利用转录因子结合位点识别人类肿瘤特异性启动子研究

目的 研究应用计算机技术对人类肿瘤特异性启动子进行识别、预测。方法 通过收集肿瘤特异性启动子序列、转录因子结合位点序列、非肿瘤启动子序列3种数据集合，利用转录因子结合位点在不同序列集合中的密度求出各位点的对应密度比，确定识别特征，进行肿瘤特异性启动子的识别。结论 该方法具有较高的准确性，在保证对训练集合90％以上的识别率的情况下，对测试集合的识别率达到80％以上。     

HBV前C/C基因与绿色荧光蛋白基因融合表达载体的构建及在HEK293细胞中的表达

目的 :构建含HBV前C C基因与绿色荧光蛋白基因的融合表达载体 ,并在真核细胞中表达。方法 :用PCR法扩增含 1.3倍HBVayw型全基因组真核表达载体pHBV1.3的前C C基因片断 ,应用含绿色荧光蛋白基因的真核表达质粒构建融合表达载体 ,采用脂质体介导方法将其转染到HEK2 93细胞 ,并用荧光显微镜及ELISA法检测融合蛋白的表达。结果 :经PCR及酶切鉴定 ,证实成功构建了含HBV前C C基因的真核表达重组体pEGFP -HB VC ,显微镜下观察及ELISA法证实在HEK2 93细胞中表达了相应融合蛋白。结论 :构建的重组表达载体能在真核细胞中表达目的蛋白与GFP的双功能融合蛋白 ,适合于针对HBV前C C区的相关研究。

A study for accommodating the human crystalline lens by finite element simulation.

This paper constructs two finite element models of human crystalline lens and zonules based on published clinical data. Displacement and pressure were applied to study the mechanism of vision accommodation. The simulation results show that, in Model A, under the pull of the zonules, the thickness of the lens decreased linearly, and the lens diameter increased linearly. The optical power of the lens increased as the zonules displacement increased. Furthermore, the pressure had a remarkable influence on the shape of the lens and the optical power. The lens also became thinner and flatter as the pressure increased. The optical power increased when the pressure increased. In Model B, the lens became thicker and optical power increased as the equatorial zonules stretched. It is basically consistent with Schachar's hypothesis. The outcome of this paper proved that the analytical model presented in this paper can be used in the theoretical study of the accommodation mechanism of the lens.

Endothelial dysfunction as a common link between erectile dysfunction and cardiovascular disease

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is often not considered in the same context as such traditional cardiovascular conditions as hypertension, dyslipidemia, diabetes, or ischemic heart disease. The detection of ED might be one of the most powerful tools to help manage cardiovascular disease in men. Clinical research suggests that the penile vascular bed is a sensitive indicator of early systemic endothelial cell or smooth muscle dysfunction. ED could be one of the initial signs of oxidative stress that occurs before the development of the structural, occlusive cardiovascular disease. ED is becoming a barometer of overall global cardiovascular risk and should be viewed in this context rather than as “just a problem with the penis.” Asking men about ED as part of the review of systems is an effective means of practicing preventive vascular medicine.

冷哮丸对动物祛痰作用的影响

目的：探讨冷哮丸对动物的祛痰作用及其作用机制。方法：采用酚红法和毛细玻管法测定排痰量，用家鸽活体气管法及兔离体气管法测其纤毛运动。结果：冷哮丸能显增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量，增加大鼠排痰作用，增强在体鸽及离体兔气管纤毛运动。结论：冷哮丸有显的祛痰作用，其机理可能是增加气管内浆液成分，痰液变稀，同时加快气管纤毛运动而达到祛痰目的。
