460例胃癌纤维胃镜活检标本的病理观察

本文分析了460例胃癌胃粘膜活检资料,结果:男:女为2.36:1:51～60岁年龄组发病率最岛(37.17％);发生部位以胃窦部最多见,占46.74％;组织学分类以低分化腺癌最多,占51 52％;在伴随病变中,畅化生的检出率为21.74％,胃腺囊为35％,胃粘膜上皮异型增生为32.61％。本组材料提示,不完全性大肠型肠化生、异型胃腺囊及胃粘膜中度以上异型增生与胃癌有密切关系。     

心肌和骨骼肌对低血钙不同反应性机理的初步研究

本实验采用枸椽酸钠等静脉输入复制家兔低血钙。实验动物血钙显著下降,同时出现骨骼肌抽搐和心肌收缩性下降。测定骨骼肌匀浆钙含量在低血钙前、后均比心肌匀浆高。认为这两种肌肉细胞内固有钙含量的差异,是低血钙时骨骼肌收缩亢进和心肌收缩性下降的原因之一,其次为神经肌肉的兴奋性改变。     

The effect of YAG laser anterior capsulotomy on prostaglandin concentration in aqueous humor

The YAG (yttrium aluminum garnet) laser has been recommended for anterior capsulotomies. One major complication is elevated intraocular pressure. We report a study of the biochemical content of the aqueous humor after a YAG laser anterior capsulotomy. We analyzed 6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha, thromboxane B2 and protein concentrations in the aqueous humor of human eyes. The average values of protein, 6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha, and thromboxane B2 in the control eyes were 81.3 +/- 14.0 mg/dL, 17 +/- 30 pg/mL, and 10 +/- 10 pg/mL, respectively. These values were elevated to 182.4 +/- 81.3 mg/dL, 401 +/- 55 pg/mL, and 576 +/- 148 pg/mL, respectively, after YAG laser anterior capsulotomy. The samples with a moderate level of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1 alpha (less than 300 pg/mL) had negligible changes of thromboxane. The elevation of thromboxane was obvious only when prostaglandin levels rose above 300 pg/mL.     

细胞凋亡抑制因子（Fas／APO-1）与抗β2-肾上腺素能受体自身抗体的关系

目的 检测并比较心肌梗死急性期不同时间点，β2自身抗体阳性组与阴性组，患者血清中Fas／APO-1水平差异，了解β2自身抗体对Fas／APO-1的影响。方法 41例急性心肌梗死患者，分别于发病24h、7天、2～4周时取血，采用ELISA的方法，检测血清中β2自身抗体的阳性率以及Fas／APO-1的水平；另外取34位性别、年龄匹配的健康人的血同法检测Fas／APO-1作为对照。结果心肌梗死急性期Fas／APO-1的水平均高于对照组（P〈0．05），以梗死后24hFas／APO-1的水平为最高；心肌梗死急性期不同时间点，β2自身抗体阳性组Fas／APO-1的水平均高于阴性组，但两组的结果差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论 血清Fas／APO-1水平可以在一定程度上反映心肌细胞凋亡的变化趋势，β2自身抗体对Fas／APO-1的确切影响，有待更大规模的实验来证实。     

手术治疗跟骨塌陷性骨折

目的　评估跟骨塌陷性骨折手术治疗的效果。方法　 1996年 5月～ 2 0 0 0年 6月共手术治疗跟骨塌陷性骨折 15例 ,8例内固定 ,7例植骨 ,平均随访 14个月 ,参照AOFAS评分对患者有否疼痛、步态、距下关节活动 ,是否支架辅助、术后X线照片等加以评估。结果　两组结果无明显差异。 2例手术切口皮缘坏死 ,6例疗效为优 ,9例为良。结论　跟骨塌陷性骨折手术解剖复位能取得好的效果     

Screening Mouse Genes Related to Blastocyst Implantation by Using PCR Subtraction

Objective To identify genes that may be related to embryo implantation Materials & Methods The PCR subtraction technique was applied at implantation and inter-plantation sites on day 4. 5 of pregnancy in mice. Two novel Expressed Sequence Tags (ESTs ), EST8 and EST81 were identified; their expression in tissues was analyzed by Northern blotting, and their full-length cDNAs were synthesized by PCR.Results We found that these two novel ESTs (EST8and EST81) were noticeably expressed in implantation site in the mouse on day 4. 5 of pregnancy. EST8 was expressed at high level in livers and implantation sites of the mice, while at low level in ovaries and inter-plantation sites. EST81 was predominantly expressed in implantation site and ovary, and at low level in all other tissues. Their complete cDNAs, 1 665bp and 1 264 bp respectively, were synthesized by using PCR.Conclusion The two full-length cDNAs were responsible for embryo implantation,and their functions need to be further studied.
