纵隔软组织肿瘤23例临床病理分析

本科手术治疗纵隔软组织肿瘤２３例，占同期手术治疗纵隔肿瘤３９０例的５．９％，年龄３５岁以下者１７例，占７３．９％。男女之比为４．８：１（１９／４），本病的临床及Ｘ线表现缺乏特异性，确诊有赖于术后病理学检查。本组中良性肿瘤１５例（６５．２％），恶性肿瘤８例（３４．８％），手术治疗２４例次，肿瘤切除率为９１．７％（２２／２４），手术为首选的治疗方法。     

刮治＋自体骨移植术治疗牙源性角化囊肿（附14例报告）

本文总结了１４例应用刮治和自体骨移植术治疗大型牙源性角化囊肿的方法，１４例植骨均成活，４例术后囊肿复发，再次手术，指出：与骨断切除治疗大型角化囊肿的方法比较，此法最大的优点是有利于保持患者面容和咀嚼功能，并对大型角化囊肿的手术原则，自体骨移植问题及手术注意事项进行了讨论。     

Magnetic resonance imaging reveals no ventriculomegaly in polydrug abusers

Previous studies of cerebral structure in substance abusers yielded controversial results, largely due to issues of subject selection and/or limitations of experimental techniques. The purpose of the present study was to assess whether the ventricle-to-brain ratio (VBR), determined volumetrically by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), differed in polysubstance abusers (n = 10), as compared with age-matched controls (n = 10). Subjects were male volunteers 21–39 years of age. The values of VBR in the polydrug abuse group were not larger than those in control group, nor was there any tendency toward relative ventriculomegaly in the substance abusers. Therefore, the present findings provide no evidence that polysubstance abuse produces abnormalities of gross brain structure in relatively young and physically healthy men.     

大白鼠游泳输出功测定仪的研制和疲劳方程Y＝A＋B／T的建立

研制了可以直接连续测量大鼠游泳输出功率的仪器，建立了一个理想的动物模型，通过分析对功率曲线进行函数拟合，得出了代表疲劳发生、作功能力下降的双曲线方程，通过分析衰竭时间和功、功率等参数的关系提出了衰竭阈概念。     

Osteotomy at the knee for advanced cases of Kashin-Beck disease

Summary. The results of 247 osteotomies at the knee were analysed in 195 patients with Kashin-Beck disease. Since 1983, 37 varus and 210 valgus deformities have been operated on. Supracondylar osteotomy was carried out so that there is a cortical spike in the distal metaphysis which is impacted into the femoral condyle. A U-shaped tibial osteotomy is made 0.5 cm below the growth plate and around the insertion of the patellar ligament. The mechanical axis is corrected and stability obtained by impacting the fragments; internal fixation is not used. Correction of the initial angular deformities was achieved after the osteotomies, and function was improved.

Résumé. Les résultats de 247 ostéotomies du genou sont analysés sur 195 patients atteints de la maladie de Kashin-Beck. La technique d’ostéotomie utilisée se caractérise, au niveau de la métaphyse distale du fémur, par la réalisation d’une section supracondylienne présentant un ergot cortical et au niveau de la métaphyse proximale du tibia par une section respectant l’insertion du ligament rotulien en la contournant distalement. Vu l’absence de matériel de fixation interne ou externe, l’impaction des fragments permet de stabiliser efficacement la correction de l’axe mécanique. Depuis 1983, 37 genu vara et 210 genu valga ont été ostéotomisés. Les résultats présentent la distribution des déformations angulaires initiales et les corrections obtenues après ostéotomie. L’amélioration fonctionelle confirme l’intérêt de cette technique en l’absence de matériel d’ostéosynthèse.

The Neuronal Toxic Factor in Serum of Type 1 Diabetic Patients is a Complement-fixing Autoantibody

Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease resulting in destruction of pancreatic β cells. Many of the pancreatic β cell autoantigens are also neuronal cell components. Using adrenergic neuroblastoma cells, we have previously demonstrated that humoral mechanisms may contribute to the development of diabetic neuropathy in Type 1 patients. We hypothesize that the toxic factor in Type 1 diabetic serum is an immunoglobulin. When neuroblastoma cells were exposed to immunoglobulins precipitated from serum of Type 1 diabetes patients with neuropathy, cell growth was significantly inhibited by day 5 (3.8 ± 2.4 times 10⁵ cells) compared to cells cultured with immunoglobulins from control (8.2 ± 2.3 times 10⁵ cells) or Type 2 diabetic serum (7.0 ± 3.0 times 10⁵ cells). The inhibitory effect (3.2 ± 0.9 times 10⁵ cells) could be removed from Type 1 diabetic serum by affinity precipitation with protein A-agarose (8.0 ± 0.8 times 10⁵ cells). Mild heat denaturing of the serum reversed the inhibitory effect (3.8 ± 0.9 vs 1.4 ± 1.4 times 10⁵ cells), indicating a requirement for complement. Immunofluorescent labelling with anti-IgG secondary antibody of cells exposed to Type 1 diabetic serum indicated recognition of a membrane-bound antigen. The studies in this report support the hypothesis that autoimmune neuronal destruction may contribute to the development of diabetic autonomic neuropathy in patients with Type 1 diabetes.     

几种植物来源不同作用机制的抗癌药抗侵袭作用

用细胞培养法和癌细胞侵袭实验,观察几种植物来源不同作用机理的抗癌药如紫杉醇、三尖杉酯碱、高三尖杉酯碱及喜树碱^[1],对黑色素瘤高转移株B16-BL6细胞及人纤维肉瘤细胞HT-1080的细胞毒作用和抗侵袭作用。结果表明紫杉醇、三尖杉酯碱、高三尖杉酯碱及喜树碱对B16-BL6和HT-1080细胞增殖均有很强的抑制作用。紫杉醇、三尖杉酯碱及高三尖杉酯碱对B16-BL6细胞侵袭和运动也有明显的抑制作用,而喜树碱在同样浓度下对B16-BL6细胞侵袭和运动均无明显抑制。     

中国中原地区33555名妇女妇科疾病发生情况与五种因素关系的调查报告

自１９９２年３月至１９９４年５月，对中原地区４个省２０多个县（市）近２００个单位３３５５５名２０～７５岁的已婚妇女，进行妇科疾病发生情况与年龄、职业、文化、月经、孕产等五种因素关系的调查分析。在３３５５５名妇女中，患病者２２３７０人，总患病率为６６．６７％，查出妇科疾病４２种，计７６９７４例次。结果证明：以２５～３５岁年龄组发病率最高，其中以内生殖器炎症为主；职业以经商者发病率高，特别是性病患者高于其他职业者二倍以上；文化程度以小学、初中者发病率高，尤其宫颈炎更明显；月经情况：随着经前期紧张综合征的加重，更年期综合征发病率增高；孕产次数越多，患病率越高。本次调查未发现宫颈癌，进一步证明我国对妇女保健工作的关心和重视。
