血液流变学数据库的建立及其应用

This hemorheological data base was established with an Apple II computer. The covering technique was applied to deal with its lacks of memories. This data base had a mutual administration system and complete managing functions including inputting, inquiring, printing, transferring, revising functions and so on. More than twenty hemorheological parameters involving apparent viscosities of whole human blood, plasma viscosity, viscoelasticity and thixotropy indices, were saved in the way of paging mode. Meanwhile, this data base had a common mathematical statistics system in recently medical use. It included monovariable linear and nonlinear regressions, t-test, multiple linear regression, cluster analysis etc. Therefore, this data base can be conveniently utilized to analyze the hemorheological data comprehensively. Besides the establishment of normal hemorheological indices, this data base equipped a primary method of quantitative diagnosis through hemorheological indices, it gave a new method to diagnose some diseases and to observe their curing process.     

人参总甙对正常家兔血液流变学的影响

本实验采用小剂量、长期给药的方法观察了人参总甙对正常家兔血液流变学的影响。结果表明人参总甙具有降低正常家兔血液粘度和血小板聚集性的作用,这可能是人参增加组织血流量、防治心血管疾患的重要依据。     

dC14可抑制小鼠SRS腹水瘤的发病和生长

作者曾经体外实验证明,均聚寡脱氧胞嘧啶核苷酸片段(dC14)有抗病毒活性,现继续研究其在体内的作用。不给dC14的对照组小鼠,接种腹水瘤细胞后:100％发病和死亡,潜伏期为6d,存活期11d;给每只小鼠dC14 1.3～3.2 mg,发病率和死亡率降低至20％,疾病潜伏期和存活期推迟。在未经dC14处理的种瘤细胞和淋巴组织与经处理的淋巴组织中,多聚酶链反应(PCR)法都检测到病毒核酸,而正常小鼠中则无此种病毒核酸顺序。研究结果提示,dC14对小鼠SRS腹水瘤的发病和生长有抑制作用。此种抑制作用可能是通过抑制病毒基因的表达来实现的。     

Rat liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy: effects of insulin, glucagon and epidermal growth factor.

This study evaluated the role of insulin, glucagon and the epidermal growth factor (EGF) on liver regeneration after partial hepatectomy. Male Wistar rats, weighing approximately 200 g, were used. A partial hepatectomy, with resection of the medial and left lateral lobes (67.31%), was performed on the control group and seven hormone-treated groups: insulin, glucagon, EGF, insulin plus glucagon, insulin plus EGF, glucagon plus EGF, and a combination of the three hormones. The hormones were administered subcutaneously two days prior to the partial hepatectomy. The groups administered insulin were allowed to drink 20% glucose in water. Another group of rats received simulated operations, i.e., only a laparotomy was performed. The rats were killed at six, 24, 48 and 72 hours after the operation. Remnant liver weight, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) content, rate of DNA synthesis, mitotic index, blood glucose and serum insulin levels were measured. The results showed that: 1) the effects of single hormone administration on posthepatectomy liver regeneration were not obvious; 2) combined administration of insulin and glucagon increased the weight of the remnant liver, the DNA content, and the rate of DNA synthesis; 3) the combined administration of insulin, glucagon, and EGF increased the regeneration based on the remnant liver weight and mitotic index; and 4) there was no concordance between the change in blood glucose levels and the effect of hormones during liver regeneration.     

扩散－电极法测定食品中氟

样品中氟在扩散盒中与硫酸作用生成氟化氢，经扩散吸附在扩散盒的碱膜上。碱膜用缓冲液溶解后，氟化物含量由氟离子选择电极测定。用本法对菜花、菠菜、大米、鱼片干四种样品以及玉米氟样品的氟进行了精密度和准确度试验。相对标准偏差在５％以内，回收率为９０％～１０３％，最小检测量为０．２４μｇ。该法可直接测定含氟量在０．５～１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ（干重）的食品。     

大鼠卵巢、睾丸人绒毛膜促性腺激素受体的比较研究

以分离的细胞膜为受体制剂，对大鼠卵巢及睾丸人绒毛膜促性腺激素（ＨＣＧ）受体进行比较研究，发现二者的受体结合特性有一定差异；同时将大鼠寒丸膜及睾丸匀浆作对比，友现睾丸膜制剂较睾丸匀浆更能准确地体现睾丸ＨＣＧ受体的真正特性。     

舌肌和翼内肌微血管几何学构筑的研究

本文应用微血管腐蚀铸型扫描电镜,观察了2例3岁幼儿的舌肌和翼内肌的微血管构型。在扫描电镜下,舌肌内的毛细血管网构型分三类:1.花蕊样毛细血管袢;2.云朵样毛细血管网;3.多角形套状毛细血管网。毛细血管铸型的直径为5.3±1.5μm,描述了动脉铸型表面上的内皮细胞核压痕和前毛细血管括约肌压痕的形态特征。讨论了血管袢的结构形态及其机能意义,为理解骨骼肌的微循环的过程提供了形态学基础。     

人牙周韧带生物力学的体外研究

作者在研究人牙周韧带的形态结构特点的基础上，应用生物软组织微机图像视频测量系统测试了其拉压力学性质．探讨了牙周韧带形态结构与力学性质的关系，分析了牙周韧带力学性质的非线性和应力应变关系的区域特性及其临床意义。     

APPLICATION OF ACUPOINT-INJECTION THERAPY TO PAIN SYNDROME: CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 250 CASES

In this paper,250 cases of headache,shoulder pain,lumbago and leg pain weretreated with 20％Angelicae Sinensis mixed with Vitamine B_(12) point-injection therapy.The total effective rate was 95.2％and in which the cure rate was 53.6％.Authors have found a close correlation between the effectiveness and the duration of disease.     

庆余肾气丸,复方丹参片中农药多残留分析

采用气相色谱法测定庆余肾气丸、复方丹参片中六六六，ＤＤＴ残留含量，以六六六，ＤＤＴ各异构体和代谢物衡量，方法的检测极限可达１．８×１０－４～８．０×１０－３μｇ／ｇ；方法回收率总均值分别在９１．４３％±１．７％，和９０．８８％±２．８４％；检测变异系数为０．２７％～９．９３％。样品测定结果显示，庆余肾气丸、复方丹参片中有机氯农药残留量皆低于世界各国的限量标准。
