细孔钻颅穿刺术对肿瘤的临床应用(附9例报告)

应用细孔钻颅穿刺术诊断和治疗颅内肿瘤9例,7例有颅内压增高症状和神经功能缺失。9例中囊性肿瘤6例,囊液最少者15ml,最多者115ml,平均50ml,穿刺放液后症状均改善,为手术赢得了时间;3例实质性肿瘤,穿刺活检有助于星形细胞瘤的确诊。     

拇指掌指关节内侧籽骨的出现时间及其临床意义

本文对正常人和某些内分泌疾病患者的拇指掌指关节内侧籽骨的出现情况进行了X线观察和分析,证实该籽骨的出现遵循一定时序,正常在青春发动期出现。在性早熟时该籽骨出现时间显著提前;而在垂体性侏儒症时则出现延迟,对某些内分泌疾病具有诊断价值。     

脑胶质肉瘤CT表现分析

目的 评价脑胶质肉瘤的CT诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析5例经手术病理证实的脑胶质肉瘤的CT表现．并复习文献。结果 肿瘤均位于幕上，其中颞叶3例，额颞叶1例，枕顶叶1例。CT扫描4例为低等混杂密度，1例为稍高密度，增强扫描为不规则强化。边界清楚，4例周围有水肿，1例无周围水肿。结论脑胶质肉瘤少见，CT扫描能够清楚显示病变，但易与胶质母细胞瘤、转移瘤等相混淆，确诊依靠病理检查。     

刺激颈迷走神经引起的心动过速及其对心脏功能的影响

刺激犬的颈迷走神经外周端时可引起心动过缓,而对心脏的抑制作用则逐渐减弱,表现为心率逐渐恢复(但比对照慢)。刺激后DBP立即下降,而SBP系逐渐下降,且下降程度没有DBP大。在刺激时及停止后均出现ES,其分别占刺激次数的47％和53％。在刺激停止后出现PVT(平均加速24.5次/min),PVT期间R波和BP波数不等,SV和BP轻度降低。LVET缩短和PEP/LVET比值升高,出现ES时,SV和BP较ES前显著降低。反映PVT时心脏功能降低。PVT的要理不太清楚,本研究表明反射性迷走撤退在PVT中不起作用。Q-T/Q-S_2比值增大是CA释放的间接证据。心得安可减弱PVT,阿托品可增强PVT,说明PVT由迷走静经释放CA所致。     

脂必妥胶囊联合疏肝祛瘀中药治疗脂肪肝的临床观察

[目的]探讨脂必妥胶囊联合疏肝健脾、化痰祛瘀中药治疗脂肪肝的临床疗效。[方法]将45例脂肪肝患者随机分为两组,治疗组25例,使用脂必妥胶囊联合疏肝健脾、化痰祛瘀中药治疗3月;对照组20例,单用脂必妥胶囊治疗3月,观察患者治疗前后血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、甘油三酯（TG）、血清总胆固醇（TC）的变化。[结果]治疗组总有效率为84.0%,而对照组仅70.0%;治疗组TG、TC治疗后下降明显;治疗后与对照组治疗后比较也下降明显。[结论]脂必妥胶囊联合疏肝健脾、化痰祛瘀中药治疗脂肪肝是一种有效的方法。     

Biologic effects of hyperthermia and radiation on gastric cancer cells (SGC-7901) in vitro. II. Ultrastructural changes of cells

Different characteristic damages of the SGC-7901 gastric adenocarcinoma cells were studied by electron microscopy 1, 36, 72, 96 and 120 hours after heating and radiation in vitro. The visible damages, such as the enlarged mitochondria, increase of lysosomes and perichromatin granules could be shown 1 hour after heating (43 degrees C for 30 min) but no visible damages of the cells were shown until 36 hours following radiation (500 rad). In order to study the ultrastructural changes of the gastric cancer cells in mitosis after heating and radiation, we have used the new method of ultrastructural research in selecting and observing the M cell in vitro and found loosened structure of chromosome and disappearance of microtubules 1 hour following hyperthermia. At the same time, no apparent abnormalities of the mitotic cells were observed after radiation. It is the chief cause of division delay in heat injured cells. However, the chromosomes and microtubules of the new mitotic cells could recover 36 hours after heating (43 degrees C for 30 min). After radiation, the giant cells and abnormal morphologic changes of cells gradually increase and the living cells decrease. Unexpectedly, the division of a few giant cells is observed 72 hours after heating and radiation.     

登革病毒感染蚊虫后几个器官敏感性的比较

以浓度为4×10~8TCID_(50)/ml和4×10～5TCID_(50)/ml的病毒液经口感染,4×10~8TCID_(50)/ml和4×10~2TCID_(50)/ml病毒液经胸接种白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)。结果表明1、脑和神经节感染率相同,2、神经系统对病毒敏感性较涎腺高。     

PMMA/HA-GF医用复合材料制备及性能测试

本文主要研究了无机玻璃纤维增强聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/羟基磷灰石(HA)复合材料的制备及相关的性能测试,证明此复合材料性能稳定、物理机械强度高以及工艺简单,有良好的应用前景。     

The Effect of Ligustrazine on Peritoneal Transport in Peritoneal dialysis

In order to investigate the effect of ligustrazine (Lig)i.p.on peritoneal permeability in peritoneal dialysis and its side effects,creatinine was given intravenously and continuously to maintain the high plasma creatinine level.All the rabbits were divided into three groups:normal control group (goup A),group B treated with 0.12% Lig and group C treated with 0.24% Lig.The peritoneal dialysis of all rabbits lasted 2h.The plasma and dialysate levels of glucose,protein and creatining were observed immediate,30min,60min,90min,120min after dialysis.Creastinine dialysate/plasma ratio (D/P),protein D/P ratio,grucose D/Do at different time points after dialysis and creatinine mass transfer area coefficient (MTAC) at 120min were calculated.The structures of peritoneum were observed under optical microscope and electron microscope after continuously intraperitoneal injection of Lig for 14 days.The results showed that the 90-min and 12-min creatinine D/P ratios in the group C were higher than in the group A.The 120-min creatinine MATC in the group C was higher than in the group A.The rabbits treated with Lig did not show significant structure changes of peritoneum and signs of peritoneal irritation.It was suggested that Lig could increase mass transfer ability of peritoneum without significant side effects.     

人参茎叶总皂甙对实验性小鼠生殖细胞遗传物质损伤的影响

本文采用小鼠精原细胞姐妹染色单体互换（ＳＣＥ）实验方法，研究了人参茎叶总皂甙（ＧＮＳ）对丝裂霉素Ｃ（ＭＭＣ）引起的小鼠精原细胞遗传物质损伤的影响。结果表明，ＧＮＳ不能诱发小鼠精原细胞ＳＣＥ，而且在腹腔注射ＭＭＣ的同时给予ＧＮＳ，可使ＭＭＣ诱发的小鼠精原细胞ＳＣＥ频率明显降低。为此，我们认为ＧＮＳ对小鼠生殖细胞遗传物质具有保护作用。
