小鼠卵细胞质内显微注入单精子受精的实验研究

为了探讨提高小鼠卵细胞质内单精子注入受精率的方法，选取鼠龄１２－１４周的健康昆明白小鼠作为精子和卵子的供体，受用ＩＣＳＩ技术，以受精后二细胞卵裂的形成率为指标，了解不同采卵时间，不同微注射针参数及不同培养液对细胞质单精子注入的影响。结果表明，ｈＣＧ注射后１８－１９ｈ采卵，用针尖内径为４－５μｍ，斜面角度为３５－４０度的微注射针进行ＩＣＳＩ操作受精后卵子置ＣＺＢ中培养可获得较多的２细胞胚，卵裂率明显     

恶性梗阻性黄疸的外科姑息治疗

不能切除肿瘤的恶性梗阻性黄疸的外科姑息治疗方法繁多，本文介绍自1989年以来，采取开腹经不同途径的带支撑导管胆肠内引流的方法治疗30例，减黄确切，尚对7例高位胆管癌在解除胆道梗阻的基础上行术后(192)Ir和(60)Co联合放疗，提高了病人生存质量及延长了生命。     

“凝血抑制物”影响骨折患者凝血功能的探讨——附12例骨折患者凝血试验结果分析

目的:对骨折患者凝血功能的改变进行探讨。方法:凝固法测凝血酶原时间(PT),活化的部分凝血活酶时间(APTT),凝血酶时间。结果:患病组的PT和APTT较正常对照组有显著延长,且不能被正常新鲜血浆纠正。结论:骨折患者凝血异常多因凝血抑制物增多所致。     

十名志愿者口服维拉帕米缓释片药代动力学和心电图研究

对10名男性受试者单剂量po240mgVer缓释片药代动力学及心电图变化进行研究。血药浓度—时间数据用零级吸收过程的一室模型拟合,其药代动力学参数:T_max5.9±1.6h;C_max118.9±37.2μg·L^-1;T₁ 5.4±1.5h;k₀30.5±17.5μg·L^-1·h^-1;T_1/210.8±4.9h。PR间期延长有显著意义,血药浓度与PR间期变化满足S 型模型,其药效学参数:EC₅₀ 64.6±16.9μg·L^-1; E_max54±11ms;s 1.68±0.66。     

区域动脉插管注射尿素治疗头面部血管瘤

本文报道6例头面部血管瘤采用区域动脉插管注射尿素治疗。其中3例单用尿素治愈。3例结合外科手术治愈。最后讨论尿素治疗的机理及优点。

Differential expression of two forms of GABAA receptor gamma 2-subunit in mice.

The gamma-aminobutyric acid type A (GABAA) receptor gamma 2-subunit is important for benzodiazepine action. In previous studies, two forms of gamma 2-subunit have been found which are generated by RNA alternative splicing (gamma 2L and gamma 2S) and differ by the presence or absence of an 8-amino acid insertion in the major intracellular loop between proposed transmembrane domains M3 and M4. We have used the RNase protection assay to study regulation of expression of the two forms of gamma 2-subunit in mouse brain, as judged from mRNA levels. We find that gamma 2L and gamma 2S are differentially expressed in brain regions and that gamma 2S is expressed at a fairly constant level during brain development while gamma 2L increases dramatically with maturation. Their differentially regulated expression suggests further that gamma 2L and gamma 2S form receptors with important functional differences.     

Effects of Vagal and Sympathetic Nerves on Transmembrane Potential of Cardiac Ventricular Cells of Toad

The effects of vagal and sympathetic nerves on the transmembranepotentials of cardiac cells of toad were observed by means of microelectrodetechnique.The vagal nerve was stimulated there would be an increase in restingpotential and acceleration in repolarization of action potential(AP).However,ifatropine was used before stimulation the above-mentioned phenomena woulddisappear.When the sympathetic nerve was stimulated the AP amplitudeincreased,but resting potential(RP)remained the same.The increase of APresulted from the increases of overshoot.When the sympathetic nerve wasstimulated although the heart rate increased and the duration of AP wasshortened,the plateau phase of AP was prolonged.These results suggest that theeffects of vagal and sympathetic nerves on the transmembrane potential of cardiacventricular cells are coordinated and the normal characteritics of transmembranepotential are maintained by both the vagal and sympathetic nerves.     

耳廓复合组织瓣连续法修复鼻翼缺损

目的观察耳廓复合游离组织瓣连续法修复鼻翼缺损的疗效，以探讨鼻翼缺损的有效修复手段。方法耳廓复合游离组织瓣2次连续法修复鼻翼缺损7例，移植物面积0．5cm×0．7cm～0．8cm×1．2cm。结果7例耳廓复合游离组织瓣移植后全部成活。术后随访6～18个月，移植物无明显回缩，鼻外形满意。结论耳廓复合游离组织瓣连续移植修复鼻翼缺损，适合较严重鼻翼缺损，手术成功率高，术后鼻外形满意，双侧分次取材，耳廓外形双侧对称无畸形。
