目的:筛选血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)高表达肝癌细胞株,为进一步研究VEGF在肝癌治疗中的作用提供理论依据。并探讨VEGF受体在肝癌细胞株的表达及意义。方法:ELISA法及Western blot法分别检测人肝癌细胞株培养上清及细胞内VEGF蛋白的表达。免疫细胞化学方法检测VEGFR在人肝癌细胞中的表达。结果:5株肝癌细胞株均见VEGF蛋白表达,其中SMMC-7721的VEGF表达量最高,VEGF特异性受体Fit-1在HepG2、HHCC、SMMC-7721、Bcl-7402见阳性表达,KDR在HepG2、HHCC、Bel-7402、QGY-7701见阳性表达。结论:肝癌细胞株中VEGF表达量不尽一致,VEGF在肝癌发生发展中可能存在自分泌作用方式。 相似文献

目的:观察右旋柠烯(d-limonene, DL)对大鼠乳腺增生及血雌激素和孕激素水平的影响.方法:苯甲酸雌二醇-黄体酮注射复制乳腺增生模型;HE染色观测乳腺组织学改变;放射免疫法检测血雌激素和孕激素水平.结果:右旋柠烯低、中、高剂量均能减少大鼠乳腺小叶数(9.20±2.32、6.90±1.20、6.10±1.37)、小叶腺泡数(8.20±1.75、6.10±2.23、5.10±1.52)和导管上皮层数(5.30±0.95、4.50±1.27、3.10±0.99),与模型组(分别为10.00±1.54、12.91±3.88和6.17±1.59)比较有显著性差异(P<0.01).右旋柠烯高、中剂量亦能降低血雌激素水平(28.35±2.16、25.17±1.25),提高孕激素水平(33.84±2.23、35.39±2.20),与模型组(分别为32.63±0.93, 31.77±1.48)比较差异显著(P<0.01),且对雌激素水平的影响有明显的量效关系.结论:右旋柠烯可抑制大鼠乳腺增生,降低血清雌激素水平、提高孕激素水平可能为其作用机制. 相似文献

目的:探讨海洛因依赖者父母教养方式对其人格的影响.方法:运用父母教养方式评价量表(EMBU)及艾森克个性成人问卷(EPQ)对100名具有高中文化、年龄在19~24岁的海洛因依赖者进行问卷调查,并与100名正常人群加以比较分析.结果:①研究组中父母教养方式及海洛因依赖者人格特征与对照组存在差异性.其中父亲的FSS2(惩罚、严厉)、FSS3(过分干涉)、FSS6(过度保护);母亲的MSS2(过分干涉、过度保护)、MSS4(惩罚、严厉)因子得分均高于对照组.父亲的FSS1(情感温暖、理解)因子得分低于对照组,差别具有显著或非常显著性意义(P<0.01或P<0.05).②艾森克个性成人问卷(EPQ),研究组中N(神经质)、P(精神质)、L(掩饰性)、E(内外向)因子得分均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论:海洛因依赖者父母教养方式对其人格特征的影响与正常人有着明显不同.温暖、理解的教养方式有利于子女个性发展和正常人格的形成;父母惩罚严厉、易形成情绪不稳、敏感、掩饰性等人格特征.本文为预防青少年吸毒提供了理论依据. 相似文献

目的:制备西替利嗪凝胶剂,并建立质量控制方法.方法:以卡波姆940为基质制备凝胶,采用紫外分光光度法测定西替利嗪含量,并考察其稳定性.结果:西替利嗪线性范围为6~16 mg·L-1(r=0.996 7),平均回收率为98.23%,RSD为0.69%(n=5),凝胶稳定性良好.结论:该凝胶制备工艺可行,性质稳定. 相似文献

Reactive oxygen species-induced oxidative stress is an important pathophysiological process during cerebral ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury. It has been reported that the protective effect of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) against cerebral I/R injury can be significantly improved by its combination with ultrasound exposure. However, the molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways underlying the synergistic protective effect remain unclear. In the present work, the damage induced by I/R injury was modeled by glutamate-induced toxicity to pheochromocytoma (PC12) cells. The ultrasound-enhanced protective effect of TMP was systemically investigated by measuring variations in cell viability, cell migration and levels of intracellular reactive oxygen species, the oxidative stress-related protein glutathione, apoptosis-related proteins (caspase-8, -9 and -3), as well as expression of related genes (hypoxia-inducible factor-1a, p53, murine double minute2). The results suggest that the ultrasound-enhanced protective effect of TMP against cerebral I/R injury might act via the reactive oxygen species/hypoxia-inducible factor-1a signaling pathway, and an appropriate ultrasound intensity should be selected to achieve an optimal synergistic neuroprotective effect. 相似文献

Epidermolysis bullosa is a rare blistering skin disorder that is challenging to manage because skin fragility and repeated wound healing cause itching, pain, limited mobility, and recurrent infections. Cannabidiol, an active cannabinoid found in cannabis, is postulated to have antiinflammatory and analgesic effects. We report 3 cases of self‐initiated topical cannabidiol use in patients with epidermolysis bullosa in an observational study. One patient was weaned completely off oral opioid analgesics. All 3 reported faster wound healing, less blistering, and amelioration of pain with cannabidiol use. Although these results demonstrate promise, further randomized, double‐blind clinical trials are necessary to provide scientific evidence of our observed benefits of cannabidiol for the treatment of epidermolysis bullosa. 相似文献

Although the efficacy of exposure is well established in individual cognitive behavioral treatments for posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), some clinicians and researchers have expressed concerns regarding the use of in-session disclosure of trauma details through imaginal exposure in group cognitive behavioral therapy (GCBT) for PTSD. Thus, the aim of the present study was to conduct a systematic review of the empirical support for GCBT in the treatment of PTSD and to compare GCBT protocols that encourage the disclosure of trauma details via in-session exposure to GCBT protocols that do not include in-session exposure. Randomized controlled trials that assessed the efficacy of GCBT for PTSD were included in the meta-analysis. A total of 651 participants with PTSD were included in the 12 eligible GCBT treatment conditions (5 conditions included in-group exposure, 7 conditions did not include in-group exposure). The overall pre–post effect size of GCBT for PTSD (ES = 1.13 [SE = 0.22, 95% CI: 0.69 to 1.56, p .001]). suggests that GCBT is an effective intervention for individuals with PTSD. No significant differences in effect sizes were found between GCBT treatments that included in-group exposure and those that did not. Although the attrition rate was higher in treatments that included exposure in-group, this rate is comparable to attrition rates in individual CBT treatments and pharmacotherapy for PTSD. The results from this meta-analysis suggest that concerns about the potentially negative impact of group exposure may be unwarranted, and support the use of exposure-based GCBT as a promising treatment option for PTSD. 相似文献
