乐胃煎逆转胃癌前病变AgNOR及细胞图像分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的研究乐胃煎逆转胃癌前病变不完全结肠型肠化和/或中度异型增生的疗效.方法胃镜病理证实为不完全结肠型肠化和/或中度异型增生46例.治疗组30例用乐胃煎,对照组16例用德诺(De_Nol).治疗前后胃镜活检胃窦固定部位粘膜标本作AgNOR染色及细胞图像分析.结果乐胃煎对不完全结肠型肠化及中度异型增生总有效率均高于De_Nol,分别为72%比25%(P<005)和895%比444%(P<005).乐胃煎治疗前后,AgNOR计数分别为730±116和481±150(P<001),De_Nol组为773±092和705±102(P<001).两组治疗前后AgNOR计数差值均数相比,统计学上也有显著性差异,分别为252±154和069±048(P<001).乐胃煎组中20例作细胞图像分析,治疗后各参数(长轴、短轴、核浆比、结构异型指数等)均有不同程度的降低,有显著性差异.结论乐胃煎确有较好地逆转胃癌前病变的功效.  相似文献

Global myocardial work (GMW) provides a metric of left ventricular (LV) function and energy consumption. Its non-invasive assessment by echocardiography correlates with invasive measures and normal values have been reported in healthy adults. We aimed to establish normal values in a healthy adolescent population. Fifty-two healthy adolescents (mean age?=?14.5?±?2.0 years, range 11–19 years, 62% male) with normal echocardiograms were included. Brachial cuff blood pressure was obtained immediately following apical imaging in the supine position. Post-processing of echocardiograms for speckle tracking strain measurement and derivation of global myocardial work indices from LV pressure–strain loops was performed. The mean global work index (GWI) was 1802.0?±?264.4 mmHg% with mean global work efficiency of 95.5?±?1.1%. The mean global constructive work (GCW) was 2054.5?±?297.3 mmHg%, and the mean global wasted work 83.8?±?28.1 mmHg%. On multivariable analysis, there were significant associations between both GWI and GCW with systolic blood pressure (β coefficient?=?0.57, p?<?0.001; β coefficient?=?0.67, p?<?0.001 respectively) and LV global longitudinal strain (GLS) (β coefficient = ? 0.56, p?<?0.001; β coefficient = ? 0.52, p?<?0.001 respectively). There were no associations with any of the work indices with age, sex, body surface area, heart rate or LV ejection fraction. This study provides echocardiographic reference ranges for non-invasive indices of GMW in normal adolescents.

Interleukin-11 (IL-11) is a bone marrow microenvironment-derived growth factor with pleiotropic effects on a variety of hematopoietic cells. To more accurately assess the effects of IL-11 on stem and progenitor compartments within the hematopoietic microenvironment (HM), we added recombinant human (rh) IL-11 to human and murine long-term bone marrow cultures (LTMC) and analyzed primitive (high proliferative potential- colony forming cells [HPP-CFC], long-term culture-initiating cells [LTC- IC], and long-term reconstituting stem cells) and progenitor (day 12 colony forming unit-spleen [CFU-S12], colony forming unit-megakaryocyte [CFU-Mk] and colony forming unit-granulocyte/macrophage [CFU-GM]) compartments throughout the duration of the cultures. rhIL-11 (100 ng/mL) added twice weekly resulted in significantly increased nonadherent (NA) cellularity, CFU-GM, and CFU-Mk production in human LTMC. Addition of rhIL-11 to murine LTMC was associated with a 5- to 40- fold increase in CFU-GM and a four- to 20-fold increase in day 12 CFU-S in NA cells. However, IL-11 had no significant effect on total HPP-CFC concentration and decreased the size of the more primitive stem/progenitor compartment as evidenced by both decreased LTC-IC frequency in human LTMC and decreased frequency of long-term reconstituting stem cells in murine LTMC. These data suggest that IL-11 may increase commitment of stem cells into a multipotential progenitor compartment.  相似文献

Pharmaceutical differences between the reference listed drug (RLD) and generic formulations of piperacillin-tazobactam may impact the reconstitution process for intravenous administration. This study evaluated the RLD against three generic formulations and measured their reconstitution times using a standardized process. The mean (standard deviation [SD]) reconstitution time for one generic formulation was 5.57 (1.49) min, which was 35% to 42% longer (P < 0.002) than that for the RLD and two other formulations. Observable microscopic differences in powder particle morphology may explain these findings.  相似文献
