颌面部髓外浆细胞瘤

髓外浆细胞瘤为少见疾病,发生在颌面部软组织者更少见。本文结合一典型病例的临床诊治过程,分析研究其发病原因,临床及病理分型和诊断方面存在的问题。提出颌面部髓外浆细胞瘤良性及恶性其主要临床特征和有关的诊断依据。治疗仍多采用综合方法。恶性者放疗总剂量多在5000Gy以上,化疗以COP,COAP、COAAP方案为主,散在病损可行激光治疗效果良好。     

交链孢酚单甲醚在大鼠小鼠体内的分布

对食管癌高发区粮食中分离的互隔交链孢霉的毒素交链孢酚单甲醚(AME)在大鼠、小鼠体内的分布进行研究。给动物腹腔内注射氚标记的交链孢酚单甲醚(~3H-AME),然后在不同时间测各脏器的放射性。结果表明:在所测9个脏器中,2h肝脏含量最高,食管下段在大小鼠分别居第四和第三。但大小鼠分别在72、24h则以食管下段最高,说明AME及其代谢物在此清除较慢,即对其有较高的亲和力。     

Significance of IgM deposition in IgA nephropathy: an appraisal based on renal re-biopsy

Repeated renal biopsies were performed in 30 patients with primary IgA nephropathy at intervals of 6-55 months during 1983-1988. Histological and immunopathological studies were conducted for each patient and comparisons were made between the 1st and 2nd biopsy. It was found that the frequency of IgM deposition in the renal glomeruli increased significantly during the course of illness from 11/30 to 21/30, while the IgA, IgG and complement (C3, C4, C1q) deposition remained rather stationary. Comparing the group of patients who were deficient in IgM deposits with those who procured this particular Ig during the illness, there were striking differences in the frequency of occurrence of nephrosis, glomerulosclerosis, severe tubular-interstitial lesion and renal insufficiency. The frequency was much higher in the IgM deposited patients In conclusion: (1) Deposition of IgM might happen during the course of IgA nephropathy as a secondary phenomenon. (2) Presence of IgM in the glomeruli immune deposits denote a poor prognosis for patients of IgA nephropathy.

尿毒症患者的血小板聚集功能变化及血液透析的影响

本文应用 ADP、肾上腺素及复合诱聚剂对30例慢性肾功能不全(尿毒症期)病人的血小板聚集功能进行了检测,其中5例在血液透析前后分别测定。结果表明尿毒症患者血小板聚集功能障碍,血液透析有助于改善血小板功能。通过相关性检验,发现尿毒症病人的血小板聚集率与血肌酐值呈负相关性,其意义尚需进一步探讨。     

甲壳素制备工艺改进——天然甲壳素的提取

甲壳素制备工艺改进为统一常温进行,操作简便,产品相对收率提高5～10％,同时降低了能耗、机械要求强度、劳动保护条件和生产成本,并经热分析说明产品维持了甲壳素的天然特性,即分子中每结构单元含有1/2分子缔合水,是天然的甲壳素产品并有益于其脱乙酰化物──壳聚糖质量的提高。     

示差导数光谱法测定感冒通片中双氯灭痛和扑尔敏的含量

本文利用示差导数光谱法对感冒通片中双氯灭痛和扑尔敏进行定量测定。本法用同一样品液,在同一测定条件下完成,具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高和重现性好等特点,双氯灭痛和扑尔敏的平均回收率分别为99.5%和97.3%,变异系数分别为0.42%和0.63%.     

THE ROLE OF P_1-PURINERGIC RECEPTORS IN THE SPINAL MECHANISMS OF ACUPUNCTURE ANALGESIA

It has been extensively proved that electro-acupuncture elicit analgesia in bothextensive areas and local region via supraspinal structures and spinal cord.The present investigationwas to study the role of P_1-purinergic receptors in the spinal mechanisms of weak electroacupuncture-induced analgesia.Leg withdrawal latency(LWL)to noxious radiant heat focused on the ankle regionwas used to assess the effects of acupuncture and that of P_1-purinergic(adenosine)receptor antago-nists,theophylline and caffeine on the electro-acupuncture(EA)analgesia.EA prolonged the LWLby 16.7%±20.3%,with an after-effect lasting about 15 min.Both theophylline and caffeineblocked the EA-induced prolongation of LWL in a dose-dependent manner at the doses of 1.6-16 mg/kg.These results suggest that P_1-purinegic receptor is involved in the spinal mechanisms of weak EAproduced analgesia in the rat.     

梅罗综合征和螺旋体感染的关系

用Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ－Ｓｔａｒｒｙ螺旋体特殊染色法及透射电镜观察，分别在１９例肉芽肿性唇炎和５例梅罗综合征（ＭＲＳ）病人的病变组织内发现有螺旋体存在，并对其在光，电镜下的形态和在病变组织内的分布部位进行了描述。经用大刘量青霉素治疗１１例病人，１０例有效。本结果为ＭＲＳ的发可能和螺旋体感染有关的推测提供了依据。     

RETINOBLASTOMALACTIC DEHYDROGENASE OF AQUEOUS HUMOUR AND ITS ISOENZYMES

Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) activity in aqueoushumour and serum was measured of 24 patients withretinoblastoma, senile cataract, glaucoma, and cho-roid melanoma in addition to LDH isoenzyme fractions. The results were compared with those of the20 normal children. The ratio of aqueous humourLDH to serum LDH was 4.32+2.80, and that ofisoenzymes LDH4 to LDHl was greater than l. Theresults of our study suggested that the total LDHactivity and isoenzyme fractions in the aqueoushumour is of value in the diagnosis of retinobla&toma.
