伽玛刀治疗垂体大腺瘤临床分析(附30例报告)   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
目的 研究伽玛刀治疗垂体大腺瘤的效果及影响疗效的因素。方法 30例垂体大腺瘤病人用1.0T磁共振定位,Gamma-plan计划系统规划,等剂量曲线45%~60%(平均49.7%),周边剂量12~35Gy(平均22.9Gy),中心剂量24~70Gy(平均45.4Gy).Leksell伽玛刀实施放射外科治疗。分析治疗后垂体大腺瘤病例,总结其疗效和影响疗效的因素。结果 随访12~60个月,平均28个月,肿瘤完全消失6例(20%),肿瘤缩小19例(63.3%),无变化5例(16.7%);19/20(95.5%)功能性垂体腺瘤内分泌症状改善,临床症状好转,1例过早绝经(年龄36岁);5/10(50%)无功能性垂体腺瘤体积缩小.症状改善。结论 伽玛刀对于垂体大腺瘤仍是一种有效的治疗方法,其疗神与腺瘤的举类型、体积、照射剂量、剂量体剂、MRI信号特征密切相姜。  相似文献

A study of neurohumoral parameters in patients with essential hypertension and different hemodynamic types demonstrated different patterns of hormonal change in patients with hyperkinetic, eukinetic and hypokinetic hypertension. Elevated blood tri-iodothyronine and thyroxine, seen in patients with hyperkinetic hemodynamic type, and increased catecholamine excretion in patients with hypokinetic hemodynamics may be indicative of the pathogenetic significance of the hormones in question for the formation of respective variants of essential hypertension.  相似文献

In this paper,250 cases of headache,shoulder pain,lumbago and leg pain weretreated with 20%Angelicae Sinensis mixed with Vitamine B_(12) point-injection therapy.The total effective rate was 95.2%and in which the cure rate was 53.6%.Authors have found a close correlation between the effectiveness and the duration of disease.  相似文献

Summary The cerebral changes are described in a woman of 54 who suffered from Binswanger's encephalopathy: there were no signs or symptoms of chronic arterial hypertension. The disease presented as dementia of about 3 years duration. Computed tomography of the brain 2. 5 years before her death showed bilateral widespread hypodense lesions in the cerebral white matter. She died of an asthmatic attack. Autopsy disclosed extensive bilateral degeneration of the central white matter, lacunes and gliosis. Severe obliterative arteriolosclerosis occurred in the meningeal vessels and those supplying the affected parts of the brain. Light microscopy showed that the most severe lesions occurred in the arterioles. Immunohistochemistry demonstrated profound extravasation of plasma proteins chiefly albumin, indicating dysfunction of the blood-brain barrier. Thus, the lesions characteristic of Binswanger's encephalopathy may develop in the absence of chronic arterial hypertension. 18只犬切除右肾,钳夹左肾动脉60分的肾缺血模型,再灌注5小时。将动物随机分成对照组、川芎嗪组及维拉帕米组。观察尿量、菊糖清除率、利钠指数、平均动脉压及心率;再灌注5小时取肾组织作形态学检查。结果显示川芎嗪对肾功能及形态有保护作用,维拉帕米则无此作用,提示在手术中有肾缺血时以川芎嗪作为肾保护药物优于维拉帕米。  相似文献

49 patients with initial stages of essential hypertension (EH) were investigated using phase systole analysis and echocardiography during acupuncture (reflexotherapy) treatment. It was established that even at the initial stages of EH increasing of myocardial mass and the disturbances of contractile and diastolic activity of myocardium take place. As a result of acupuncture a stable hypotensive effect, improvement or normalization of contractile function and diastolic values, a decrease of energy loss, reversal of myocardial hypertrophy were achieved. It is the decrease of sympathetic influences on the circulation system that plays an important part in the onset of these positive changes.  相似文献

5S ribosomal DNA (rDNA) was isolated and sequenced from the gibel carp Carassius auratus gibelio with 162 chromosomes and crucian carp Carassius auratus with 100 chromosomes, and fluorescent probes for chromosome localization were prepared to ascertain the ploidy origin and evolutionary relationship between the two species. Using fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH), major 5S rDNA signals were localized to the short arms of three subtelocentric chromosomes in the gibel carp and to the short arms of two subtelocentrics in the crucian carp. In addition, some minor signals were detected on other chromosomes of both species. Simultaneously, six chromosomes were microdissected from the gibel carp metaphase spreads using glass needles, and the isolated chromosomes were amplified in vitro by degenerate oligonucleotide primed-polymerase chain reaction (DOP-PCR). Significantly, when the DOP-PCR-generated probes prepared from each single chromosome were hybridized, three same-sized chromosomes were painted in each gibel carp metaphase, whereas only two painted chromosomes were observed in each crucian carp metaphase spread. The data indicate that gibel carp is of triploid origin in comparison with diploid crucian carp.  相似文献
