中国古代的男性生殖崇拜

当男性在社会生产中的地位日趋重要，并且人们开始将生殖与男性相联系时，男阴便受到崇拜，古人常以鸟作为男性生殖器的像征，这或许是因为鸟头和颈具有与男性生殖器有相似的伸缩功能的缘故，     

新疆哈萨克族常用食品对离体动物细胞染色体的损伤作用

本文报道以叙利亚地鼠胚胎(SHE)细胞和Wistar大鼠胚胎(WRE)细胞为靶细胞,运用体外姊妹染色单体交换试验、染色体畸变分析试验和微核试验检测哈萨克族(哈族)常用食品——烟熏肉和酸奶疙瘩对染色体的损伤作用。结果显示,烟熏肉和霉变酸奶疙瘩提取物均可明显增加SHE细胞姊妹染色单体交换频率和微核率,霉变酸奶疙瘩提取物亦可以使WRE细胞微核率显著升高(P<0.05);烟熏肉提取物还可明显诱导SHE细胞染色体畸变(P<0.05)。提示烟熏肉、霉变酸奶疙瘩中含有诱发动物细胞DNA损伤的致突变物质。     

血清白细胞介素－2受体的测定在脑血管性痴呆诊治中意义的探讨

目的 :检测脑血管性痴呆患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素 - 2 (s IL- 2 R)水平 ,评价 s IL- 2 R的测定在诊治脑血管性痴呆中的价值。方法 :采用双抗体夹心的 EL ISA法检测脑血管性痴呆患者血清中 s IL- 2 R的水平。结果 :脑血管性痴呆患者血清中的 s IL- 2 R水平较健康对照组显著增高 ,两组比较差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :检测脑血管性痴呆患者血清中 s IL- 2 R水平 ,有助于了解患者的免疫功能变化及疗效观察     

Rectus sheath haematoma requiring laparotomy

Rectus sheath haematoma is a well‐documented but unusual cause of acute abdomen. Combination of clinical features and appropriate radiological investigations can make for a prompt diagnosis. Most authors advocate conservative management and it has been reported that patients were directly discharged from the emergency department. We report a case of rectus sheath haematoma which progressed with clinical deterioration and necessitated surgical intervention for clot evacuation. Causes, physical signs, radiological features and classification of rectus sheath haematoma are discussed. It may be necessary to continue close clinical monitoring after diagnosis of rectus sheath haematoma.     

单纯2型糖尿病患者的风险分层：对冠状动脉钙化成像联合选择性心肌灌注成像的前瞻性评价

目的:确定在单纯2型糖尿病患者中亚临床动脉粥样硬化和心肌缺血的患病率和临床预测因素,并评价其与近期临床预后的关系。方法和结果:以501例无心血管疾病史的无症状2型糖尿病患者(年龄53±8岁,61%为男性)为研究对象,前瞻性检测受试者的已知危险因素和冠状动脉钙化(CAC)评分。所有CAC评分>100Agatston单位(AU)的患者(n=127)以及CAC≤100AU患者中的随机抽样(n=53),接受心肌灌注成像(M PS)检查。46.3%的患者有明显的CAC(>10AU)。在中位期为2.2年的随访(IQR1.9～2.5)中,共发生20例次事件,分别为2例冠状动脉性死亡、9例非致死性心肌梗…     

The Influence of Intramammary Lipopolysaccharide Infusion on Serum Ca,P, Vitamin D,Cytokines and Cortisol Concentrations in Lactating Sows

Ten multiparous lactating sows were used to investigate whether intramammary infusion of lipopolysaccharides (LPS; Escherichia coli 0111:B4; 2.0 μg/kg of body weight) would affect the circulating concentrations of Ca, P, 25‐hydroxyvitamin D (25‐OHD), tumour necrosis factor‐α (TNF‐α), interleukin‐6 (IL‐6) and cortisol. The sows were randomly allotted to either control group (control) or LPS‐treated group with five individuals per group and were infused with either physiological saline solution or LPS solution. The rectal temperature and udder quarter appearance were recorded at 0 (just before infusion), 1, 3, 7, 12 or 24 h after infusion. Blood samples were taken at 0, 1, 3, 7, 12 or 24 h after infusion. Before infusion, the rectal temperatures of all sows were below 39.2°C. At 3 and 7 h after infusion, the sows in the LPS group had a rectal temperature over 39.4°C. At 24 h after infusion, the rectal temperatures returned to pre‐infusion levels. Serum Ca and P concentrations in the LPS group decreased (P < 0.05) after LPS infusion compared with the control group at 1 h after infusion. No significant differences (P > 0.05) in the concentrations of 25‐OHD were observed between groups control and LPS at any sampling time. Increased (P < 0.01) concentrations of serum TNF‐α, IL‐6 and cortisol were observed in the LPS group compared with the control group at 3 and 7 h after infusion respectively. In conclusion, the elevation of serum concentrations of TNF‐α, IL‐6 and cortisol and the alterations of circulating concentrations of Ca and P following LPS infusion indicate that the immune system has been activated and immune activation may affect macromineral homeostatic regulation, which might have important implications for metabolic health of lactating sows. Lowered serum Ca and P following immune activation also shows a causative mechanism whereby immune activation increases the risk of secondary disorders such as mastitis‐metritis‐agalactia syndrome. However, immune activation did not affect circulating concentrations of vitamin D metabolites.     

中西医结合治疗生殖器疱疹20例

生殖器疱疹是性传播疾病。因容易复发，尚无根治之法，我们用中西医结合治疗方法治疗生殖器疱疹，并与西药作对照，取得了一定的疗效。现报告如下：     

The activity of letrozole in patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer and correlation with biological markers – a study of the National Cancer Institute of Canada Clinical Trials Group

A multicenter phase II trial was conducted to define the activity of letrozole in postmenopausal women with recurrent or advanced endometrial carcinoma, who had no more than one prior line of progestins and never had chemotherapy (except adjuvant). Archival paraffin-embedded tumor samples were retrieved to determine the expression level of estrogen (ER) and progesterone receptor (PgR), p53, HER-2, bcl-2 and PTEN protein, and phosphorylation status of protein kinase B (PKB/Akt). Thirty-two eligible patients were treated with letrozole at 2.5 mg daily continuously, of whom 10 (31%) had prior progestins. Of the 28 patients evaluated for response, one complete and two partial responses were noted; overall response was 9.4% (95% confidence interval 2-25%). Eleven patients had stable disease for a median duration of 6.7 months (range 3.7-19.3 months). Amongst 22 patients who had tumor blocks available, the proportion showing positive expression of the following markers includes: PgR (86%), ER (86%), PTEN (82%), phosphorylated PKB/Akt (59%), bcl-2 (45%), p53 (32%), and HER-2 (0%). None of these markers correlated with response to letrozole or disease progression. In conclusion, letrozole is well tolerated but has little overall activity in this cohort of women with endometrial cancer.     

睫状体缝合复位术的临床观察及护理

目的:探讨适合睫状体缝合复位术病人的护理方法。方法:对34例(34只眼)因外伤致睫状体分离和脱离导致低眼压,随后行睫状体缝合复位术的病人进行观察和护理。结果:32只眼术后1周至6个月眼压恢复正常,其中5只眼术后2～5个月内分别进行第二次手术或氩离子激光光凝而痊愈。视力改善者21例,无变化者13例。结论:睫状体缝合复位术是治疗外伤性睫状体分离和脱离的有效方法。术前行超声生物显微镜(UBM)检查、术后密切观察眼压变化并给予正确处理、做好心理护理和出院指导是确保手术成功的重要措施。
