HPLC法同时测定扑麻滴鼻液中2成分的含量

目的:建立同时测定扑麻滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱和马来酸氯苯那敏含量的HPLC方法。方法:采用:PurospherSTAR RP18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以磷酸盐缓冲液(p H 3.0±0.1)-乙腈(82∶18)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,在210nm波长处同时检测盐酸麻黄碱和马来酸氯苯那敏,柱温35℃,进样量20μl。结果:盐酸麻黄碱和马来酸氯苯那敏分别在19.81~118.85μg·ml-1和6.21~37.25μg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r分别为0.999 6和0.999 8。平均回收率分别为100.39%(RSD=0.69%,n=9)和100.11%(RSD=0.60%,n=9)。结论:该方法快速简便、重复性、准确性好,可用于该制剂中盐酸麻黄碱和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量测定。     

Aromatic alkyne insertion into six-membered cyclometalated pyridine complexes of iridium: different insertion modes and structurally novel products

Reactions of 2-benzoylpyridine or 2-benzylpyridine with [Cp*MCl₂]₂ (M = Ir, Rh) have been carried out in the presence of NaOAc in refluxing methanol, which form the corresponding six-membered cyclometalated products (1–3) except for the reaction of 2-benzylpyridine with [Cp*RhCl₂]₂. Insertion reactions of two six-membered cyclometalated pyridine iridium complexes (1 and 2) with terminal or internal aromatic alkynes were studied. Terminal alkynes p-XC₆H₄C CH (X = H, MeO, and F) with 1 give the corresponding five- and seven-membered doubly cycloiridated complexes 4a–c, internal alkynes p-XC₆H₄C CC₆H₄X-p (X = H, MeO, and Br) form the similar five- and seven-membered doubly cycloiridated complexes (5a,b) and/or di-insertion products (6a,c), whereas the acyl alkyne PhC CCOPh affords the novel spiro-metalated complex 7. For complex 2, internal alkynes p-XC₆H₄C CC₆H₄X-p (X = H, MeO, and Br) form similar five- and seven-membered doubly cycloiridated complexes (8a–c). However, in the case of PhC CCOPh, the reaction gives the novel four-membered cyclometalated complex 9. These results suggest that the products formed by alkyne insertion reactions of the six-membered cycloiridated pyridine complexes are very diverse. Plausible pathways for the formation of these novel insertion products were proposed. Molecular structures of seven cyclometalated complexes were determined by X-ray diffraction.

Insertion reactions of aromatic alkynes into the Ir–C bond of six-membered cycloiridated complexes formed various novel products via different insertion modes.     

不同透析剂量和不同容量控制标准对佳木斯市中心医院透析患者心功能的影响

目的探讨不同透析剂量和不同容量控制标准对透析患者心功能的影响。方法抽取佳木斯市中心医院接诊的92例透析患者为研究对象,随机性分为观察组和对照组,每组46例,对照组患者接受常规容量控制和常规透析,观察组患者接受强化容量控制和强化透析,比较两组患者的心功能变化。结果观察组患者心力衰竭的发生率低于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.155,P<0.05);观察组患者左心室功能均优于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化容量控制和强化透析能够有效保护心功能。     

比较3种正畸粘合剂的临床效果

纳入固定矫治恒牙列患者30例,随机分为3组(每组10例):A组西湖非调拌型牙釉质粘接剂,B组3M光固化粘接剂,c组3M化学固化粘接剂.比较3组患者的托槽粘接时间,复诊1、3、6个月托槽的脱落率以及性价比.结果发现3种粘接剂在粘接托槽方面均能达到满意的效果,而西湖非调拌型牙釉质粘接剂性价比相对最高.     

Visceral adipose tissue is more strongly associated with insulin resistance than subcutaneous adipose tissue in Chinese subjects with pre-diabetes

Aims: To investigate the value of visceral adipose tissue (VAT) and subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) in a cohort of a community’s residents who were diagnosed as pre-diabetes, and to evaluate the association of VAT and SAT with insulin resistance.

Methods: This study was based on cross-sectional analysis of data from 107 adults. VAT and SAT were assessed by computed tomography. Insulin resistance was defined by homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance >2.69. The relationship of VAT and SAT with insulin resistance were examined by linear regression. Logistic regression was used to analyze the association of VAT and SAT with insulin resistance.

Results: A total of 87 subjects had VAT ≥100?cm². Thirty-six out of 107 (33.6%) subjects were detected to have insulin resistance, 71 were normal (66.4%), and all had insulin resistance with VAT ≥100?cm². VAT (r?=?0.378, p?r?=?0.357, p?p?=?.003), but that of SAT was lost.

Conclusion: Pre-diabetic subjects with insulin resistance had elevated levels of VAT. VAT was more strongly associated with insulin resistance than SAT in Chinese subjects with pre-diabetes.

胸腔镜联合腹腔镜食管癌切除术的临床效果分析

目的分析胸腹腔镜联合下行食管癌切除术的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月~2014年5月我院收治的食管癌患者96例,根据术式将患者分为联合组(57例)和传统组(39例),传统组患者给予传统食管癌根治手术,联合组患者进行胸腔镜联合腹腔镜下食管癌切除术,所有患者手术前后均给予针对性护理干预。结果传统组患者手术时间,术中出血量,淋巴结清扫个数,术后引流量,住院时间及VAS评分均高于联合组,且差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论传统手术和胸腔镜联合腹腔镜下食管癌切除术并配合针对性护理均可治疗食管癌,但胸腔镜联合腹腔镜下食管癌切除术效果更优,本研究也为食管癌的治疗和护理提供一定依据。
