目的探讨血清上皮型钙黏蛋白(E-Cad)、胃泌素-17(G-17)水平和肿瘤组织中人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)表达与胃癌患者术后复发风险的相关性。方法选取行胃癌根治术治疗的胃癌患者92例,检测术前血清E-Cad、G-17水平和肿瘤组织HER-2的表达。对所有患者随访5年,以胃癌复发或随访满5年为随访终点。以胃良性病变患者92例作为对照组。收集所有胃癌患者的临床资料(性别、年龄、临床分期、分化程度、复发情况等)。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估各项指标判断胃癌复发的效能。采用Cox回归分析评估影响胃癌患者复发的危险因素。采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线评估胃癌患者的5年复发情况。结果胃癌组血清G-17水平和肿瘤组织HER-2阳性率均显著高于对照组(P=0.000),血清E-Cad水平显著低于对照组(P=0.000)。血清E-Cad、G-17水平及肿瘤组织HER-2阳性率与胃癌的TNM分期、分化情况及是否复发有关(P<0.05),与性别无关(P>0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,E-Cad、G-17、HER-2单项检测与联合检测判断胃癌复发的曲线下面积(AUC... 相似文献

目的:分析多囊卵巢和代谢综合征中抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平与窦卵泡计数(AFC)之间的相关性。方法:选取2018年3月~2021年3月我院收治的119例多囊卵巢合并代谢综合征患者和同期于我院健康体检的60例健康女性分别作为观察组、对照组。采集并比较两组一般资料、基础指标以及AMH、AFC,分析多囊卵巢和代谢综合征中AMH、AFC之间相关性,并采用ROC曲线分析AMH、AFC对多囊卵巢合并代谢综合征发生的预测价值。结果:与对照组对比,观察组BMI、WHR、SBP、DBP、T、FPG、TG、FINS、HOMA-IR升高,HDL降低,两组比较具有统计学差异。与对照组比较,观察组AMH、AFC升高,两组比较具有统计学差异。AMH与T、FPG、TG、FINS、HOMA-IR之间均表现为正相关,AMH与HDL之间表现为负相关。AFC与T、FPG、TG、FINS、HOMA-IR之间均表现为正相关,AFC与HDL之间表现为负相关。AMH与APC之间表现为正相关。ROC曲线显示,与AMH、AFC单项预测对比,两项联合对多囊卵巢合并代谢综合征发生的预测价值较高。结论:多囊卵巢和代谢综合征中AMH、AFC水... 相似文献

Obesity may cause metabolic syndrome and has become a global public health problem, and dietary fibers (DF) could alleviate obesity and metabolic syndrome by regulating intestinal microbiota. We developed a functional fiber (FF) with a synthetic mixture of polysaccharides, high viscosity, water-binding capacity, swelling capacity, and fermentability. This study aimed to investigate the effect of FF on obesity and to determine its prevention of obesity by modulating the gut microbiota. Physiological, histological, and biochemical parameters, and gut microbiota composition were investigated in the following six groups: control group (Con), high-fat diet group (HFD), low-fat diet group (LFD, conversion of HFD to LFD), high-fat +8% FF group (8% FF), high-fat +12% FF group (12% FF), and high-fat +12% FF + antibiotic group (12% FF + AB). The results demonstrated that 12% FF could promote a reduction in body weight and epididymal adipocyte area, augment insulin sensitivity, and stimulate heat production from brown adipose tissue (BAT) (p < 0.05). Compared with the HFD, 12% FF could also significantly improve the intestinal morphological integrity, attenuate systemic inflammation, promote intestinal microbiota homeostasis, and stabilize the production of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) (p < 0.05). Consistent with the results of 12% FF, the LFD could significantly reduce the body weight and epididymal adipocyte area relative to the HFD (p < 0.05), but the LFD and HFD showed no significant difference (p > 0.05) in the level of inflammation and SCFAs. Meanwhile, 12% FF supplementation showed an increase (p < 0.05) in the abundance of the Bifidobacterium, Lactococcus, and Coprococcus genus in the intestine, which had a negative correlation with obesity and insulin resistance. Additionally, the treatment with antibiotics (12% FF + AB) could inhibit the effect of FF in the HFD. The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) function prediction revealed that 12% FF could significantly inhibit the cyanogenic amino acid metabolic pathway and decrease the serum succinate concentration relative to the HFD group. The overall results indicate that 12% FF has the potential to reduce obesity through the beneficial regulation of the gut microbiota and metabolites. 相似文献

The crystallization and viscosity of modified blast furnace slag are key factors in fiber forming conditions. In this paper, the crystallization behavior of modified blast furnace slag under continuous cooling conditions was studied by differential scanning calorimetry, and its crystallization kinetics with different acidity coefficients were established. On this basis, the evolution law of the crystallization phase and the influence of crystallization on the viscosity of modified blast furnace slag with different acidity coefficients were analyzed. The results indicated that the crystallization phases of slag with acidity coefficients of 1.05 and 1.20 were, respectively, Melilite and Anorthite. During the cooling process at the acidity coefficient of 1.05, the critical rates of precipitation of Melilite and Anorthite were 50 °C/s and 20 °C/s, respectively, while they were 20 °C/s and 15 °C/s, respectively, at the acidity coefficient of 1.20. With the increase of the acidity coefficient, the crystal growth mode of slag changed from two-dimensional and three-dimensional mixed crystallization to surface nucleation and one-dimensional crystallization. The crystallization activation energy of slag with acidity coefficients of 1.05 and 1.20 were 698.14 kJ/mol and 1292.50 kJ/mol, respectively. Transport properties of the halogeno-alkali oxides A3OX (A = Li, Na, X = Cl, Br) nanocrystalline samples with the presence of ∑3(111) grain boundaries were computed using large-scale molecular dynamic simulations. Results on the diffusion/conduction process show that these nanocrystalline samples are characterized with higher activation energies as compared to previous theoretical studies, but closer to experiment. Such a performance can be attributed to the larger atomic density at the ∑3(111) grain boundary regions within the nanocrystals. BackgroundToll-like receptors (TLRs) are important components of the innate and adaptive immune systems, and abnormal TLR expression has been linked to a variety of cancers. However, there was a lack of clarity on the association of TLR stimulation with the carcinogenesis of cancer. The study''s goal was to analyse the clinical importance of TLRs expression at the mRNA level in pan-cancer datasets, as well as the link between TLR expression and carcinogenesis, progression, and clinical prognosis.MethodsThe expression profile of TLRs derived from UCSC pan-cancer data was analysed in multiple dimensions, including clinical analysis, immunological subtype analysis, tumour microenvironment (TME) analysis, tumour stem cell correlation analysis, and drug sensitivity analysis. Additionally, we analyse protein-protein interactions, functional enrichment, and chromatin accessibility, as well as TLR expression in single-cell sequencing data.ResultsOur multi-omics analysis results imply that TLRs may operate as a biological marker for carcinogenesis and progression, a potential target for anti-tumour therapy, and a prognostic biomarker, laying the theoretical groundwork for future translational medicine research.ConclusionTLRs are involved in the formation of malignancies and can be explored in further detail as potential prognostic indicators.
