Impaired Lymphocyte Proliferative Response to Mitogen in Alcoholic Patients. Absence of a Relation to Liver Disease Activity

Concanavalin A-induced lymphocyte proliferation was studied in 25 patients with alcoholic hepatitis or compensated alcoholic cirrhosis. Nine alcoholics without evidence of liver disease were also evaluated. A nonlinear correlation equation, which was natural logarithmic, was applied to individual dose-response proliferation curves and permitted comparisons between patient groups and controls. The proliferative response in all patient groups was significantly lower when compared to healthy controls and was independent of the presence or absence of liver disease. This suggests that some changes in immune function observed in alcoholics may be linked to the direct effects of alcohol on the immune system rather than to the associated liver disease.     

Diterpenoids from the Roots of Agastache rugosa

从土藿香根中得到两个二萜化合物，藿香酚（２）及异藿香酚（３）。经光谱解析（ＩＲ，ＵＶ，ＨＲＭＳ及ＮＭＲ谱），确定它们的结构分别为１１，１４ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ１２ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙ１９（４→３）ａｂｅｏａｂｉｅｔａ４，（１８），８，１１，１３ｔｅｔｒａｅｎ７ｏｎｅ（２）和１１，１４ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ１２ｍｅｔｈｏｘｙ１９（４→３）ａｂｅｏａｂｉｅｔａ３，８，１１，１３ｔｅｔｒａｅｎ７ｏｎｅ（３）藿香酚（２）为一新的化合物，而异藿香酚（３）系首次从天然界分离得到，二者为一对异构体。     

钛对大肠杆菌生长影响的实验研究

以草酸钛钾溶液为受试物，用无菌操作法在不同浓度试验水样及不含钛的对照水样中加入大肠杆菌稀释液1ml（含菌300个），观察6小时和1－7天的细菌生长情况。结果各受试组与对照组比较，10.0mg／L和1．0mg／L组接触6小时至7天大肠杆菌生长均有明显的抑制作用；0．1mg／L组接触6－24小时显示抑制作用，但第4天开始菌落减少的速度比对照组缓慢。提示钛对大肠杆菌的生长有抑制作用，其作用阈浓度为1．0mg／L，阈下浓度为0，1mg／L。     

Discrete time optimal control of linear time-delay systems

A discrete time optimal control for linear time-delay systems is developed to ensure that all closed-loop eigenvalues will lie inside a circular region centred at (β;, 0) with radius α. It is shown that by suitable manipulations the problem can be reduced to a standard discrete time quadratic regulator problem. An illustrative example is included to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed method.     

结肠腺瘤与腺癌p53,c—erbB2蛋白及CEA的表达和意义

用放射配体结合分析法分别测定了正常组、特布他林组、特布他林十曲尼司特组豚鼠的肺组织β受体最大结合力和解离常数,结果显示:给特布他林后豚鼠肺组织β受体发生明显的向下调节.曲尼司特可预防此向下调节的发生.
