资料 :膀胱肿瘤患者 30例中男性 2 4例 ,女性 6例 ;年龄35～ 80岁。原发肿瘤 18例 ,复发肿瘤 12例 ;单发肿瘤 13例 ,多发肿瘤 17例。经ＴＵＲＢｔ(9例 )、膀胱部分切除 (13例 )、肿瘤切除加电灼术 (8例 )等治疗。病理报告均为移行细胞癌。手术后 3～ 4周后进行光动力学治疗。方法 :ＨｐＤ皮肤划痕试验阴性者按每公斤体重 4～ 5ｍｇ用 5 0 0ｍｌ生理盐水稀释后静脉滴入。 48～ 72ｈ后进行激光照射。常规置入膀胱镜 ,导入光纤 ,对肿瘤切除部位用点状光纤照射。根据病灶大小可分野照射 ,每野照射 2 0ｍｉｎ。然后用柱状光纤进行全膀胱照射 ,时… 相似文献
