全脊柱截骨矫正严重后凸畸形

[目的]探讨全脊柱截骨矫正脊柱后凸的治疗经验。[方法]全脊柱截骨加椎弓根钉内固定系统闭合及植骨矫正脊柱后凸。[结果]于1984～2005年采用上述方法治疗50例病人。术后全组病例均未发生脊髓损伤，术后临床症状得到不同程度的改善。经历2～15a平均2．4a随访，X线CT复查示螺钉位置良好，无松动断钉。植骨3个月后均达到满意融合。[结论]经全脊柱截骨加有效的内固定手术不仅手术视野开阔操作安全方便；而且截骨和内固定相结合同时完成，是治疗脊柱后凸目前更完善并不断改进一种好方法。     

慢性心衰患者电话干预的随机试验：DIAL试验

目的:明确集中的电话干预能否降低慢性心衰门诊患者死亡或因心衰加重而住院的发生率。设计:多中心、随机对照试验。地点:阿根廷的51个中心(包括公立、私立的医院及流动设施)。参与者:1518例患有稳定的慢性心衰且已接受最佳药物治疗方案治疗的门诊患者,由心脏科主治医师分层后随机分为电话干预组和常规治疗组。干预:在常规治疗的基础上,由一个中心通过护士频繁的电话随访对患者进行教育、辅导和监督。主要观察指标:全因死亡或由于心衰加重而住院。结果:99.5%的患者完成了全部随访。常规治疗组758例患者中由于心衰加重而住院或死亡的比例(235…     

Psychodramatische Supervision in der Sozialen Arbeit

Anliegen dieses Artikels ist, die besondere Qualit?t und Chance von Psychodramatischer Supervision zu beschreiben, und gleichzeitig die Kompatibilit?t und fruchtbare Erg?nzung des Moreno’schen Ansatzes innerhalb des Formats Supervision innerhalb der Sozialen Arbeit auf zuzeigen. Dies wird anhand von 2 ausgew?hlten Praxisbeispielen dargestellt. Die Handlungskompetenz von Supervisandinnen und Supervisanden kann durch einfache psychodramatische Interventionen erweitert werden. Handlungshemmung wird überwunden, Spontaneit?t und Kreativit?t kommen ins Laufen und er?ffnen Perspektiven.     

The expression of emotion through nonverbal behavior in medical visits

Relationship-centered care reflects both knowing and feeling: the knowledge that physician and patient bring from their respective domains of expertise, and the physician’s and patient’s experience, expression, and perception of emotions during the medical encounter. These processes are conveyed and reciprocated in the care process through verbal and nonverbal communication. We suggest that the emotional context of care is especially related to nonverbal communication and that emotion-related communication skills, including sending and receiving nonverbal messages and emotional self-awareness, are critical elements of high-quality care. Although nonverbal behavior has received far less study than other care processes, the current review argues that it holds significance for the therapeutic relationship and influences important outcomes including satisfaction, adherence, and clinical outcomes of care.     

Cumulative probability of pregnancy following IVF with ICSI and fresh or frozen embryo transfer.

The authors studied the cumulative probability of pregnancy for up to 4 consecutive embryo transfer (ET) cycles with ICSI performed for male factor. Transfers could be either fresh or frozen. The clinical pregnancy rate (PR) for the first 4 cycles were similar [44% (61/366); 31% (44/138); 45% (14/31); 44% (4/9)]. Delivery rates were also similar. There was a lower PR on the second retrieval vs. the first retrieval (47% vs. 29%), but this may be related to most of the second retrievals occurring in the second transfer cycle (67%, 31/55); this may be explained by women who were poor responders and required another retrieval without a frozen ET. The majority of transfers in cycle 1 were fresh, whereas cycles 2-4 used primarily frozen-thawed embryos. β-胡萝卜素立体异构体对环磷酰胺处理小鼠免疫功能的比较研究

就β-胡萝卜素立体异构体对环磷酰胺处理小鼠的免疫功能影响进行了比较研究。结果显示β-胡萝卜素立体异构体对外磷酰胺造成的免疫功能低下具有不同程度的改善作用，提高胸腺和脾脏指数，增强脾脏细胞对刀豆素A（ConA）的反应性和NK活性，血清溶菌酶含量也有所增加。综合各项指标，9-顺式和全反式混合物的作用最明显，提示一定浓度的9-顺式对于提高β-胡萝卜素对机体的总体作用是有一定意义的。
