickening of the muscularis mucosae, with overgrowth of the muscle fibers into the lamina propria mucosae. In other areas, collagen-rich fibrotic tissue replaced the muscularis mucosae, the lamina propria mucosae, and even the submucosa. In 31 of the 32 specimens, we noted cystic dilatations of the esophageal glands. Normal esophageal glands and cystically dilated glands with dysplastic lining were often surrounded, compressed, and deformed by the fibrotic tissue. The compression of the glandular outlets by the collagen-rich tissue or by proliferating dysplastic cells appeared to be the two main factors in the histogenesis of these cysts. This may result in difficulty in differentiating, in biopsy specimens, between normal and dysplastic esophageal glands "trapped" in the collagen-rich fibrotic tissue and true invasive adenocarcinoma in the Barrett's mucosa.  相似文献

The influence of glucose ingestion on substrate utilization during prolonged exercise in children and adolescents is currently unknown. In the present study we determined the effect of intermittent exogenous glucose (GLUexo) ingestion on substrate utilization during prolonged exercise, in adolescent boys ages 13 17 years. Healthy untrained volunteers performed four 30-min exercise bouts on a cycle ergometer, separated by 5-min rest periods (approximately equal to 60% maximum O2 consumption), on two occasions spaced 1-4 weeks apart. Two trials were performed, a control trial (CT), in which subjects ingested water intermittently during the exercise, and a glucose trial (GT), in which subjects ingested a 13C-enriched GLUexo drink (approximately egual to glucose kg body mass(-1)), also intermittently during the exercise. Total free fatty acids (FATtotal), glucose (GLUtotal) and carbohydrate (CHOtotal) oxidation was determined from indirect calorimetry, while GLUexo oxidation was calculated from the 13C/12C ratio in expired air after 5-10 min and 25-30 min of exercise in each bout. Heart rate and rating of perceived exertion (RPE) were determined at the same time intervals. The oxidation of CHOtotal was 169.1 (12.9) g x 120 min(-1) and 203.1 (15.9) g x 120 min(-1) (P < 0.01) and that of FATtotal was 31.0 (4.2) g x 120 min(-1) and 17.1 (2.5) g x 120 min(-1) (P < 0.01) in CT and GT, respectively. GLUexo oxidation in GT was 57.8 (4.3) g x 120 min(-1), or 34.2 (2.2)% of that ingested. Endogenous glucose oxidation was 169.1 (12.9) g x 120 min(-1) and 145.3 (11.9) g x 120 min(-1) (P < 0.01) in CT and GT, respectively. Insulin and glucose concentrations were higher in GT than in CT by 226% and 37%, respectively (both P < 0.05). Free fatty acids and glycerol concentrations were lower in GT than in CT, by 27% and 79%, respectively (both P < 0.05). Heart rate was similar between trials, but RPE was lower in GT vs CT at both 115 and 135 min. Thus, under these experimental conditions, GLUexo intake spares endogenous carbohydrate and fat by 16% and 45%, respectively, contributes to approximately 25% of the total energy demand of exercise, and lowers the RPE.  相似文献

Detecting pre-ovulatory luteinizing hormone surges in urine   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:2  
The study objectives were to determine (i) if pre-ovulatory luteinizing hormone (LH) surges, undetected in urine by two immunoradiometric assays (IRMA), were detectable by an ultrasensitive immunofluorometric assay (IFMA) and (ii) the influence of creatinine adjustment on the detection and timing of the urinary LH surges. Daily urine specimens were contributed by healthy 25-36 year old volunteers during 14 ovulatory menstrual cycles for an epidemiological study conducted in 1983-1985. Specimens were selected as having been previously assayed by two IRMA without consistently detecting LH surges. These urine specimens were remeasured using an IFMA and adjusted for creatinine concentration. IFMA measurements revealed unambiguous LH surges in all cycles. Adjusting IRMA urinary LH values for creatinine concentrations revealed previously undetected LH surges in four of eight cycles. Creatinine adjustment also altered the timing of IRMA and IFMA LH surges by 1-5 days. These results demonstrate an IFMA that detects pre- ovulatory LH surges in unpreserved, frozen urine from cycles where such surges were previously undetectable. Further, creatinine adjustment can markedly affect detection and timing of the onset and peak of the urinary LH surge. While our analysis suggests that this adjustment improves the validity of the LH measure, this requires further investigation.   相似文献
