食管测压在贲门失弛缓症的应用

目的：研究贲门失弛缓症的食管压力改变及经腹改良Heller手术的疗效。方法：应用SGY－3多功能消化道检测仪对9例贲门失弛缓症术前及其中的7例术后进行食管压力测定,同时与8例健康人对照。结果：贲门失弛症患者的食管体部静息压和下括约肌静息压分别为8．72mmHg和48．17mmHg,显著高于健康人的1．18mmHg和17．52mmHg,贲门失弛缓症患者手术前后食管体部均无原发性蠕动。结论：经腹改良Heller手术能有效缓解贲门失弛缓症的吞咽困难,但不能恢复食管的蠕动功能。     

提高大脑皮质神经元细胞产率以及活性的研究

目的　提高培养大脑皮质神经元的产率以及活性 ,使实验的细胞模型有良好的一致性和可比性。方法　实验分析了大脑皮质神经元培养过程中 ,从选材、取材到分散细胞等一系列步骤中维持细胞活性的内在因素 ,应用细胞形态学指标 ,Trypanblue染色计数分析以及染色观察。结果　每侧大脑皮质得到细胞约 2 .5× 10 6～ 3.0× 10 6个 ,而且种植不同时间 6 ,12 ,48h细胞存活率均在 95 %以上。结论　该法是较好的大脑皮质神经元培养方法。     

人急性白血病淋巴细胞HSP70及 HSP70 mRNA的表达研究

目的：检测急性白血病病人血淋巴细胞热休克蛋白70（HSP70）及其mRNA的表达。方法：ELISA法检测HSP70,RT－PCR法检测HSP70 mRNA。结果：化疗前急性白血病病人淋巴细胞HSP70及mRNA明显低于正常人;而化疗后,急性白血病病人淋巴细胞HSP70及mRNA明显高于正常人（P＜0．01）,结论：HSP70与急性白血病癌细胞关系密切,对癌细胞起保护作用。     

IL-2联合吡柔比星膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌复发

目的：探讨生物制剂联合化疗药物膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的机制。方法：对比研究白细胞介素2（IL－2）和吡柔比星联合膀胱灌注与单用吡柔比星膀胱灌注前后患者血、尿肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）和血IL－2受体的动态变化。结果：联合膀胱灌注组的TNF和IL－2受体水平显著高于吡柔比星组（P＜0．01）。结论：联合灌注组机体的细胞免疫功能得到更好改善,IL－2增加肿瘤细胞对免疫反应的应答,两者间有免疫促进及协同作用。

A clinical observation of early short-term use of potent antibiotics in severely burned patients

Objective: To evaluate the effect of early and short-term use of potent antibiotics following extensive severe burn injury. Methods: Seventeen severely burned patients hospitalized in the same period (Nov.,1998 to Oct., 2000) wer esame treatment in Group 2 (n=8) was discontinued until day 15 postburn. The survival rate, blood bacterial culture, body temperature and white blood cell and platelet counts were compared between the 2 groups. Results: All the 17 patients survived and all blood bacterial cultures were negative. No significant difference of body temperature and white blood cell and platelet counts between the 2 groups was observed (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Early use of high-potency antibiotics at short treatment course after extensive severe burn is effective to prevent infection and reduce the cost.

带蒂包皮皮管尿道下裂一期成形术

目的：提高尿道下裂一期成形术的成功率。方法：采用带蒂包皮皮管一期手术修复尿道下裂20例。结果：20例全部一次成功,无尿瘘。轻度尿道口狭窄1例,尿道口扩张后治愈;阴茎扭转1例,未予特殊处理。其余外观和功能正常。结论：包皮内板菲薄柔软,伸展性强,是理想的尿道成形材料。该术式适用于阴茎型和阴茎阴囊型尿道下裂。
